Dadzawa Headcanon for Student Athlete!
Okay, so imagine you're a student at UA who also does sports after school, be that ice skating, soccer, baseball, swimming, etc.
As soon as you were dismissed from class, you'd book it over to practice, all of your gear stored in your backpack. You'd work hard and return back to the dorms between 7:00 and 8:00, your classmates asking where you'd gone.
You often used the excuse that you visited your parents, or went to hang out with some other friends. It was ironic since you had no friends outside of UA, and your parents lived overseas for their jobs.
Mr. Aizawa notices one day that you're looking more worn out than usual. It just so happened to be the morning right after a very late competition, not that you'd ever tell him that. When he asks, you just tell him you'll get more sleep that night and arrive refreshed for class tomorrow, which thankfully, you do.
He shrugs it off at first, but when he notices this happening every week or so, he's suspicious, especially when you're always tired on the same day of the week.
One day, Mr. Aizawa decides to investigate. After he dismisses the class, he waits a few minutes before following you in his car.
At first, he's confused to see you running in the opposite direction of the dorms, still in your school uniform. Before he can scold you, he sees you arrive at your coach's specified practice location.
Mr. Aizawa parks his car and waits for a little until practice starts. He remains a fair distance away and watches you with awe, though it wasn't shown on his face. He began to wonder why you'd kept this talent such a secret.
After practice ends and you leave, Mr. Aizawa approaches the coach and asks for the competition schedule. It's safe to say you were surprised to see your entire high school class cheering you on at the next event.
From that point forward, Mr. Aizawa makes sure he's always there to pick you up from practice. He also makes sure there's at least four of your classmates at every competition, if not, more.

Talk to Me - Aizawa
A/N: Hi!! I hope this turned out alright! Feel free to dm me if you ever need to talk <3
Warnings: mentions of sh, attempted suicide, drowning, proceed with caution
The sun had set hours ago, coating the city in a blanket of calm darkness. Aizawa strolled along the riverside, watching as the city lights danced across the waters, leaving a shimmery glow in its path. It’s been a very slow night and Aizawa had only stopped a few petty crimes from taking place. Ever since the League of Villains attacked his students during the summer camp, and Bakugou had been rescued, villain activity had drastically decreased. At least for now.
Eraserhead had a few hours left of patrol so he spent some time walking along the boardwalk of the river, enjoying the peace and quiet that came with it. The sound of water soothed him in a way nothing else ever could. And as Aizawa looked ahead, it seemed as though someone else felt the same way. A figure sat on top of the railing of the boardwalk ahead of Aizawa.
He was confused at first, because it was a bit past three in the morning and he hadn’t seen anyone out and about in about an hour. It didn’t really matter to him who it was and what they were doing. For all he knew, they could just be searching for their own sense of peace. He thought about saying something, but was in no rush to reach the person on the railing. He walked at his own pace, keeping an eye on his surroundings. He was still on patrol, after all.
As he got closer he could start making out certain features of the stranger on the rail. Their h/l h/c hair hung over their eyes slightly, but Aizawa could see the back of the sweatshirt the figure was wearing. Aizawa had seen it before, one of his students. Why were you here late at night? Were you here alone?
He had only taken his eyes off of you for a moment. He didn’t think anything could have happened in the split second his eyes wandered from you to the area around him as he searched for anyone who may be here with you. There isn’t any possible way something could have happened to you in that split second.
There was a loud crash in the water, and as Aizawa whipped his head around, you were gone. He couldn’t see you anymore, and the sound of splashing water didn’t sound right to him.
“Y/N?” he called out worriedly. “Where did you go?” Shouta ran as quickly as he could over to where you had been sitting a mere few seconds earlier. He stepped up on the first bar of the railing, leaning over to get a better view of the water below. His panicked eyes searched the dark waters below him. It was a big drop between where you were sitting and to the surface of the water.
Aizawa’s heart rate spiked when he caught the slightest glimpse of a hand under the water. The closer he looked, he could see your hair disappearing deeper and deeper under the surface of the water.
Without a second thought Aizawa quickly tied his capture weapon around the railing and jumped over the side, slowly yet somehow quickly lowering himself closer to the surface of the water. When he was close enough to ensure he wouldn’t harm himself, Shouta jumped down into the chilly water.
It was even darker under the surface of the water. And Aizawa was quickly sinking deeper as his clothes filled with water. He didn’t have time to spare. You had jumped much earlier than he had, which means you were even deeper under the water and even less time than he did. Forcing himself deeper under the water, the pressure grew around him. Whether it was his anxiety, lack of oxygen, or just the building water pressure, Shouta was unsure.
As the pro hero extended his arms to push himself further down, he felt something hit his hand. He frantically reached out again, finding whatever had hit him and gripped it tightly, pulling it upward with all of his strength. His chest hurt and he was about to gasp for air while he was still underwater. Putting all of his trust into the fact that he was holding on to you and not just something else, he used his capture weapon to pull himself and what was hopefully you up to the surface of the river.
His head broke through first and Aizawa gasped deeply, taking in the much needed oxygen. He pulled you up harder, now watching as your head broke through the surface as well. You were unconscious, head falling this way and that. Shouta pulled you tight against his chest as he lifted the two of you out of the water.
When he reached the boardwalk again, now soaking wet and feeling 20 pounds heavier, Aizawa gently laid you down on your back and felt for a pulse. It was there, and stronger than he thought it’d be, but he could hear struggling wheezes coming from your mouth.
“Hey hey hey,” he said worriedly, smacking your face lightly. “Come on Y/N, wake up, please.” Aizawa tilted you on your side, using his knees to support your back. “Breathe for me kiddo.” He patted you back harshly to try and force the water from your lungs. “Please.” Shouta was beginning to panic, tears brimming his eyes from fear. He needed to call for help, but he also needed to get you breathing properly.
You looked so pale and your lips were beginning to turn a light shade of blue. Aizawa was beginning to think that there was nothing he could do for you. Until a sharp cough made its way past your blue lips. You tilted more onto your stomach and began coughing up water. Aizawa sucked in a breath, beyond grateful for your progress. He continued to pat your back harshly, gathering your soaking hair in his other hand and you coughed and gagged up everything in you.
When you could finally breathe properly you rolled onto your back, which ended up with you against AIzawa’s lap, and gasping harshly.
“Shh,” Aizawa soothed, running a hand through your hair. “I’m right here. You aren’t alone. You’re safe Y/N.”
You burst into tears, reaching up for Aizawa’s free hand and gripping it tightly. Your teary e/c eyes met Aizawa’s worried black eyes. You begin to choke on your voice, babbling out apology after apology.
“M sorry. So sorry, ‘zawa,” you sobbed. “‘M sorry.”
“You’re alright,” Aizawa smiled down at you. “You’re safe now. Save your voice. Calm down first.”
Eraserhead took deep breaths with you, guiding you through various breathing and grounding exercises. When you had finally calmed down, exhaustion taking over, Aizawa spoke again.
“Why?” he asked through tears. “Why would you try to do this to yourself?”
You only shook your head, gripping Aizawa’s arm tighter against your chest. “I’m so sorry.”
“Don’t be,” Shouta said quietly. “I’m not trying to pry, but I want you to know I’d like to listen, if you want someone to talk to.” He looked down at you again, except this time he noticed something else worrisome. Your skin was still pale, but you were gaining back your color. That wasn’t what scared him, though. It was the thin red lines he saw littering your arms under your sweatshirt. Your sleeves had ridden up when you gripped his arm, giving Eraser a full view of your terrible coping mechanism.
“Oh Y/N,” he whispered, tracing a thumb over your cuts. “I’m so sorry I never noticed something was wrong.”
“Nothing’s wrong.” Your voice was rough and Aizawa could see straight through your lie.
“If nothing were wrong I wouldn’t have caught you trying to drown yourself in the river.”
“I don’t want to worry you more than I already have,” you muttered. You pushed yourself to sit upright, then attempted to stand. Your vision began to fade around the edges and you stumbled. Luckily, Aizawa stood up quick enough to catch you before you could fall back to the ground.
“Let me help you,” he pleaded. “I’m a pro, this is what I’m meant to do.” You only shook your head, falling back into Aizawa as he tried to support your weight. “WHere are your parents, Y/N?”
You shook your head, answering, “Not home. They’re both out of town for a week.” Your breathing picked up as soon as you realized your situation. Your attempt had failed, and now you had to go back home where you’d be all alone for a few more days. No one would be there for you.
“Hey, calm down,” Aizawa reminded you. “I’m going to bring you home with me for a few days, just until your parents come home.” He slid an arm under your knees, picking you up and pulling you close to him. “Rest, Y/N. We’ll talk more about this later. I’m right here, you’re safe.”

hello everything is fine? If requests are still open can I request all might x wife fem!reader? The reader is a professional heroine and a professor at UA, but the relationship between All Might and the reader is a secret for the 1A students and the class ends up discovering by accident that he and the heroine reader are married? Thank you in advance
All Might x Wife Reader Headcannons
(Here’s some bits of what your life is like when you’re married to Toshinori and how you guys got together)
I strongly believe that young All Might would have been more open to relationships Pre Nana’s death
This would mean that you were likely a childhood friend or someone he knew before Nana’s death and in order to keep both himself and you safe, you both would have fled to America
Now you can have whatever quirk you want but I strongly believe that Toshinori would prefer a romantic partner who isn’t as famous as him. So likely an underground hero like Eraserhead or a support hero who helps heroes from behind screens or helps them strategize like Nedzu
During your guy’s time in America, you both met David Shield and became friends with him. David would make you some kind of super computer/information network device that would allow you to support All Might from the shadows or he’d make you a super advanced stealth suit that would help you as an underground hero
While you both are in college in America, your relationship grows and you both grow closer. Of course Toshinori has his doubts and fears about losing you to AFO, so you both decide to make a pact. You both would probably have each other agree/promise that you would live for the other if one of you dies. This would mean that if AFO kills you or you’re fatally injured in the line of duty, then Toshinori would live on and continue as a hero without letting your death prevent him from moving forward and the same would go for you if he died
Due to All Might’s rising fame, after you both graduate from college, you both decide to get married but do it discreetly so that means little to no ceremony and you both would hide your relationship from the world and public. Only Grand Torino, Sir Nighteye, David Shield and Nedzu would know that you’re together
You both wouldn’t wear rings so as to not let people know you’re married
When AFO has his big fight with Toshinori that causes him to lose organs and gives him his scar, you, unlike everyone else, support his decision to continue fighting even if it’ll kill him since you know that it’s what he wants to do
After that, you decide to take up a teaching position at UA, as a close combat/martial art instructor and a second English teacher since you’ve actually been overseas in an English speaking country
With your new job you’re able to come home and care for Toshinori’s wound and make meals for him that are easy for him to eat
The students love you. They love listening to your stories of America and they learn a lot. You had helped Nedzu and Present Mic come up with a voluntary English pen pal program with a hero school in America. The program allows for students to write letters between each other and lets them establish contacts in America and it counts as extra credit in their English classes.
Since no one knows that you’re married, the kids freak out when they learn that you’re married to All Might once he retires
Midoriya is surprised that he didn’t know about you and asks you so much about your life with All Might
The girls are always asking for romantic stories about you and All Might.
The kids love to hear stories of young All Might, much to Toshinori’s embarrassment, and constantly ask questions about the two of you
All in all, after All Might retires, you’re the only person who doesn’t protect him and make him feel like he’s someone who needs to be protected and treated like glass
He’s so thankful and happy that he married you

say yes to heaven (say yes to me)
Aizawa finds out you have a crush on him. Fluffy, slightly suggestive Aizawa Shouta/Eraserhead x reader drabble. Slight age gap, teaching assistant!reader. 1,937 words.
"You know Y/N has a crush on you, right?"
You nearly choke at that, freezing up against the wall. You had been taking a phone call outside the faculty lounge when you overheard Yamada and Aizawa make their way inside, oblivious to your presence.
"I thought I told you to drop it already, Hizashi," Aizawa grunts.
"Wait, you know?" A third voice, Nemuri, asks incredulously, followed by a noise that sounds suspiciously like Aizawa elbowing Yamada mid-laugh.
You feel your face heat up, mortified at their discussion. Of course Aizawa knew you had feelings for him, you all but slap yourself. How could he not when you clam up and turn into a stuttering mess whenever he’s around?
