hey robin! I love all your books so much. i have four questions for you about the ministry of unladylike activity series!

1. will there ever be romance between characters in the new detective trio? such as nuala + may, Eric + nuala etc.

2. will there be more of George, amina and alexander in the third book?

3. will there ever be a book set in Ireland?

4. and finally, will we ever see beanie, lavina and kitty again?

Hi Niamh!

1. I definitely am thinking about this and I have a plan - all will be revealed in time, I hope!

2. Alexander will be more important in the third book - but hopefully we will hear from both George and Amina too.

3. I honestly don’t know - it’s a possibility! Book 3 will be set at Bletchley Park, and that’s all I have contracted at the moment. I’d love to write more some day - we’ll have to see!

4. Kitty will feature in book 3, and hopefully Beanie and Lavinia too!

19. Best location

Cambridge University!!! The vibes are immaculate, Bertie's there, the night climbing... impeccable. MAM did in fact set off a fixation on Cambridge Uni for a while

24. Best book cover

The Body In The Blitz! I love the fact that you can see May, Eric and Nuala's faces, because I can't see characters' faces in my head :D also Eric with Pfote and May in his shorts!!!

I also love ALL the American covers for this reason. There is also something to be said for the gorgeous shininess of Death Sets Sail

25. Favourite character who's like mentioned maybe once

Lallie Thompson-Bates! (She's in Top Marks For Murder). Both her parents are attempted murderers, so are probably locked up and I always feel for Lallie and what happens to her. I think she has a lot in common with Hazel and I actually have a few snippets of a fic with them talking about their parents

I really hope that one of the TMUA books is an epistolary novel (I think they'd be wonderful in MMU/TMUA), and also that Eric narrates one of them.

I feel like I really don't know his character, which is especially emphasised with the other two having had essentially a book each.

Maybe there's a murder at Weston that Eric has to solve, but he's writing to Nuala and May all the while to keep them up to date?

Also untapped potential of Alex and George being furious they'd missed out on a murder at Weston
