KZK ~ Episode 36 and Beyond: Of Impromptu Engagements, Kidnappings, Uncomfortable Consummations, Forced Pregnancies, Dumb Male Leads, Comas, Deaths and Vengeance

HEY EVERYBODY, First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR (I’m 4 months late), and Happy Holi and everything else

So, before I continued the liveblogs, I had to, just had to rant about the direction this show has taken. It frustrates me to no end. Here we go:

Part 1: The Love Realisation

So I genuinely felt that the love realisation went really really fast, like as soon as Prerna’s wedding breaks off with Naveen Babu, she instantly realises she loves Anurag, like thoda chill. And Anurag as well on the other hand, realises almost instantly he loves Prerna and both of these want to confess. I would’ve personally liked a lot more romantic moments before they went straight into confessions and tings, because as we all know everything goes to shit as soon as a confession happens

The whole thing with Mishka was also very unnecessary as it just showed me that Anurag who used to be the smartest Basu is actually the dumbest and can’t even say when he loves someone or not

Also does Mohini really know her son? Does Niveditha really know her brother? Like do these guys even care for their Onuuuu? Even a blind person could tell that Onuu doesn’t give a flying fuck about Mishka, but the people that claim to know him better than themselves fail to understand  

Part 2: The Kidnapping 

Honestly, this kidnapping was all fun and games until they did they ruined it with flashbacks 

Part 3: The Pregnancy and Consummation Flashback/Shaadi 

So, Anurag gets married to Komolika in a twisted turn of events, how I wished she killed Veena and Mohini instead of Rajesh and putting Molloy in a coma, who was the literal joy of this show 

The wedding ceremony was great, it was beautiful. 

Anurag was an idiot, just letting himself get played like a fiddle

Like doesn’t the whole Basu family have degrees from England and America and shit, they can easily set up another company, but nooooo it’s better to sell yourself to a psycho instead 

AND OMG DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON PRERNA’S PREGNANCY

LIKE THAT WHOLE SEQUENCE SEEMED SO RUSHED, AND SO LAST MINUTE

LIKE THEY SAW THAT THEY DIDN’T GET TRPs SO THEY WERE LIKE FUCK IT PRERNA’S PREGGERS

THEY DID IT IN THE HUT WHILE GETTING TRACKED DOWN BY GOONS AND THEIR PARENTS

COZ YOU KNOW NO BETTER TURN ON THAN FKN GOONS BEING AFTER YOU

AND YOU KNOW WHAT SHE TOLD HIM TO STOP LIKE SHE LITERALLY SAYS “yeh galat hai” and our boy literally replies with “yeh galat nahi hai, yeh pyaar hai” NO ITS FKN LUST BITCH, KEEP IT IN YOUR PANTS 

MANIK MALHOTRA STOPPED AS SOON AS NANDINI TOLD HIM TO STOP, FKN CUNT 

AND OMG HE DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO OPEN HER HAIR OR REMOVE HER EARRINGS OR DO ANYTHING 

HE DIDN’T EVEN USE PROTECTION. IS2G WHY WOULD YOU LET A MAN NEAR YOU WITHOUT PROTECTION 

okay, let’s just take it like you had to do it, why didn’t you take the morning after pill, there’s 3,000 ways of contraception these days, fkn disgrace

Like does Ekta not realise this show is set in 2019 not 1920, if you truly don’t want to get Pregnant, there is a higher chance you won’t than before 

Him leaving her should’ve been enough for the revenge track. They didn’t even build up the chemistry for these two to naturally have sex

Like you need to have a build up for this to happen, these guys had no build up and it was uncomfortable to watch

And we’re talking about Parth Samthaan here, the man’s whole talent lies in romance, and the writing failed them both miserably, and now if they ever consummate again Imma just be annoyed

Also I hate pregnancy tracks with a passion so yeah

Part 3: The Revenge 

I’m enjoying this track, however, I do wish they worked towards making Prerna independent and rich through hard work rather than staking her claim in the house, but it’s fine, I’m loving her new boss ass bitch phase 

Also like the fact that Anurag and Prerna are married and the whole panditji’s explanation was hilarious and the less I talk about it is better for us all. 

All in all their trip to the forest was an eventful one to say the least. Anurag saved Prerna from Naveen, they both confessed, accidentally got married and applied sindoor to each other and gave each other malas which made them married but whatevs, and Anurag also ended up knocking up Prerna and leaving her for Komolika. Amazing stuff. Why am I watching this. Send me help

Speaking of this, Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s Prerna aka Erica Fernandes is an avid dog lover and is proud dog parent to her 4-year-old Golden Retriever, ‘Champ’. Many times, Erica has shared photos of her adorable dog on social media and has expressed her unconditional love for the same.

Today, on the occasion of Champ’s 4th birthday, Erica shared some adorable photos where she can be seen celebrating her dog’s special day in a sweet way. In the photos, we can see Erica’s room is decorated with balloons and buntings. Erica can be seen leaning on a table with her dog, and on the table, we can see a huge cake with a football on it. Erica also made her Champ wear a purple polka dotted party cap.

Aren’t they just adorable? On the work front, Erica is playing Prerna in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. As per the current track, Prerna has come into Anurag’s life claiming that she is his first wife and is not letting Komolika and Anurag come close. She is making every effort to separate Anurag and Komolika. On the other hand. Prerna is yet to reveal to Anurag that she is carrying his child which will surely come as a huge shock to all.