You're well aware that plenty of the girls of Class 1-A (and even 1-B) harbor a not-so-secret crush on their sensei, and you're embarrassed to admit that you're not much better. You're always suddenly breathless and flustered to be near him.
Always a little too eager to help during training or classes. Always tripping over your words whenever he spoke to you. He must have tried to brush it off at first, but it just kept happening too many times for him to ignore.
"The only thing I know," Aizawa answers gruffly, "Is that this conversation is bordering on entirely inappropriate."
"What? Why? It's not like she's a student here or anything," Yamada retorts.
"She was, just a few years ago."
"Yeah, and now she's my teaching assistant," Nemuri counters.
But you can practically see Aizawa shake his head. "See? Same difference."
"Oh, lighten up! So you have a bit of an age gap—"
"I wouldn't call 8 years a bit of an age gap, Hizashi."
"Who cares about that? I think she could make you happy, Shouta, and you deserve to be happy."
“Now that I think about it," Nemuri adds. "You two would be good together. You need someone who can make you smile and stop being so serious all the time, and she..." She chuckles playfully. "For some unexpected reason, really likes that about you."
"Don't tell me you haven't at least thought about it?" Yamada teases. “I see the way you look at her, too, you know."
Nemuri squeals, "Just imagine, the two of you being all lovey-dovey. It'd be so cute!"
Your heart catches in your throat, but Aizawa is quick to interject.
"It doesn't matter. None of those things you said matter. To do anything about Y/N's feelings for me would be taking advantage of her."
"Fine," Nemuri huffs. "But the least you can do is talk to the poor girl about it. You can't keep giving her the cold shoulder forever."
There's a beat of silence before Aizawa dejectedly responds, "You’re right.” And you hear the door knob lock behind them.
______________________________________________________________
You pretend not to notice that Aizawa's awkwardly been standing behind you for almost five minutes now, hoping he'd eventually leave if you looked busy enough typing away on your laptop.
And he almost does, if it wasn't for Midnight and Mic, who you can see out of the corner of your eye, gesturing at him quietly but frantically to go on.
Your heart races when he clears his throat. "Uh, Y/N, do you have a minute?"
"Um..." You want to say no but can't think of a reason fast enough, so you take your time closing your laptop instead, bracing yourself. "Sure."
You get up from your seat and turn to face him, but neither of you can meet the other's gaze, which just makes everything feel all the more mortifying.
"I'm aware of...Er, I mean...I apologize if I've seemed a little standoffish lately."
"You mean more than usual?" You smile weakly, trying for a bit of humor.
When you look up, you're surprised to see that his expression is serious but gentle. He almost smiles for a second before he seems to think better of it.
"It's been brought to my attention that you might…” He sighs, then starts over. “If I’ve ever given you the wrong impression, I’m sorry. It wasn’t my intention. I want you to know that I respect your feelings, but I think it’s best that we maintain a professional relationship."
“Of course! I-I never–You never–Um–" You swallow thickly, feeling your face burn up. “I agree.”
“Good. I hope this doesn’t make things awkward between us.”
Like it could get any worse? You bite back the retort.
You take a deep breath, attempting to regain your composure, and plaster on another half-hearted smile. “It’s fine. We can move past it.”
He nods, his expression neutral. “Glad to hear that.”
_________________________________________________________________________
But you do not, in fact, move past it. At least not for a couple of weeks.
In the days that follow, you find that you can't shake off the conversation, the way he looked and the vulnerability in his voice lingering in your mind. The hours at work feel longer now that they're filled with lingering silence, heavy with unspoken words and punctuated with stilted conversations.
Even more embarrassing is the fact that everyone seems to know about your unrequited and inappropriate crush now, if they didn’t already. You notice Mic and Midnight's sympathetic glances, and All-Might's whispered concerns.
Their attempts to act normal around you are agonizingly obvious, so you make it a habit to be the first one to leave every afternoon and spend most of your days alone at your table, with your eyes glued to your laptop screen or your nose buried in a mountain of paperwork.
So how, exactly, did you find yourself in this position? Alone with Shouta in his apartment and sitting in his lap with your fingers tangled in his hair and his tongue practically down your throat?
_________________________________________________________________________
Last thing you remembered, you were walking home when he suddenly fell into step beside you.
"Hi," you managed, giving him a weak smile. It must've been the first time you've ever been alone together since the talk.
"Mind if I join you?" He tilted his head to ask, his hands in his pockets and looking as tired as ever.
"Not at all," You tried to reply coolly, even though your heart just about dropped to the floor.
A familiar awkward silence fell upon both of you.
You bunched up your skirt in your fists, acutely aware of the way he’s looking at you. His usually stern face seemed almost…unsure. Finally, he broke the silence. "How have you been?”
“Oh, you know…” You waved your hand dismissively. “Just trying to get through each day.”
He nodded solemnly. “Listen, y/n, I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings last time we talked, because that’s the last thing I’d want.”
You shook your head. "No, not at all. If anything, I should be the one apologizing for the position I put you in."
"I just want you to know that...It's not that I don't..." He trailed off meaningfully, his eyes downcast. "I just don't think it would be appropriate or fair to you to pursue anything because...Your feelings for me…they’re not real.”
You felt your heart skip a beat. “What?”
"I understand that you might be confused by...that the dynamics of our relationship might have clouded your judgement and made me seem…”
“Stop.” You level him with a fierce gaze and he does. You do your best to sound firm despite the sting of his words. “It’s one thing for you not to return my feelings. That I can understand. But don’t patronize me by telling me what I do or don’t feel. It’s clear that you think otherwise, but I’m not a child, Shouta.”
Aizawa, surprised by the intensity in your voice, leaned back slightly. He doesn't say anything, which gives you the courage to speak your mind, telling him off before you can think better of it.
“I don’t like you just because you’re older than me or I see you as some sort of authority figure. I like you because you care a lot but pretend you don’t. And it makes me want to get to know you more. I admire your dedication and hard work at being a hero and a teacher here.”
He looked at you thoughtfully for a few moments, then nodded, a flicker of realization crossing his features as he absorbed your words. “You're right. I shouldn't have assumed or tried to define your feelings for you. I apologize."
"Thank you."
"And as long as we’re sharing…” He rolled his sleeves up, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips. “I don’t think you’re a child, you know. I think you’re intelligent and perfectly competent. In fact, I think you're amazing."
The irritation and hurt you felt just moments ago was quickly chased away by the warmth that spread within you at his surprising admission.
He brushed his hair out of his eyes. "I was hesitant because I didn't want to take advantage of you, given our age gap—"
"It doesn't bother me," you said with newfound confidence, and he couldn't help but chuckle at your boldness.
"But maybe... I've been too cautious."
You tilted your head, smiling up at him softly, sweetly, like you used to. "What do you mean?" You asked even though you already knew, you just wanted to hear him say it.
He ran a hand through his hair again, rubbing the back of his neck. A nervous habit, you’ve noticed. "I mean, perhaps I've been so focused on maintaining professional boundaries that it's made me overlook the possibility of a genuine connection between us."
You bit the inside of your cheeks to keep from smiling any wider. "Are you saying...?"
He nodded, a hint of a blush tinting his face. "Would you consider having dinner with me tomorrow?"
_________________________________________________________________________
Fast forward to now, hours after dinner and one glass of wine too many, and you’ve somehow managed to muster up the courage to kiss him good night.
It catches him by surprise, but once he leans into it, he doesn’t let you pull away. He responds with an almost bruising eagerness, kissing you again, and again, and again, until you find yourself pressed up against the door of his apartment.
He jams his keys into the doorknob, leaving open-mouthed kisses along your jaw and down your neck.
But instead of swinging the door open like you expected, he puts his hand up against it instead, next to your face, and presses his forehead against yours.
“I don’t know if this is such a good idea,” he says breathlessly, his eyes screwed shut.
You draw a steadying breath of your own. “Why not?”
“Because,” he drawls in that frustratingly raspy voice of his. The one so low and deep you could practically feel it vibrating against your own chest, echoing off the walls inside of you. “You do something to me…to my self-control…”
You swallow thickly. “Do I?”
He nods.
“Good.” You link your hands around his nape, pulling at some of the hair there, and smile against the crook of his neck. “Then the feeling’s mutual.”
He puts his hands on your waist, gingerly, cautiously. “Doesn’t make it rational.”
You kiss his jaw. ”Why does it need to be rational?” And then his cheek. ”We’re both adults.” And then gently bite his ear, whispering, “Why can’t we let ourselves want what we want?”
“And are you sure…” He pulls away a little, his eyes still closed and his eyebrows furrowed. “This is what you want?” He finally opens his eyes to search yours, and his are so smoky and dark you feel as though you're falling through the night sky.
You take a moment to gather your thoughts, captivated by the intensity in his gaze.
"Yeah," you answer, your voice steady despite the flutter in your chest. "I'm sure."
His smirk is the last thing you see before your eyelids flutter close and his lips are on yours again.
He doesn’t waste another moment.

lay your hands on me | dabi x reader
summary.
he holds up his hand before your face, fingers spread wide, big enough to encompass your whole face.
he could kill you. burn you to ashes. you should be a little concerned with how unpredictable he proves himself to be at times.
you’re not. if anything, you’re watching, enraptured, as his hand looms closer to your face.
what he does next nearly kills you.
“open wide for me.”
wc. 2.9k
tw. reader is an oblivious idiot, spoilers for the overhaul arc, slight canon divergence bc fuck you the league gets to keep the bar in kamino, hand fetish, finger sucking, finger fucking, alley sex, kissing, somehow very soft (they were supposed to fuck nasty i don't get it.)
being a UA dropout isn’t all bad. neither is kamino district. no, really. you just have to know the right spots.
and you had time to do so ever since eraserhead’s wonderful decision of kicking you out of the damn school. something about how vigilantism wasn’t tolerated. something about how you, as a third year, should have known better.
you were close. so close to graduation. then it happened. it. your one true heroic act.
no cameras, no shiny deals, no public appreciation, no nothing. just you, a creep following a seven year old, and dark, dark streets.
you acted out of sheer instinct, the ink on your forearms springing to life, twin tattooed snakes sinking their fangs into that bastard’s skin.
the girl was fine. blissfully unaware. the creep, not so much, sprawled in a dark alley near your favorite conbini. you’re not too sure about the inner workings of venom. not the the one given life to by your quirk.
somehow, you have a feeling it hurts like hell.
having principal nezu sit you down and kindly explain that you would no longer be attending classes at UA, mouse-head split in a wide grin, hurt more.
“what are you sanctioning me for, exactly?” you ask, knuckles turning white with how tight you’re holding your tea cup.
he smiles at you. you feel every condescendent edge of his rodent teeth.
“vigilantism is illegal, as i’m sure you well know.”
"you-”
“aizawa-san already filled me in on the details.”
a sharp inhale. of course. of course, just because there aren’t any cameras doesn’t mean there aren’t witnesses. it’s not like the girl could testify. you made sure to be quiet. you made sure the creep was quiet.
you set your teacup back on its saucer, the rim silent as it meets the porcelain. nezu watches you, his eyes dark and empty. intelligent. inhumane. he sighs.
“such a shame to lose a student of your caliber. but the law is the law. no exceptions can be made,” he says, quietly sipping his tea.
you smile. it doesn’t reach your eyes. you think your palms might be bleeding with how hard your nails are digging in the skin. it’s fine. the deep green of your skirt is dark enough for the nature of the stain to be unidentifiable.
“please. i have nowhere to go.”
the law is the law. nevermind that attending UA is expensive. in the promotion material, they mention the entrance exam (not that you can get yourself killed in it), the heroes (celebrities!) serving as professors, the facilities.
now, the government might be funding a part of the infrastructure - those killer robots they have at the entrance exam aren’t going to finance themselves - but the rest? the tuition fees are expensive enough for the students to enter the hero life in debt.
it’s fine. those from UA are pretty much destined to make it big. it’s not the best hero school in the country for nothing.
the law is law.
you’re kicked out of school three weeks away from graduation without a backup plan. the only thing you have to yourself is a dingy studio in kamino district.
