December 19, 2022 - Rufous-crowned Eremomela (Eremomela badiceps) These birds are found in the rainforests of western and central Africa. Foraging in small, noisy groups in the forest canopy, they feed on insects, including caterpillars, ants, and small beetles, and also eat berries and seeds. Little of their nesting behavior is known, but they probably breed cooperatively.
