Στη Μασαχουσέτη άρχισε να πωλείται πίτσα με… κάνναβη

Ο χώρος διάθεσης φαρμακευτικής μαριχουάνας σε προάστιο της Βοστόνης, το κέντρο Ermont Inc, έχει πουλήσει εκατοντάδες κανναβο-πίτσες μέσα στις τρεις βδομάδες που διαθέτει τη λιχουδιά του, καθώς το καταναλωτικό κοινό φαίνεται πως βρίσκει τη νέα γεύση ακαταμάχητη.

Παρά την τσουχτερή τιμή της, καθώς μιλάμε για 34 ευρώ (38 δολάρια) την πιτσούλα! Είναι πιθανότατα αυτά τα 125 χιλιοστόγραμμα τετραϋδροκανναβινόλης που περιέχει η σάλτσα που στέλνουν την τιμή στα ουράνια.

Στο Ermont οι υπάλληλοι καλλιεργούν και επεξεργάζονται την κάνναβη επιτόπου, πειραματιζόμενοι με διάφορα γιατροσόφια τόσο στα εργαστήρια όσο και την κουζίνα τους. Οι 300-400 ασθενείς του κέντρου που χρειάζονται τη φαρμακευτική μαριχουάνα καθημερινά για να καταλαγιάσουν οι πόνοι τους έχουν πια αρκετά προϊόντα στη διάθεσή τους (ελαιόλαδο με κάνναβη, μέλι με κάνναβη, φυστικοβούτυρο με κάνναβη, σοκολάτα με κάνναβη κ.ά.), αν και τίποτα δεν είναι σαν την πίτσα. Άντε μόνο τα μακαρόνια με τυρί και τετραϋδροκανναβινόλη…

Τα προϊόντα διατίθενται βέβαια μόνο σε ασθενείς που προσέρχονται με την κάρτα χορήγησης φαρμακευτικής μαριχουάνας που εκδίδουν οι υγειονομικές αρχές της πολιτείας, καθώς ο λόγος είναι κάτι παραπάνω από σοβαρός.

¿Te gusta la pizza? ¿La hierba también? Un dispensario de cannabis medicinal en Massachusetts acaban de presentar una línea de pizzas aderezadas con THC o CBD para todos que todos sus clientes terapéuticos puedan consumir cannabinoides de una forma más saludable.

 Un dispensario de cannabis medicinal en Quincy (Massachusetts, Estados Unidos) llamado Ermont Inc. acaba de crear esta perfecta combinación entre pizza y cannabis que pretende hacer las delicias de los usuarios terapéuticos que necesiten incorporar cannabinoides en sus prescripciones médicas. Según comenta en un comunicado para la revista Boston el propio CEO de Ermont, Jack Hudson;

‘Estamos encantados de poder ofrecer una nueva forma más apetecible de ingerir cannabinoides. Nuestros pacientes podrán aliviar su dolor o cualquier malestar comiendo esta pizza’

De momento, el dispensario lleva vendiendo este tipo de pizza un par de semanas y por lo que parece, sus pizzas infusionadas con THC son todo un éxito. Las pizzas son de alrededor de 25 centímetros y contienen 125mg de THC diluidos en sus ingredientes que hacen de su ingesta todo un viaje.

Con diferentes sabores, utilizan salsa de tomate y queso orgánico están haciendo las delicias de los usuarios terapéuticos de cannabis, ya que además, puedes optimizarlas con cualquier ingrediente que te venga en gana, ya que con sólo pedirlo te lo ponen. La pizza tiene un coste de 38 dólares y, aunque pueda parecer caro, llevan más de 200 vendidas.

Por lo que contaba también para la Fox News, uno de los creadores de esta pizza cannábica y fundador del club, Seth Yaffe:

‘Teníamos el objetivo de crear un comestible de THC que no contuviera altos niveles de azúcar y fuera una forma más saludable de consumir este cannabinoide. Sabemos que la pizza no es el alimento más saludable, pero es mejor nutricionalmente que los pasteles’

 Por el momento, tan sólo tienen pensado seguir vendiéndolo en la ciudad y no están interesados en expandir la receta. En cambio, lo que si esperan, es crear otras líneas de pizza o alimentos con diferentes cannabinoides como el CBD. Si quisieras probar una de estas pizzas, tengo una mala noticia para daros: necesitaréis ir a Massachusetts y disponer de una tarjeta sanitaria del estado. Si no tienes dinero, o te parece un pateo, siempre puedes optar por la experimentación. ¿Quién sabe? Igual eres tú el próximo chef cannábico de referencia. Nosotros por el momento, nos quedamos con las ganas de probar esta pizza cannábica que tanta expectación está creando.