(aizawa had crossed paths with you on your way out of nezu’s office. he’s watched your eyes turn cold, and for a split-second, wondered if the law was fair.)
back on track. cut to four years of fruitless job hunting because nobody wants an UA dropout in their agencies. doesn’t matter if you were the top of your class, if endeavor himself wanted you to work under him at some point.
all they see is the black mark on your resume and the ink spreading and spreading over your skin, wrapping along your arms.
they smile and deny you the job you oh so need.
bye, bye morale, hello shoplifting. you’re quick on your feet and nimble-handed. get in, get out, you don’t get caught.
until you steal from the wrong person. until a hand wraps around your wrist, all five fingers digging in your flesh with the intention to kill.
meeting shigaraki tomura was… an interesting experience. so was your skin not decaying. maybe a side-effect from your quirk. your arms are more ink than skin these days. more tattoos, more power.
maybe your wrist being still intact landed you here. maybe it was the hero killer stain, his blade digging in the roots of a corrupted system and twisting. heroes are rotten, you know. true heroism is punished.
maybe you were angry, too.
so now you spend your nights sitting in the league of villains’ base. a bar. it’s classier than expected for a ragtag team of villains. you highly suspect kurogiri’s distinguished demeanor is the sole reason for the said classiness.
shigaraki’s ranting again, chipped nails scratching his neck hard enough to bleed.
you’re barely listening, sprawled as you are on the counter. there’s a scrap of paper in front of you and a pen in your hand. on you doodle, hand cradling your cheek, occasionally humming to show you’re still listening.
everybody’s here for a change.
twice, being his usual versatile self, one minute praising shigaraki’s genius planning, the next tearing it to shreds with a few well placed curses. troubled little fellow, really sweet. once lent you his lighter, so he’s high up in your good graces.
next to you, toga kicks her feet, golden eyes glinting mischievously in the low lighting. there’s a wide grin tugging at her face, revealing sharp canines. she’s eager to get back in the fray. something about seeing a certain izuku.
compress is fiddling with his gloves. shimmering orbs flash between his skilled fingers, twirling between them before disappearing wherever. a magician never reveals his secrets. how he managed to gain back such skill after losing his arm is beyond you.
spinner is watching on seriously. bless him.
(magne’s dead. your grip on your pen tightens.)
and dabi…
dabi’s leaning on the counter to your left, elbows nonchalantly propped up against its wooden surface, the sleeves of his jacket baring a hint of his bicep.
you watch, eyes half-lidded, the curl of his wrist, the way his fingers drum against the lapel of his jacket, flexing, flexing.
you shift in your seat, crossing your legs.
three strokes of your pen. the shape of his hands come to life.
broad and warm, the skin of his palms pulled taut by the staples holding him together, little flashes of silver.
the fingers, next. clever. long. deft. curled in a way that has the fine lines of his knuckles jutting out and your cheeks warming. still, not quite right.
you glance at his hand again and find it wrapped around a glass of whiskey, the heat of them fogging up the glass. there it is, again. that slow drumming, index finger tap, tap, tapping away on the glass. the staples on the back of his hand dig in his skin, right under the bone.
you bite back a groan.
hands are hard to draw.
you don’t know what it is about his fingers, but you can’t get them right. doesn’t matter if your muse is right there, a barstool away from you, sitting pretty with those damned fingers of his, you can’t seem to will your pen to mimic them.
you risk another glance and meet blue, blue eyes. something like amusement flashes in them, his lips quirking up by a fraction. heat creeps up your neck. you twirl your pen and advert your eyes.
“irezumi-chan.”
leave it to shigaraki to give you dumb nicknames.
you tilt your head.
“yes?”
“are you listening?”
turns out you’re needed for a job involving, out of all things, your tagging skills. and why the hell not. if the boss man wants you to sneak around in shady neighborhood near the shie hassaikai’s quarters in the dead of night, who are you to say no. (they’ll pay for what they did to magne.)
surprisingly, dabi’s drawled out a “count me in”, before downing his whiskey. (you’ve watched with bated breath his adam apple bob up and down as he swallowed his liquor.)
so dabi’s tagging along, hands regrettably shoved deep in the confines of his pockets.
you’re not disappointed. absolutely not.
just worrying about your safety. understand, your quirk makes it so that you practically have to be half-naked for maximum efficiency. skin revealing tops and all, because you’re tired of your clothes being rippef to shreds whenever your tattoos come to life. so dabi’s hands in his pockets? they’re limiting his ability to defend you both if needed be.
nevermind the speed with which he fights, spread hand igniting from palm to fingertips, fire flashing bluer than his eyes as he burns it all. nevermind your own skills. it’s just that these yakuza bastards are lethal, more so than the league.
yeah, right. and tattooing your back piece yourself was an easy ordeal.
you let out a sigh and stop dead in your tracks, eyeing a wall. covered in graffiti, the whole surface of it a mess of superposed designs.
“this should do.”
dabi leans back on the opposite wall, crossing his arms over his chest.
“do your thing.”
you crack your knuckles, your wrists, grab the spray paint and get to work. here’s the great thing about your quirk. whatever you draw can come to life, as long as you’ve seen it beforehand. call yourself yoshihide and your quirk hellscreen with how good you are.
the medium doesn’t matter - the drawing comes to life if you will it so. and sure, it might disappear after an hour’s worth of use, but given your drawing skills, it’s versatile enough to give you the advantage in a fight.
the smell of spray paint fills the air, black micro droplets dusting your fingertips, your wrist. you kneel, leaning back ever so slightly to assess your handiwork.
you cannot afford to mess this up. not if you want shigaraki’s admittedly funky plan to succeed - and given you know UA is going to involve itself with that bastard overhaul… oh well. you don’t mind giving the students an explosive hand. as a thank you gift.
smoke curls in front of you. nicotine.
you groan, rising to your feet and brushing the dust off your cargo pants.
“really dabi?”
you don’t need to turn around to know he’s grinning.
that grin.
the one that has him baring just a sliver of teeth, stitches pulling at the corner of his eyes with the mischievous glint flashing in them. a menace.
“what?” he drawls. “can’t handle a little smoke?”
you shake your can of spray paint with a grumble.
“i’m trying to quit.”
a low chuckle.
“poor you.”
a lick of warmth at your back. you stop drawing that grenade. no need to mess it up. you feel the lean heat of him before he presses against you, fingers trailing up, up your arm, from your wrist to your collarbone- he’s tracing your tattoos.
“you know, you get real cute when you’re flustered.”
his nail presses down on the detail of one of your pieces - a dragon’s scale, its great maw gaping open in a blast of heat stretching over your shoulder. you shudder. his hair brushes against your cheek.
“i’m not flustered,” you mumble, weakly.
he chuckles, low and warm and just a little mean. you feel the vibration of it on your back, spreading deep in your ribcage. you think you’re forgetting to breathe.
“no?”
his fingers come to view, joints stretching the skin taut. they’re big, thumb massaging your forearm, digging in the coils of the leviathan snaking around your wrist.
“i see the way you look at me when i fight. at the bar…”
your mouth goes a little dry. you lick your lips and feel dabi’s breath on your cheek, his nose brushing your ear. he could take a bite out of you with how close his mouth is to your neck.
“hands are hard to draw.”
you don’t see his grin. you don’t see the white flash of teeth you’ve grown to love, the way his lips split wide, stitches pulling and pulling at the seams of his mouth.
“hands?” he lifts one of them, the one that isn’t lighting a fucking inferno at your hip with how maddening his touch is, his index slowly tracing your waistband. “you like my hands, huh?”
you whine. actually fucking whine at that, low and needy and desperate, hips pressing back against his.
and fuck, if the way he laughs at that doesn’t turn you to putty in his hands, you don’t know what does.
he holds up his hand before your face, fingers spread wide, big enough to encompass your whole face.
he could kill you. burn you to ashes. you should be a little concerned with how unpredictable he proves himself to be at times.
you’re not. if anything, you’re watching, enraptured, as his hand looms closer to your face. what he does next nearly kills you.
“open wide for me.”
his fingers curl, index and middle held before your mouth, pressing down on your lower lip, teasing it before they slip in you, resting on your tongue.
you taste him - something salty and distinctly him that makes your head spin.
his fingers are warm, the entirety of him is, and you’re panting against him, your own fingers clenching your can of spray paint like a vice.
his free hand snakes under your shirt, splaying over your chest, burying itself between the plushness of your breasts. he feels your heartbeat, wild, erratic little thing against his palm.
“that’s it… now suck.”
a metallic clang rings somewhere in the distance. you wouldn’t know where, with the sharp ringing in your ears, the way the world has narrowed down to dabi’s heavenly touch.
tiny pinpricks of cold brush your chin, lightning flashes of pleasure as his staples make contact with your skin, as his nails drag against your nipple, pleasure-pain at its finest.
he’s dragging his fingers, pushing down on your tongue as you eagerly suck on them. he mouths at your neck, the press of teeth against your skin having you keening around his fingers.
you think you’re burning, little inferno of desire wasting away in his arms, your hips grinding against his, eager, eager…
he pulls his fingers out of your mouth, thin threads of saliva linking them to your parted lips, and you whine at the loss.
then his fingers find your slit and drag, and his touch is scorching against your core and you’re begging. wet little sounds fill the alleyway, and it’s loud, the only thing you can hear. and fuck, the way his thumb circles your clit just right-
and that fucker takes his hand out of your pants and brings it to his face with a low chuckle, thin threads of your slick coating his fingers from the tip to the knuckle. your eyes widen, the sight embedded in your retina.
he grins against your cheek.
“i’ve barely touched you…”
there’s a hint of awe in his voice, you think, hazily. then again, you’re not sure. not really. you’re impeccably warm like this, all pressed up against dabi’s lithe body, head lolled back on his shoulder.
“dabi, please…”
he spins you around, all but slamming you against the wall behind you. you groan, because fuck, every single nerve ending in your system is begging for release, and the acrid scent of spray paint is filling your senses, and you’re pretty sure it’s smudging against your back-
you meet his gaze and your breath catches in your throat.
he’s watching you, blue, blue eyes swallowed up by his pupils. he’s panting, you realize, lips bloody with how hard he’s bitten them. you’ve never seen anything more beautiful than him, looming over you in the flickering glow of a streetlamp, the golden light swallowing him whole.
“let me draw you,” you blurt out, cheeks heating up immediately.
he laughs, a low, raspy little thing of a chuckle as his fingers find your core again and you gasp at his touch.
“you already do, don’t you?”
you feel you might spontaneously combust and die, your head tilting to the side, trying not to meet his stare. you don’t see his smile, inexplicably fond.
“c’mon, look at me. i wanna see your pretty face when i make you cum on my fingers.”
his forehead presses against yours, his fingers digging in your hips, in the meat of your thigh. your breath mingles with his in sharp little gasps as he resumes unraveling you, a shit-eating grin on his face.
it’s unfair, the effect he has on you, how good he is with these blasted fingers of his. you fist at his clothes, hands burrowing in the strands of hair at his nape, tugging hard enough to make him groan, low and heavy in your ear. his fingers curl. you keen, falling apart as you choke around his name.
his lips press against your neck, a soft, almost chaste peck.
“you did so good for me, pretty.”
you’re about to gently push him away from you. you have a job to do, a revenge to take, and the clock’s ticking-
then his lips are on you. he’s kissing you, his lower lip a stark contrast with his upper lip, the perfect blend of soft roughness. you close your eyes, melting against him.
he’s kissing you, and the job can wait for a little while.

(BNHA)
hey there! i'd like to request a story about a male/gn vigilante reader (teen), and they eventually get caught by the pro heroes. from there, they are basically forced into UA, class 1-A (reader has been a vigilante for a few years back and has quite the skills to become a hero, and reader does relatively well academically). everything from there will be up to you!
this is actually my first time requesting, so im not exactly sure if this will go through, I've read the guide and everything. no pressure, I hope you have a great year, bye!!
Little Rebel
CLASS 1A x Male!Vigilante!Reader Summary: Y/N, also known as his vigilante name, V/N, was sadly caught by Eraserhead. His punishment, due to him still being a minor, was to attend U.A as a student for his rehabilitation, with Eraserhead as his supervisor.
★☽A/N: I see! It’s your first request! Not to worry, your request is perfect and it aligns with my guide! I really appreciate that you read my guide first! I hope this is a nice first time!
Contents: FLUFF
Quirk: Similar to Inumaki from JJK, the user has the ability to make anything happen according to what he says. But unlike Inumaki, the user is able to control when he uses his Quirk.
── ࣪˖ ࣪ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ──
“Y/N L/N, is it?” A massive mutant dog read. He looked away from the papers and down at a young boy, frowning as he sat crossed on his chair from across the room. He scoffed and turned his head. “Considering you’re still a minor, your punishment won’t be severe. According to your records, your Quirk is quite controlled and your academics are actually quite impressive for a drop out… The mutant read off the papers for the boy, who didn’t care at all.
“Very well, I decided your punishment.” Y/N couldn’t help but scoff and smirked. He dealt with worse when he started at the age of 13. What could possibly be so bad about this “punishment” ?
“You will be joining U.A as a full-time student.”
“Huh?”
“HUH?!”
── ࣪˖ ࣪ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ──
From that day forward, he became a student at U.A. He didn’t expect himself to be in the hero course, especially Class 1A. He had only heard rumors about them, about how they were attacked by villains during their trip to the USJ and a few mentions of some 1A students on internships.
To be honest, he was a bit nervous. He dealt with people, but not in a friendly way. He was scared, slightly, at the thought of being in the same class as some hero in training students.
── ࣪˖ ࣪ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ──
During his first meeting, he was still pissed by the punishment, especially the fact that Eraserhead, the one who “captured” him, was his supervisor. He stood outside of the class, his waist tied to a part of Eraser’s scarf to prevent him from running away.
After waiting for a while, he heard his name getting called out, but he didn’t respond. There is no way in hell I’m standing in front of a bunch of hero trainees! He thought to himself.
He didn’t have much of a choice, as he was pulled by the waist by the scarf into the classroom, his whole figure on display to 20 students. They all looked at him with curiosity, except a blonde boy.
“Are you saying a damn weak villain is going to study with us?! Fuck no!”
“That’s enough, Bakugou.” Aizawa groaned. Bakugou was ready to say something, an insult, but was stopped by one word.
“Shut up.”
His mouth suddenly closed up. He clawed at his own mouth, trying to get it open, panicking and angry at the situation. Y/N had to cover up his snicker with a cough. “How pathetic,” he commented with a smirk. Another struggle of words came from the blonde who was ready to throw a bunch of insults but couldn’t due to his forced closed mouth.
Y/N’s snickers couldn’t be stopped. His snickers were clearly heard by the blonde. He suddenly stood up and walked over to the H/C with heavy stomps. Before he could get his hands on him, he was stopped by Aizawa’s scarf.
His growls were like an angry dog, a chihuahua. He eventually got back to his chair and sat with a grumpy look on his face.
“As I was saying, Y/N L/N is going to be your classmate for this remaining semester. Please treat him with respect.”
── ࣪˖ ࣪ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ──
Now, how does this work out for Y/N?
I’m going to be honest, readers, it did not go well in the beginning!
Y/N, during times he wasn’t supervised thoroughly, would tease Bakugou into attacking him. He thought that if a hero trainee would harm him, he could act his way out of his rehab. Unfortunately, it did not work. Aizawa, being the smart hero he is, figured out his little act, and did not let him off the hook. (Lectured him for hours).
With time, he eventually got to know the students well. They were some he greatly disliked, (A certain purple grape boy..), some who he respected, and those he enjoyed spending time with.
It’s mostly believed that he respected Yaomomo, Tenya Iida, and Todoroki for their smart brains and analytical thinking. He mostly spends time with Jirou, Tokoyami, and Ojirou, who seems to be fine with him and didn’t care that he was only in U.A for rehab.
He would listen to music with Jirou, read poems with Tokoyami, and combat training with Ojirou. He truly enjoys his time with those three.
As for his academics and “hero training,” he has been doing well, almost excellently, with his academics, usually marking A’s and B’s and the occasional C’s, but his grades were much better than some students in Class 1A.
In terms of his “hero training,” he already has some experience of his own which helped him greatly when it comes to situations where he had to fight against other students. He was actually much more advanced than his “peers.” He was smarter, faster, and powerful in terms of Quirk use and combat.
Although he hoped for the principal to realize that he doesn’t need this rehabilitation, he knew the stubborn smiling “mouse” wouldn’t agree to his suggestions. Not to mention, he was a bit afraid of the rat… Something in his eyes just— creeps him out.
A lot of the students respect him greatly! Like Tenya Iida, Yaomomo, and Midoriya, who recognize his great skills and quick thinking! Of course, Katsuki Bakugou was the only one who seemed bothered by the vigilante. You could feel the anger radiating off him! Honestly, it’s hilarious to see his grumpy face whenever Y/N walks by him. After the amount of teasing Y/N did, it was without a doubt that Katsuki Bakugou hated him with all his guts! (But secretly respects Y/N, hehe)
Overall, I can say that Y/N L/N is having a nice time at U.A in Class 1A.

OK HEAR ME OUT! Reader who is a single mother of one of Aizawa’s students X Aizawa???? PLEASE I need it!
IM IN LOVE WITH YOU YES OMG I NEED THIS anon im giving you kisses rn
Aizawa x fem!reader (also your denki's mom bc why not)
A small sigh escapes your lips as you pull into the parking lot of your son's school, it's still early in the year and his teacher has requested to meet with you.
He doesn't even have to explain why you're here because you already have a good idea: Denki's grades.
You smooth out your skirt and double check that your blouse is buttoned all the way. Security stopped you at the gate which took around ten minutes to defuse, they honestly thought you looked too young to be anyone's mother.
Thirty-two is a bit young to have a fifteen year old but you know how it goes: unprotected sex = baby. It's the same old story, your boyfriend freaked out and dipped on you.
It made you proud Denki got into a school like this, your goal is for him to further his education... something you never got the chance to do.
Finding his classroom was a whole other situation. UA is HUGE. So poor you is walking around every corner looking for class "1-A".
"Are you lost?" A voice loud and energetic asked, it caused you to jump in your skin. When you turn your head you see blond hair sticking upward toward the ceiling and a pair of goofy shades. He notices your giggle and quirks an eyebrow.
"Are you a new student?!" The blond questions, his face is full of energy and excitement.
"No.. do I really look that young?" You ask, smile bright.
"You do look pretty young." As soon as he says that it dawns on him that you might be a younger mother.
"Ah- sorry! I just-"
"Don't worry about it. I was actually looking for class 1-A, my son's teacher requested to meet with me." His eyes widen.
"Don't you worry, I can take you to Eraserhead's class!" With that you follow him down a flight of stairs and you guys turn like four corners. Well damn, you were way off.
You had been too caught up into your thoughts to realize he stopped, you bumped right into him.
"Sorry." He gives you a soft smile, "It's nothing!"
He knocks loudly, "Oh, Eraser! You have a visitor!" The blond doesn't even wait for a response to open the door, he just bursts in.
"Well I've gotta go now! Take care Miss..."
"L/n, the name's L/n." A thumbs up is sent your way before the loud blond man leaves.
A deep voice causes your brain to stir, "Thank you for coming on such a short notice, Miss L/n."
And what the fuck because Denki's teacher has beautiful long black hair, stubble, and a little scar under his right eye. He must be married you assume, because no way a handsome man like him is single.
You respond with confidence in your voice, "Of course, I apologize for keeping you waiting. I got lost."
His face softens as he motions for you to sit on the chair he's placed by his desk.
"Understandable, UA is not small. Let's get down to business, shall we?" He sits at his desk, organizing some papers before handing you a few. You feared the worst, Denki always strived to do his best so you shouldn't have anything to even fear.
"My students have been under attack a few times by villians, we've spoke to the board about the situation, because parents are worried about their children." You were relieved this had nothing to do with his grades but it scared you that villians were out for high schoolers.
"I thought the attacks stopped." Aizawa nods at you.
"They have for the time being but we fear they won't completely stop, which is why UA is building a dormitory system to keep students safe. What I've handed you is the consent form for your son to live on campus. It's not manditory but it is highly suggested." He explains to you and you read the pages.
"How do I know Denki will be in good hands?" You ask biting your lip, it doesn't go unnoticed by Aizawa because his eyes flicker to your lips then back up to your face.
"I understand what it's like to lose someone close to you, which is why I put so much effort and care into my students, they may say and think otherwise but they don't see what happens behind the scenes." You could tell his words were sincere, it wasn't convincing enough though. You worry too much about him and just the mere thought of losing him is enough to scare you.
Aizawa leans in to place a hand on yours, it feels tingly.
"I know all you have is my word to go off of, but I promise you I will protect your son and all my other students with my life." His eyes burn into yours. You get lost in those beautiful black eyes.
"Uh- hah. I'll look over the papers."
In the end you sign the papers.
"Mom you have to tell me who's taking you to dinner!" Denki says for the millionth time over the phone. You call him almost every night to check in on him.
"It's none of your business, young man." You'd tell him when you were ready. Just... not now. He'd freak out if he knew you were going out to dinner with his teacher.
Before you left that day, Aizawa asked for your number. You happily gave it to him, there was no way in hell you'd miss out on a chance like that.
After a month of just talking (and flirting) he asked you out for dinner, you agreed of course.
"But mommmmmm why nottttttt?" Denki whined.
"I'll tell you when we're ready. Anyways I have to go. Take care, sweetheart." He sighs but tells you he loves you. "I love you too, Denki." He hangs up, leaving you to finish your makeup.
The plan was originally to meet at dinner, but Aizawa was not letting up until you agreed that he could pick you up.
Your hands were starting to sweat again. It's normal to be this nervous, right? Dating hadn't really been in your line of vision while raising a child. It seemed to be the same process: go out with someone, get along nicely, start developing real feelings, they find out you have a son, they leave.
It seemed refreshing to finally go out with someone who knew you were raising a young man. Waiting it out seems to have been the right choice. Aizawa is a mature man.
The door bell rings and you shoot up out of your seat like a rocket.
"Fuckfuckfuckfuck, I look okay right?" It felt weird to ask your reflection, but self love is everything these days.
Your burgundy v cut dress was a bit on the short side, it hugged your body which made you a little insecure. You'd heard some women say pregnancy made them glow. You were convinced otherwise, it took you some time to finally feel beautiful.
Your walk to the door was dreadful, what if he takes it all back? Upon opening the door he was standing there in all his beauty. His raven colored hair was put up in a messy bun, his stubble cleaned up some, and he looked a little less tired. Your eyes inched down his body, he's wearing a white button up and black slacks.
"You're beautiful." The two of you say at the same time. Your eyes widen.
"Thank you, I was actually kind of nervous." His face softens at your words. The hero holds his hand out so you can take it. Just like the last time his hand was warm and made you feel tingly. You chuckled at how dumb that sounded, definitely sounds like something from a cheesy romance novel.
Dinner was a little awkward but beyond amazing. A waitress spilled wine on you, she apologized like a million times. You weren't mad though, having a son meant many messes were made... especially on you. The wine didn't stain that bad because of your dress color.
Aizawa offered you the jacket he kept in his car. Accepting it was a no brainer. He held it out for you and you gave him a confused look.
"I'll put it on you, come here." His voice was low and seductive. He noticed your smile. "You're so cute." He whispers as you put your arms in the jacket sleeves.
"Only cute?" Your question was followed by your signature smirk. The food was paid for, his hand wrapped around your waist and he walked you two to his car.
"Sexy, funny, chatty.... I could go on." He says with a smug smile.
"Oh stop it, I'm not sexy-" You don't get to finish your sentence, Aizawa twirls you around so you guys are facing each other. His hands rest on your hips for a second and in a flash he's cupping your face.
Your heart started beating a mile per minute... no second. He slowly pulls you in, those lazy eyes looking into yours. His lips look so kissable.
You pucker your lips and he presses his lips to yours, there weren't any fireworks or sparks like in Disney movies, it felt like he was one with you. Your body was connected to his in a way.
When the kiss is over he's staring at you, "you are sexy, I don't know who's lied to you."
__________
When he pulls into your driveway, you realize this date is almost over. Hopefully he'll agree to going out again. He seemed to enjoy the night as much as you did.
He walked you up to your door, eyes trained on you.
Your feet stop on your doormat. It felt like you were stuck in cement.
"Will I be seeing you again, Aizawa?"
"Call me Shota, and yes, I'll be seeing you again." He faces you and kisses you again. A sigh of relief escapes your lips.
"Call me." You say and he hums in acknowledgement.
Maybe... trying again at dating won't hurt you.
Hiii anon, I hope you like this!! I don't think this has been my best work but I think it shouldn't be that bad? Lol imagine how Denki would react when he finds out you're with his teacher. Love you guys, working on Teacher's Assistant ch. 1

𐙚 HOPELESSLY YOURS - CYJ
— you don't want to be his girlfriend? well he theorizes you are just in denial.
genre: fluff, crack, strangers to lovers trope ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱
pairing: persistent suitor!yeonjun x afab!reader
warning: kiss (?), lots of swearing, kms jokes, if i forgot anything pls let me know !!
word count: 8.1k (lol)
now playing: eraserheads — ligaya ୨ৎ
the hall buzzed with chatter and laughter as the alumni homecoming party got into full swing. yeonjun walked in, greeted by the familiar sights and sounds of old friends and acquaintances. he quickly spotted his group in the corner, huddled around a table far from the dance floor and the bar, where most people were gathered.
“yeonjun! over here!” soobin waved, standing up to give his friend a quick hug.
beomgyu was already slouched in his chair, scrolling through his phone with a look of pure boredom. hueningkai and taehyun were quietly chatting, occasionally glancing around the room as if to make sure no one was watching them too closely.
“finally, you’re here,” taehyun said with a smirk. “thought you were gonna ditch us for some popular crowd.”
yeonjun grinned, pulling out a chair to join them. “as if i’d leave you guys to fend for yourselves.”
“parties, man. never really amuses me,” beomgyu muttered, not even bothering to look up from his phone.
taehyun chuckled, “funny coming from the guy who never missed a single one in college.”
the group laughed, the sound carrying memories of their younger days. there was a comfortable silence that followed as they all seemed to drift back to the past.
“remember how beomgyu used to pick fights with anyone who looked at him funny?” soobin said, a teasing smile on his face.
“or when yeonjun and taehyun nearly killed each other over the mvp title during high school?” hueningkai added, his eyes sparkling with the memory.
“don’t forget hueningkai’s epic rants about being stood up during highschool,” taehyun said, nudging kai with his elbow.
“hey, that was a dark time for me!” hueningkai pouted, making everyone laugh.
“and soobin... staying up late, obsessing over keeping his room spotless before we came over for sleepovers,” yeonjun added, grinning at the tall guy.
“hey, someone had to make sure you guys didn’t destroy the place,” soobin replied, chuckling.
they exchanged looks, the kind that only old friends could share, and smiled at each other, a genuine warmth settling over them. it was soobin who broke the silence.
“remember the time when yeonjun was courting y/n?” he asked, eyes twinkling with mischief.
yeonjun immediately groaned, covering his face with his hand. “why do you have to bring that up?”
hueningkai jumped in, “oh, and the way he cried when y/n rejected him the first time? classic.”
they all chuckled at the memory, and yeonjun couldn’t help but smile, even if it was at his own expense. how could he forget about it? afterall, you are the first girl who ever made him question himself.
“no, i don’t want to be your girlfriend.” your voice was steady, almost monotone, and it hit yeonjun like a lightning bolt. rejection? from you?
yeonjun wasn’t used to this. in high school, girls practically lined up to say yes to him, like their lives depended on it. but you… you were different. you didn’t even know who he was until college orientation, when you were both sophomores. the first time he saw you, assisting students with your hair in a messy ponytail, yeonjun was completely captivated.
since that day, he made it his mission to find out everything about you, even going so far as to befriend professors to make sure he took the same minors as you.
“dude, i think she likes me,” yeonjun announced one evening, smirking as the five of them sat in a pc cafe. beomgyu gave him a skeptical look.
“the fuck you talking about?” beomgyu muttered, not bothering to look away from his game.
“i mean, she looks at me,” yeonjun said, giggling as he recalled the time you watched him during an extemporaneous speech competition.
“she’s got eyes, dude,” soobin replied without missing a beat.
“wasn’t that when you were giving a speech?” taehyun added, earning a groan from yeonjun.
“and she clapped,” yeonjun argued, trying to ignore the fact that it was just polite to clap after a performance.
“everybody claps, dude,” hueningkai finished, making yeonjun tsk in frustration before turning his attention back to the game.
it had been like this for a good couple of months—yeonjun’s subtle attempts to catch your attention, his not-so-subtle theories about your feelings for him, and your complete obliviousness to it all. he was persistent, though, and eventually, he decided it was time to take the first real move.
one day, during a small thesis preparation session, you were flipping through pages of research, trying to figure out a topic that wouldn’t bore you to death. the professor had assigned everyone a two-person thesis project, and the thought of finding a partner had been weighing on your mind. you were about to ask one of your friends when yeonjun suddenly appeared beside you, his voice confident and almost commanding.
“hey, you’re my partner for the thesis,” he declared, not even bothering to ask if you agreed.
you blinked, staring at him in confusion. “uh… excuse me?”
“you heard me,” he said with a grin, and before you could protest or even process what was happening, he was already halfway out the door. “see you tomorrow for our first meeting!”
you sat there, dumbfounded. as far as you could remember, you’d never had any significant interaction with yeonjun during the entire semester. he’d only recently transferred into your schedule, and other than the occasional nod in the hallway or a brief hello in class, there was nothing between the two of you. yet here he was, claiming you as his thesis partner as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
the next day, you found yourself in the library, seated at a table piled high with books and notes. you were trying to focus on the thesis outline when yeonjun walked in, looking far too cheerful for someone about to dive into hours of research.
“ready to get started?” he asked, sliding into the seat across from you.
“i guess,” you replied, still a bit wary of him. “so, why did you pick me as your partner? there were plenty of other people you could’ve asked.”
yeonjun shrugged, giving you one of those infuriatingly charming smiles. “i figured you’d be the best match for me. plus, i heard you’re really smart.”
you raised an eyebrow, not entirely convinced. “you don’t even know me.”
“sure i do,” he said, leaning back in his chair. “you’re y/n. you’re always on top of things, you’re not afraid to speak your mind, and you have this cool way of looking at the world. who wouldn’t want you as a partner?”
his words left you momentarily speechless. was he seriously trying to flatter you? and more importantly, was he succeeding? you pushed the thought aside, focusing on the task at hand.
“well, if we’re going to work together, we need to set some ground rules,” you said, trying to sound firm. “no slacking off, no leaving everything to the last minute, and definitely no distractions.”
yeonjun held up his hands in mock surrender. “whatever you say, boss.”
despite your initial reservations, the study session went surprisingly well. yeonjun was focused and surprisingly knowledgeable about the topic you’d chosen. you found yourself actually enjoying the collaboration, even if he did have a habit of cracking jokes at the most inappropriate moments.
“so, after we finish this part, we should—” you started to say, but yeonjun interrupted.
“take a break and get some ice cream?”
you rolled your eyes but couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at your lips. “finish the outline first, then we’ll talk about ice cream.”
“deal,” yeonjun agreed, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
after a few more study sessions, yeonjun’s persistence only grew. he started finding excuses to hang out with you more often, from asking you to help him with other assignments to randomly showing up wherever you were. it was clear he was trying to make a move, but you weren’t sure how to respond.
one day after class, yeonjun casually invited you to join him and his friends for lunch.
“you should come sit with us today,” yeonjun said, like it was the most natural thing in the world.
you hesitated, not sure if you were ready to dive into his social circle. “um… i don’t know…”
“come on, it’ll be fun,” he urged, flashing that smile of his, the one that made it really hard to say no. “my friends are cool, i promise.”
reluctantly, you agreed. before you knew it, you were walking with yeonjun toward the cafeteria, your nerves tightening with each step.
as you approached the crowded cafeteria, yeonjun spotted his friends before you did. “there they are!” he waved, his voice tinged with excitement. you followed his gaze and saw a group of people sitting at a table, chatting animatedly.
the first person who caught your eye was a guy with long hair and white streaks. he was looking at the two of you with a teasing glint in his eyes, and you immediately felt your brows knit in confusion. yeonjun just gave you a knowing smile before gesturing for you to walk with him to their table.
“hey, this is y/n!” yeonjun introduced you, his voice a little too enthusiastic. you glanced around the table, trying to take in everyone at once. there was a tall guy who seemed taller even when he’s sitting down, and beside him was a girl who looked like she could be his girlfriend. across from them, another guy with bleached hair sat next to a girl who had a bright, friendly smile.
“hi! i’m beomgyu!” the long-haired guy with the white streaks grinned at you, clearly the one who had been teasing yeonjun earlier. you smiled back, nodding in acknowledgment.
before you could say anything, another guy with silver hair, his aura not as bright as the others, piped up. “dude, there are no pepsi today, we got you coke and lemonade instead.”
you realized he was talking to yeonjun, who just nodded and gave a small “thanks” before turning back to you.
“what are you waiting for? christmas? sit!” beomgyu gestured for you to sit, and you chuckled before finding a seat between yeonjun and the girl next to the tall guy.
the lunch was surprisingly fun. the guys bantered nonstop, making you laugh more than you had in a while. you quickly found yourself warming up to soobin, the tall guy, and his girlfriend, she had introduced herself to you as well. they were sweet and easy to talk to, and you couldn’t help but feel grateful that yeonjun had asked you to join them.
“so, y/n,” beomgyu leaned in, that mischievous grin back on his face, “how long have you been putting up with yeonjun?”
you rolled your eyes playfully, trying to play along. “not long,” you replied. “we’re thesis partners, so i guess i’m stuck with him for a while.”
“poor thing,” taehyun, the silver haired one, said with mock sympathy, earning laughter from the rest of the group.
as the conversation flowed, you found yourself getting into a lighthearted debate with soobin about the best study spots on campus. what started as a simple disagreement somehow turned into a full-blown group discussion about everything from favorite coffee shops to weird professors.
just as you were starting to feel truly comfortable, beomgyu decided to stir the pot. “anyway, y/n, how long have you two been dating?” he asked casually, his tone too innocent to be genuine.
you nearly choked on your food. “w-we’re not dating!” you stammered, your face burning with embarrassment.
yeonjun, who had been in the middle of taking a bite of his sandwich, almost spit it out in surprise. “yeah, what she said!” he quickly added, his voice a little too loud, his eyes wide with panic.
“aw, come on, you two would be cute together,” beomgyu teased, waggling his eyebrows, clearly enjoying the chaos he was causing.
“seriously, beomgyu, knock it off,” taehyun said, though his smirk made it clear he was just as amused as beomgyu.
you shot yeonjun a look, silently pleading with him to say something, anything, to shut beomgyu up. but yeonjun just laughed it off, nudging you playfully. the moment you started stammering, denying it with all your might, yeonjun felt his own cheeks heat up. he had quickly jumped in to support your denial, but the damage had been done. he could see the embarrassment written all over your face, and it made his heart sink.
“relax, y/n,” he said, his tone light and teasing. “he’s just messing with you.”
you managed a weak smile, but inside, you couldn’t shake the feeling that this lunch had been a terrible idea. as much as you were starting to like yeonjun’s friends, the attention and teasing were making you feel overwhelmed. as much as he wanted to laugh it off, to make you feel at ease, he couldn’t ignore the nagging feeling in the back of his mind. maybe he had pushed too hard, too fast. maybe bringing you into his world like this had been a mistake.
but then he saw you smiling weakly, trying to laugh along with the rest of them, and he felt a pang of guilt. he had wanted to share his friends with you, to make you feel welcome, but now he wasn’t so sure if that was what you wanted.
as the lunch went on, yeonjun found himself glancing at you more often, trying to gauge how you were feeling. when you finally caught his eye, he offered you a small, apologetic smile, hoping it was enough to convey what he couldn’t put into words.
the night was the same as usual, the five of them scattered around soobin’s living room, snacks strewn everywhere. yeonjun was pacing back and forth, running his fingers through his hair for what felt like the millionth time, repeating the same thing he’d been saying all night.
“i’m telling you guys, she likes me!”
the collective groan that followed was almost in perfect harmony.
“yeonjun, this is like, the eighth time this week you’ve said that,” taehyun muttered, rubbing his temples. “and it’s only wednesday.”
“i think she does,” hueningkai chimed in, leaning back against the couch, his tone thoughtful. yeonjun’s eyes lit up, only to dim a second later when kai added, “...but she doesn’t want to be in a relationship with you.”
yeonjun’s smile dropped as fast as it had appeared, and he shot hueningkai a sharp look. “what do you mean by that?”
beomgyu snickered from his spot on the floor, popping a chip into his mouth. “who would want to be with you, though?” he said with a smirk.
without missing a beat, yeonjun pointed dramatically at beomgyu, echoing his words with exaggerated emphasis. “WHO WOULD WANT to be with you!”
beomgyu burst into laughter, clearly satisfied with the reaction he’d gotten, and soon everyone else was laughing too—except for yeonjun, of course.
“i’m serious, guys!” yeonjun insisted, crossing his arms over his chest. “she’s gonna be my girlfriend, and when that happens, i. will. kill. y’all.”
beomgyu shrugged nonchalantly, barely containing his grin. “well, i guess i’m going to live a long life then.”
the room erupted in laughter again, and yeonjun threw a pillow at beomgyu, who dodged it with ease.
before yeonjun could argue further, his mind drifted back to earlier that day—back to when you had looked him dead in the eye and shattered his confidence in one fell swoop.
“are you even listening?” your sharp voice snapped him back to reality.
he blinked, realizing he had been spacing out. “w-what were you saying again?”
“i said i don’t want to be your girlfriend,” you repeated, the words hitting him like a ton of bricks.
his eyes widened in shock. “huh? i mean, why?” he blurted out, completely dumbfounded.
you stared at him in disbelief. “what the fuck do you mean, why?”
“like, uh... why?” he repeated, sounding even more clueless.
you sighed, exasperated. “why? well, who asks someone to be their girlfriend like they’re asking about the weather?!” you hissed, lowering your voice to avoid drawing attention from the other students.
yeonjun scratched the back of his neck in defeat, letting out an awkward chuckle. “so… no?”
“didn’t i just say that?” you retorted, raising an eyebrow.
before yeonjun could attempt to salvage the situation, the bell rang, signaling the end of the lunch period. you grabbed your things and stood up. “i’m going to my next class. i’ll just see you around.”
yeonjun watched you walk away, his mind reeling. see you around? even after blatantly rejecting him, you still expected to see him around? he took a deep breath, trying to shake off the embarrassment, and then smiled to himself.
later that day, back in soobin’s living room, yeonjun was ready to reveal his latest revelation.
“dude, i have a new theory...” yeonjun began, his eyes sparkling with renewed determination.
another round of groans filled the room, this time louder and more exaggerated.
“have you lost your mind? you were just crying earlier, saying, ‘fuck, she doesn’t like me, dude, i think i’m gonna die,’ and now you’re yapping again about some new theory?” beomgyu said, rubbing his eyes.
“dude, you can practically publish a book about your theories at this point,” soobin added, not even trying to hide his exasperation.
“this is the last time, i promise!” yeonjun said, holding up his hands in a gesture of sincerity that none of them believed for a second.
the four of them released a collective sigh, clearly not convinced. “say it,” hueningkai said, gesturing for yeonjun to continue.
“well, uh... i think she likes me... BUT! but, she’s in denial,” yeonjun announced, looking immensely proud of himself.
there was a brief, heavy silence before soobin broke it with a sigh so deep it sounded like it came from his soul. “god... i feel sorry for you, dude. to be honest.”
“that’s not impossible,” beomgyu chimed in, and everyone turned to look at him, surprised that he was actually supporting yeonjun’s theory. but then, with a wicked grin, he added, “that is... if she hasn’t lost her mind yet.”
soobin didn’t hesitate to smack beomgyu upside the head. “we’re being honest here, dumbass.”
“i am telling the truth,” beomgyu protested, rubbing the back of his head.
before yeonjun could dive further into his theory, taehyun, who had been quiet up until now, spoke up. “give it time.”
“huh?” yeonjun blinked, caught off guard.
“i said give it time,” taehyun repeated, his voice calm and steady. “you don’t have any reason to rush things.”
“yeah, thought so,” soobin agreed, nodding. “besides, if you keep pushing, you might just push her away for good.”
yeonjun sighed, flopping down onto the couch between taehyun and hueningkai. “you guys might be right... but what if i’m right too?”
“well, then maybe—maybe—we’ll help you plan your wedding,” beomgyu teased, barely holding back a laugh.
“yeah, and i’ll be the best man,” hueningkai added, grinning.
“only if i get to be the one who objects during the ceremony,” soobin quipped.
“you’re all assholes,” yeonjun groaned, but he couldn’t help the small smile tugging at his lips. as frustrating as it was, he knew they were right. he would just have to be patient and see how things played out.
but that didn’t mean he was giving up on you—not by a long shot.
you tried to distance yourself from yeonjun a bit. it wasn’t that you didn’t like him—on the contrary, you found him charming in a strange, infuriating way. but the attention, the teasing, and the constant questioning were too much for you. you weren’t used to this kind of pressure, and you weren’t sure how to deal with it.
but yeonjun was nothing if not persistent. he continued to show up at your study sessions, continued to find reasons to hang out with you, and continued to wear down your defenses with that disarming smile of his.
“you can’t avoid me forever, you know,” he said one day as you both sat in the library, working on your thesis. he had that familiar mischievous glint in his eyes, the one that told you he was up to something.
“i’m not avoiding you,” you replied, keeping your eyes on your notes. “i’m just… busy.”
“busy avoiding me,” he teased, leaning a little closer to you.
you rolled your eyes, but you couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at your lips. “you’re impossible.”
“and yet, you still agreed to be my partner,” he pointed out, his grin widening.
“only because you didn’t give me a choice,” you shot back, though there was no real heat in your words.
“true,” he admitted, leaning back in his chair. “but i think you’re starting to like me.”
you scoffed, trying to hide the way your heart skipped a beat at his words. “in your dreams, yeonjun.”
he just laughed, a warm, genuine sound that made your chest tighten in a way you weren’t ready to acknowledge. “maybe,” he said, shrugging as if it didn’t matter, though the playful gleam in his eyes told a different story. “but hey, dreams have a way of becoming reality.”
you tried to focus on your work, but yeonjun’s presence was impossible to ignore. the way he leaned back in his chair, casually confident, as if he knew exactly how much he was getting under your skin. it was infuriating, and yet there was something oddly comforting about his persistence.
“seriously, though,” he continued after a moment, his tone softening just a fraction. “i get that you’re not used to all this—hanging out with a new group, getting teased and stuff. but you don’t have to deal with it alone. i’m here, you know?”
his words caught you off guard, and you glanced up at him, surprised by the sincerity in his expression. “why do you care so much?” you asked, genuinely curious.
yeonjun’s smile faltered for just a second before he recovered, leaning forward slightly. “because… i like you, y/n. and not just as my thesis partner. i know i can be a lot to handle, but i want to get to know you better. and i want you to know me too.”
your heart skipped another beat, and for a moment, you didn’t know what to say. yeonjun had always been confident, maybe even a little cocky, but there was something vulnerable in the way he looked at you now, something that made you realize that his persistence wasn’t just a game to him.
“yeonjun…” you began, but he cut you off, shaking his head with a small, rueful smile.
“you don’t have to say anything now,” he said quickly. “i just wanted you to know where i stand. we can keep working on this thesis and see where things go, no pressure.”
you nodded, your thoughts a jumbled mess. yeonjun’s confession had thrown you off balance, and suddenly the lines between friendship, partnership, and something more seemed a lot blurrier than they had before.
“okay,” you finally said, your voice quieter than you intended. “but… let’s just take it slow, okay?”
yeonjun’s smile returned, softer this time, and he reached out to gently tap your hand with his fingers. “slow is good,” he agreed. “i’m not going anywhere.”
you found yourself smiling back, a warmth spreading through you that you couldn’t quite explain. maybe yeonjun was right—maybe you were starting to like him, just a little bit. and perhaps, that wasn’t such a bad thing after all.
one night, you woke up to the sound of low murmurs around you. disoriented, you looked around, trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. you were both working on your thesis and were at your house, but you could hear the faint clinking of pots and pans coming from the kitchen. you groggily got up, stretching your arms and shuffling towards the source of the sound.
in the kitchen, you found yeonjun and your mom busy cooking. the scene was oddly comforting: your mom, apron on, and yeonjun, looking surprisingly at ease in your home. the smell of sinigang filled the air, and yeonjun was animatedly talking about how much he loved your mom’s cooking, from her turon, empanadas to her banana cue and kamote cue. and even though it was scorching hot outside, he hadn’t let your mom’s ginataang bilo-bilo go to waste.
“hey,” you said, breaking their conversation. “what’s going on here?”
“oh, you’re just in time,” your mom said with a smile. “the rice is almost ready. yeonjun helped me with dinner tonight.”
yeonjun turned to you with a grin. “yeah, your mom is an amazing cook. i may have talked her ear off about how much i love her food.”
“i swear, it’s like your mom has magic in her hands,” he said dramatically. “i couldn’t let any of it go to waste, especially having a taste of that sinigang we just cooked? god, it was so good, i nearly cried.”
you raised an eyebrow, walking over to the stove and peering into the pot. “so, you’ve been raving about my mom’s cooking to her face, and now you’re here in our kitchen, making yourself at home?”
yeonjun, trying to look innocent, shrugged. “i figured, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. and if you’re going to be in my life, you might as well get used to my mom’s cooking too.”
your mom was beaming with pride. “he’s been a delight to have around. and besides, it’s nice to have someone appreciate my cooking so much.”
you glanced at yeonjun, you laughed, shaking your head. “i see you’re getting along just fine.”
“getting along? we’re practically best friends now,” yeonjun said, pretending to clink imaginary glasses with your mom. “we’ve bonded over food and shared laughs. next thing you know, we’ll be singing karaoke together.”
your mom chuckled. “oh, don’t tempt him. he’s already asked me if he could join us for karaoke night.”
“see?” yeonjun said, giving you a thumbs-up. “i’m fitting in perfectly.”
the conversation shifted to the final touches of the meal. your mom had whipped up a feast that included sinigang, a side of crispy lumpia, and yeonjun’s personal favorite, turon. as you all sat down to eat, yeonjun began a somewhat clumsy yet endearing attempt at conversation.
“hey,” he started, his mouth full of lumpia, “what’s your favorite dish your mom makes?”
“that’s a tough one,” you said, laughing. “i’d have to say the empanadas. they’re a family favorite.”
“good choice,” yeonjun said, nodding vigorously. “i was about to say the same thing. but honestly, everything your mom makes is amazing.”
“flattery will get you everywhere,” your mom said with a wink.
yeonjun looked at you, his eyes twinkling mischievously. “so, now that i’ve been properly introduced to your mom’s cooking, are you finally going to admit that i’m not so bad after all?”
“admit?” you said, raising an eyebrow. “you’re lucky my mom likes you. that’s the only reason you’re not getting kicked out right now.”
yeonjun feigned a dramatic gasp. “kicked out? but i’ve just started my career as your unofficial sous-chef!”
your mom laughed heartily, adding, “don’t worry, yeonjun. i’m quite fond of you already. just don’t let it go to your head.” you laughed, shaking your head at the absurdity of it all. the evening had turned into a delightful mess of food, laughter, and unexpected bond your mom and yeonjun made.
after dinner, you decided to walk yeonjun to the nearest jeep terminal. the evening air was cooler, and the streetlights cast a soft glow over the two of you. as you walked, yeonjun suddenly brought up a topic that made you stop in your tracks.
“your mom approved,” he said, smirking.
“approved of what?” you asked, confused.
“of me courting you,” he said, a mischievous glint in his eye.
“what the f—” you began, but yeonjun quickly covered your mouth with his hand.
“can you please calm down? you’re unbelievable,” he said, chuckling.
“why the heck did you tell my mom you’re courting me?” you asked once he finally removed his hand.
“what’s wrong with that? i’m courting you, right?” he asked with a grin.
“huh? you’re not!” you said, punctuating your words with playful punches to his arm. yeonjun let out a low grunt but seemed amused by your reaction.
“i am!” he insisted.
“you’ve never even asked me!” you said, continuing your playful assault on his arm. yeonjun stopped and stood still, causing you to cease your punches.
“hmm, so i didn’t made it obvious?” he asked, suddenly holding your face in his hands.
“then let me say it,” he started, and you felt a surge of panic as he held your face. “i will court you,” he finished, pinching your cheek lightly.
“no! i never said yes in the first place,” you protested.
“did i ask? i just informed you that i’m courting you from now on, even though i’ve been courting you since the day you rejected me,” he said, his voice dropping as he mentioned the rejection.
you rolled your eyes, and yeonjun gave a thumbs-up as he smiled widely. you turned around to see your mom giving a thumbs-up too, jumping with excitement as if she had won the lottery.
“mom!” you exclaimed, realizing that this was probably what they were discussing in the kitchen earlier.
“don’t worry, y/n,” your mom called out from the porch, waving enthusiastically. “i’m rooting for you two!”
you groaned, feeling a mix of embarrassment and amusement. yeonjun just laughed, clearly enjoying the chaos he had created.
“welcome to my life,” you muttered, shaking your head.
yeonjun’s grin widened. “oh, i’m just getting started.”
the days following yeonjun’s bold declaration of courtship were nothing short of a whirlwind. it seemed he had taken it upon himself to transform every mundane moment into an adventure. it wasn’t just about grand gestures; it was the little, unexpected things that made you laugh and sometimes question your sanity.
one bright afternoon, yeonjun showed up at your doorstep, not with flowers or a typical date night setup, but with an enormous picnic basket. his outfit was equally extravagant—he wore a sun hat with a wide brim and aviator sunglasses that made him look like he was preparing for a high-fashion photoshoot rather than a simple outing.
“ready for the most extravagant picnic of your life?” he announced with a flourish, spreading out a checkered blanket on the grass with a dramatic sweep that looked like he was setting up a stage for a grand performance.
you couldn’t help but laugh as you glanced from the basket to yeonjun’s over-the-top attire. “yeonjun, you do realize we’re just having a picnic, not hosting a royal banquet, right?”
“every moment with you is royal,” he said, winking with such confidence you almost believed him. “now, let’s see what we have here.” he began to unpack the basket with exaggerated care, revealing a mountain of turon, banana cue, and a sizable container of ginataang bilo-bilo.
“are you trying to win me over with food?” you asked, raising an eyebrow as he proudly displayed his assortment.
“well, it worked on your mom,” he said, taking a bite of a banana cue and looking excessively pleased with himself. “and i’m pretty sure it’ll work on you too.”
the picnic was a scene of endless laughter, food, and minor disasters. yeonjun’s attempts to be suave occasionally faltered, like when he accidentally knocked over the entire drink cooler, drenching both of you in iced tea. the sight of yeonjun covered in sticky tea, flailing his arms while trying to salvage the situation, had you both in stitches.
“i guess this is what they call a splash hit,” you joked, trying to contain your laughter as yeonjun attempted to mop up the mess with a napkin.
“oh, very punny,” yeonjun said, shaking his head with a grin. “i suppose it’s just another chapter in our epic picnic saga.”
as the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the park, yeonjun decided it was time for a “romantic stroll.” in reality, it was more of a clumsy run as he attempted to balance a massive bouquet of flowers—now slightly wilted from the iced tea incident—while dodging every stray dog and jogger that crossed your path.
“is it just me,” yeonjun panted between breaths, “or does the park look extra magical tonight?”
“that’s just the sun setting,” you replied, trying to hold back a grin. “but if you want to call it magic, go ahead.”
“magic it is,” he declared with a dramatic twirl, nearly colliding with a nearby lamp post. “now, let’s talk about our future. i’m thinking we’ll have a castle, a thousand turon makers, and a personal chef who specializes in banana cue.”
“sounds like a dream of you,” you said, laughing. “but let’s start with a dinner that doesn’t involve tripping over every piece of furniture.”
yeonjun’s face lit up with a mix of pride and amusement. “you know, i think we make a pretty good team. i bring the over-the-top gestures, and you keep me grounded. it’s a perfect balance.”
that night, as you both lay on the grass, gazing up at the stars while trying to impress you with his knowledge of constellations—although he kept mixing up orion with the big dipper. yeonjun continued his enthusiastic commentary on how great it was to finally be able to court you. he regaled you with exaggerated stories of his friends’ reactions to his new mission. apparently, his friends were both amazed and amused, with yeonjun’s tales of triumphs and mishaps becoming legendary in their group chats.
“so, i told beomgyu about the picnic,” yeonjun said, propping himself up on one elbow, “and he literally laughed so hard he fell off the bed.”
“sounds like quite the reaction,” you said, trying not to laugh.
“oh, it was,” yeonjun continued, “and then kai started teasing me about how i’m ‘the king of courtship disasters,’ which i thought was pretty unfair. if you ask me.” he looks at you. “i’m pretty sure that’s not how everyone measures their courtship skills,” you teased.
“well, i’m setting a new standard,” yeonjun said confidently. “besides, i’ve been studying the stars. did you know that orion’s belt is actually just three stars in a row?”
“i thought you were going to impress me with constellations,” you said with a smile.
“i’m working on it,” yeonjun said, squinting up at the sky. “but i think the real magic is in how we manage to turn every moment into an adventure.”
you lay there, enjoying the cool night air and the warmth of yeonjun’s presence beside you. his words were as comforting as they were amusing, and you couldn’t deny the charm of his quirky, earnest attempts to make every moment memorable.
“well,” you said, nudging him playfully, “as long as you keep being this ridiculously endearing, i think i’ll manage.”
yeonjun looked at you with a grin that could light up the night. “deal. and who knows? maybe next time, i’ll serenade you under the stars. though, i can’t guarantee i won’t mix up orion with the big dipper again.”
“oh, i’m counting on it,” you said, laughing.
a few weeks into the courtship, yeonjun had a sleepover at soobin’s place with a few of his friends—soobin, beomgyu, taehyun, and hueningkai. they had gathered for a casual hangout, but yeonjun’s excitement about your dates led him to share every detail with his friends. unfortunately, they had already fallen asleep on the living room floor, exhausted from a long day of activities.
yeonjun was sprawled on the couch, practically bursting with energy as he talked animatedly to the empty room. “guys, you won’t believe how amazing the date was last night. we went to this new restaurant, and the food—oh my god, the food was incredible.”
soobin was sprawled on the floor, snoring softly, while beomgyu had drifted off with his head resting on a pile of pillows. taehyun was half-asleep, his head bobbing with each word yeonjun said. hueningkai had passed out with a bag of chips still clutched in his hand.
“so, we tried this new dessert,” yeonjun continued, oblivious to his friends’ slumber. “it was this amazing fusion of all our favorite flavors. and then we had this huge debate about whether pineapple belongs on pizza. i mean, can you believe it?”
yeonjun’s voice was a mixture of excitement and nostalgia as he recounted the smallest details. “and she laughed so hard when i tried to impress her with my ‘impressive’ dance moves. totally epic fail, but she loved it anyway.”
a few muffled groans and sighs from his friends indicated they were barely hanging on, but yeonjun was undeterred. “oh, and we ended the night stargazing one time. i tried so hard to be all poetic, but she kept pointing out how i mixed up orion’s belt with the big dipper. it was so funny.”
taehyun, now fully awake but still half-lying on the floor, mumbled, “yeonjun, we get it. your date was amazing. can we sleep now?”
“wait, there’s more!” yeonjun said, waving his arms excitedly. “we’re planning to make a scrapbook together, and i’m going to put glitter on everything. glitter explosion!”
“yeonjun,” soobin grumbled from the floor, “we’re tired. save the stories for later.”
“fine, fine,” yeonjun said with a dramatic sigh, finally noticing the exhaustion in his friends’ voices. “but you guys are going to love the next date. it’s going to be legendary.”
one evening, yeonjun decided that you both needed a “romantic” movie night. his idea of romance, however, involved setting up an elaborate indoor “cinema” with fairy lights, bean bags, and a selection of snacks that could rival a small buffet. he even made you wear matching pajamas—complete with cartoon characters.
“it’s all about the experience,” yeonjun said, adjusting the lights with an overly serious expression. “you can’t have a romantic movie night without proper ambiance.”
“you know,” you said, looking around at the whimsical setup, “this is actually kind of cute. but don’t think you can get away with making me wear these ridiculous pajamas all the time.”
“hey, don’t knock the pajamas until you’ve experienced the full cozy effect,” yeonjun said, tossing you a bag of popcorn. “plus, it’s for a good cause—our future movie nights together.” smiling sweetly at you.
the movie night itself was a comedy of errors. yeonjun spent more time trying to fix the projector than actually watching the movie, and you both ended up in fits of laughter over his failed attempts to mimic romantic movie lines. at one point, yeonjun dramatically declared, “you had me at hello,” before tripping over the bean bag and crashing into a pile of pillows.
“romance is clearly not your strong suit,” you teased, helping him up.
“hey, I’m working on it,” yeonjun said, brushing himself off with a grin. “next time, i promise a movie night with less physical comedy and more actual romance.”
the following weekend, yeonjun took you to a local farmer’s market. it was a simple date, but one that turned into a playful adventure as you navigated the stalls, sampling everything from artisanal cheeses to homemade jams. yeonjun insisted on buying you a “mystery fruit” he claimed was the “best thing ever.”
“i’m telling you, it’s going to be life-changing,” yeonjun said, holding up a spiky, oddly shaped fruit with a look of triumph.
“it looks like something from an alien planet,” you said, eyeing it warily. “but if you say so.”
the mystery fruit turned out to be surprisingly delicious, and the experience left you both in high spirits. you ended up buying a basket of fresh produce, and yeonjun’s enthusiasm for the “find” made the outing memorable.
“we should definitely do this again,” yeonjun said as you walked back to the car, his cheeks flushed from the sun and excitement.
“i’ll hold you to that,” you said, smiling.
as the weeks went by, yeonjun’s courtship efforts continued to be a mix of grand and simple gestures. he surprised you with handwritten letters, silly serenades, and spontaneous dance parties in the living room. his attempts at poetry were endearing, if not always successful, but you appreciated the effort behind each one.
the culmination of yeonjun’s courtship efforts came on a quiet evening when you both decided to work on a scrapbook together. yeonjun had been relentless about starting the project, claiming it was the perfect way to document your journey together. you reluctantly agreed, and soon found yourself surrounded by colorful papers, stickers, and glitter.
yeonjun was deeply focused on arranging photos and decorations, his brows furrowed in concentration as he pouted his lips in a way that made him look more like a kid than a confident courtier.
“hey,” you said, unable to resist the adorable sight, “you look really cute right now.”
yeonjun glanced up, caught off guard by your compliment. “cute? i’m working hard here, you know.”
“i know,” you said, leaning closer and feeling a sudden impulse. you reached out and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek, your lips brushing against his skin.
“hey! you can’t kiss me, i’m not your boyfriend,” yeonjun said, his voice a mix of surprise and mock indignation as he covered his face with his hands.
“then be,” you said, smiling as you wiped a stray piece of glitter from his cheek.
“then be? then be?! what the hell?!” yeonjun shouted, his face turning a shade redder.
“can you please act normal for once?” you asked, trying to hide your amusement.
“are you?” yeonjun said, peeking out from behind his hands with a faux serious expression. “because right now, you’re acting like you just walked out of a rom-com.”
“i figure we are going there soon, so might as well make it official now,” you said, biting your lower lip as you hide your smile.
“so... you? and me?” yeonjun said, exaggeratingly pointing to you and him while making a heart shape with his hands.
“you know,” you said, tapping the scrapbook page with your finger for emphasis. “ask me to be your girlfriend. stop dancing around it and just say it.”
yeonjun’s face turned a deep shade of red, and he looked away, pretending to be very interested in a piece of glitter stuck to his hand. “are you sure you want that?” he asked, his voice slightly muffled as he avoided eye contact.
“yeonjun,” you said, reaching out to gently turn his face towards you. “it’s ridiculous to keep pretending like you don’t want to be with me. you’ve already shown me how much you care.”
“well,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper, “if you’re really sure about this, then...”
“yes,” you said, smiling warmly. “i’m sure.”
yeonjun’s expression shifted from nervousness to a wide, goofy grin. “okay then,” he said, leaning in with exaggerated seriousness. “will you be my girlfriend?”
you laughed, shaking your head at his over-the-top delivery. “yes, yeonjun,” you said, reaching out to tap him on the nose. “i will.”
“thank goodness,” he said with a sigh of relief, playfully collapsing onto the table as if he’d just won a great battle. “i was starting to think I’d have to spend the rest of my life trying to win you over. anyway, can you say it again?” he added putting his hand into a heart.
“you are so corny, i hate you,” you said, rolling your eyes. you leaned in and gave him a quick kiss on the lips before adding, “you heard me.”
yeonjun’s eyes widened, and he lowered his head, covering his mouth as if he’d just had his first kiss stolen. “i hate you so much!” he said, his irritation tinged with a hint of affection as he tried to maintain his pout.
as you both sat there, surrounded by scraps of paper and glitter, you realized that yeonjun’s courtship had turned into something truly special. it wasn’t about grand gestures or elaborate plans; it was the simple, everyday moments that made it all the more memorable. "yeonjun," you called softly, breaking the comfortable silence that had settled between you.
"hmm?" he replied, not taking his gaze off the scrapbook page he was working on. his concentration was almost endearing, his brow furrowed as he meticulously placed another sticker.
"thank you," you said, your voice sincere and filled with warmth.
yeonjun finally looked up, his eyes meeting yours with a mix of surprise and curiosity. “for what?” he asked, setting down the glue stick and wiping his hands on a napkin.
“for everything,” you said, gesturing to the scattered scraps of paper and glitter that surrounded you both. “for all the effort you put into making this special, for being so... you.”
his cheeks flushed slightly, and he gave you a shy, almost sheepish smile. “well, i guess i can’t take all the credit,” he said, scratching the back of his neck. “you make it easy to want to do these things.”
“that’s really sweet,” you said, leaning over to give him a gentle kiss on the cheek. “i’m glad you’re the one doing this with me.”
yeonjun’s eyes widened, and he looked away, pretending to be intensely interested in a stray piece of glitter on the table. “uh, it’s nothing,” he muttered, trying to hide his blush. “just... don’t expect me to start being all mushy every time.”
“don’t worry,” you said, chuckling softly. “i’ll make sure to keep you on your toes.” you said as you watch him trying his best to focus on what he’s working on as he fights the urge to scream at how happy he is at this moment.
yeonjun leaned back in his chair, a nostalgic grin spreading across his face as he reminisced with his friends. they were gathered in the homecoming hall, a place filled with echoes of their past, and the atmosphere was brimming with laughter and memories.
“honestly,” yeonjun began, looking at the five guys sitting around him, “it’s kind of hilarious to think back on that time i was crying over her rejection, when in the end i ended up having her.”
the others chuckled, their laughter mingling with the soft clinking of glasses and the hum of the crowd. “yeah, i remember,” beomgyu said, a smirk tugging at his lips. “you were a mess and all, with you endless love theories.”
taehyun raised an eyebrow, “and now you’re here, about to get married. who knew?”
yeonjun shook his head, still grinning. “i know, right? all those dramatic moments and tears, and here we are. i didn’t just win her over to be my girlfriend. no, we’re engaged now.”
he looked up as you walked into the room, calling out to him with a bright smile. “hon!”
the room fell silent, and yeonjun’s gaze softened as he saw you approach. you greeted him with a soft kiss on the cheek, and he could feel the warmth of your love. “hey,” he said, his voice full of affection. “have you talk to them already?” yeonjun asks before planting soft kiss on your cheeks.
“guys, gross. please stop,” beomgyu said, rolling his eyes.
“as if you weren’t the literally on everyone’s lips during college, dude,” taehyun remarked, a playful grin on his face.
beomgyu laughed, shaking his head. “can you please stop reminding me of my youth?”
“they’re still the same,” you whispered to yeonjun, a teasing smile on your lips. “so are we.”
yeonjun leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss to your bare shoulder. “i wouldn’t have it any other way.”
“get a room,” hueningkai interjected with a grin, shaking his head at the display of affection.
you laughed, your heart full of joy as you turned to soobin. “where is she?” you asked, your curiosity evident.
soobin’s smile grew, his eyes reflecting a fondness that spoke of countless shared memories. “she’s just finishing up in the restroom. she’ll be here soon.” his gaze softened as he remembered how this had always been your way of asking about his girlfriend during college. the smile on his face hinted at the significant moments they’d shared—the moments that had changed everything for him.
“soobinie~” a sweet voice called out. soobin turned, his face lighting up as he met the gaze that had once captured his heart during those college days.

Confession
(AIZAWA X READER) (FLUFF!) (Please send requests!!)
You walked through the halls of UA. “Wow, there are so many new facilities, way more upgrades compared to when I was attending,” you smiled as you followed Principal Nezu. “That’s correct, we’ve always tried to provide the best education and training to our students. I’m sure you remember,” he smiled as he continued to lead you to his office. “Yep, I really missed this place. America was nice, but I really missed Japan,” you smiled. “I see, well if you’re free I’d love to discuss your time in America over a cup of tea,” he said as he opened his office door. “That’s fine,” you nodded.
That was the idea, but… it quickly turned into one of Principal Nezu’s famous lectures. ‘Why am I receiving a lecture on my first day back?’ you asked yourself. The lecture was cut off by a knock on the door. “Yes?” Nezu asked. The door slowly opened, your eyes slightly widened. Across from you was Aizawa, “Oh hello Eraserhead, are those the files I asked you to prepare? Thank you for your hard work, you can place them on my desk,” Nezu said as he placed his cup of tea down. “Understood,” he nodded.
“I’m sorry for interrupting your meeting,” he bowed slightly before placing the files on the desk. “Oh it’s no trouble, it is getting quite late isn’t it?” He asked you, and you nodded enthusiastically. Anything to get out of his lecture… “Oh, may I ask for another favor, Eraser?” Nezu asked. “Yes sir?” Aizawa replied. “Would you mind giving our new instructor a quick tour of the school?” He asked. “... Yes sir,” he hesitated. “Fantastic! Well I will send your new schedule before I leave the office today, thank you for your help,” Nezu shook your hand.
You nodded and followed Aizawa out into the hallway. “What a bother…” you heard him mumble. “Jeez, is that any way to greet an old classmate?” you smiled softly. “Mmm… well follow me,” he said grumpily and began guiding you through the new facilities.
“Wow there’s so many new training grounds! How exciting!” you grinned. You glanced over to Aizawa who seemed bothered to still be guiding you. “Eraser, how about we end this tour early today?” you asked. “Huh?” he asked. “Well, not to be mean, but that scowl hasnt left your face this entire tour. And it’s sort of leaving a sour taste in my mouth,” you joked. “Hmm… well if you really want to then so be it, but before you go let’s go to one last spot,” he said softly as he guided you towards the rooftop.
You ran out onto the roof, “I knew you were bringing me here! It’s been so long!” You smiled as you ran towards the railings. “Be careful,” he yawned. “I know, I know! Remember how many times we would sneak up here?” You laughed. “Yeah, I also remember the amount of times we had to throw Mic under the bus because he was always the reason we were caught,” he replied. “Oh wow I totally forgot! Is he here? I’d love to see him!” you smiled excitedly. “You’ll be able to see him on Monday,” he responded. “Really? How nice,” you smiled.
The three of you were pretty close throughout highschool, but… things ended awkwardly… “But… why did you bring me here? Don’t you remember what happened up here? Doesn’t being up here give you uncomfortable memories?” You asked. Thinking back to that one day.
Flashback
“Hey Aizawa! Aizawa!” you knocked on his desk, trying to wake him up. “I’m up…” he yawned as he slowly picked his head up. “Well it doesn’t seem like it, come on, you’re supposed to help clean…” you groaned as you continued placing chairs on the desks. “I’m helping,” he stifled a yawn before standing up and placing his seat onto his desk. It was a comfortable silence in the classroom before you decided to break it. “Hey, before we head home… would you mind accompanying me onto the roof?” you asked nervously. “Yeah sure,” he replied. “Really? Ok!” you said excitedly.
After cleaning you both snuck up to the roof. You ran towards the railing. “Be careful,” he yawned. “I know, I know! Look, isn’t it so pretty today? Look at that sunset!” You grinned as you pointed towards the light orange sky. “It’s just a regular sunset,” he shrugged. “And you’re just a piece of sandpaper,” you rolled your eyes. “Whatever,” he replied. “Is that the only reason why you wanted to come up here? To see the sunset?” He asked. “W-Well… you know how we’re graduating in 2 months?” You asked. “Yeah, and?” He asked. “Well… I don’t want to leave this place regretting anything. I- There’s something I wanted to tell you before we both leave and pursue our dreams,” you said determinedly. “You mean before you head to America for that job offer?” he asked. “I still haven’t accepted that, I’m still thinking about it… but forget about that! Just… just let me worry about right now,” you said nervously as you turned to face him.
“Ok?” He asked, confused. “Aizawa… I’ve recently- no I’ve known for a while that… well… I- I…” you stammered over your words. “What are you trying to say?” Aizawa asked. “I… Aizawa I’ve developed feelings for you, a-and I would like us t-to get to know each other more c-closely,” you said as you stared at the ground, afraid of his reaction towards your confession. “H-Huh?” He asked. “Please don’t make me repeat myself…” you felt your ears burn. I-I see… well… I’m sorry…” he trailed off. You clutched onto the hem of your blazer. “It’s f-fine! I get it!” You blurted out. “It’s just that…” he trailed off. “I said it’s fine! Don’t worry about me! Oh would you look at the time, I gotta go before I miss the last train!” you said as you grabbed your bag and raced towards the door. “(Y/N)! Wait!” You heard, but continued racing towards the stairs.
After that day it became difficult and awkward to be around him. So you slowly separate yourself from your 2 friends. As well as accepting your offer in America.
End of Flashback
You waited for Aizawa’s reply, but he only stared back. “Well, I don’t know why you brought me here, but I’m glad you did. I always saw the best sunsets up here…” you smiled as you glanced towards the sky. “But I’ve never found a more beautiful sunset compared to that one day,” you laughed as you turned towards Aizawa. Noticing he stepped closer towards you.
“Not planning to push me off the roof are you?” You laughed. “What?” He let out a surprised chuckle. “Well you’re not saying anything, is this you getting revenge for making things awkward?” You joked. “No,” he shook his head. “Just thought it was a pretty sunset today,” He said softly. “It is,” you smiled. “And don’t worry Aiza- I mean Eraserhead, I’ll make sure to always keep things professional between us. Don’t worry about the past,” you said. “Well… there’s something I have to tell you,” he replied. “Don’t tell me you already reported me to HR,” you laughed. “Jeez… you’re still the same old jokester aren’t you?” He asked as he scratched the back of his head. “Guilty,” you smiled as you leaned against the railing.
“Anyways… there was something important that I wanted to tell you,” he said softly. “Yes?” You asked. “Well…” He mumbled off as he slightly stiffened. “What was that? You mumbled off,” you replied as you cupped your ear. You noticed he took a few steps closer, you felt your smile tighten. A bit nervous from the close distance between you two. “Well, let me phrase this in a way you’ll understand me instantly,” he let out a deep breath. “I’ve developed feelings for you (Y/N), and I would like us to get to know each other more closely,” he said as he stared into your eyes. You immediately felt your ears burn, “W-What?” You asked as you tried to take a step back, but was met with the railing.
“...Please don’t make me repeat myself,” he said awkwardly. “That’s not funny, making fun of a young girl’s words,” you narrowed your eyes as you clutched onto the railing. “(Y/N), I’m serious,” he said as he took another step closer. “A-Aza- I mean Easer, stop messing with me…” you blushed as you leaned farther back onto the railing. “(Y/N),” he said softly. “I s-should go-” your eyes widened as you noticed yourself falling over the rails. “Crap!” you heard him shout. You were about to catch yourself, but was met with a scarf wrapping around you. Pulling you back onto the roof, you were then met with a sturdy chest. You stared at Aizawa as he slowly caught his breath from the sudden action.
“I thought I told you to be careful,” he said. “I-I know… I just…” you moved your eyes towards the ground. “(Y/N),” he called out as you felt a hand on your chin, causing you to face him. “I like you, I’ve always liked you…” he said. “B-But you…” you trailed off. “I did that, so you wouldn’t miss out on going to America. I’d kick myself if I were so selfish to make you stay here just because of me…” he explained. “You… rejected me so I wouldn’t refuse the offer?” You widen your eyes. “You always talked about traveling, and wanting to go meet more heroes outside of Japan. What were you going to do if I accepted your confession back then?” He asked. “I-I was planning to… to stay. I wanted to be with you…” you blushed. “You see, I didn’t want to be the reason why you didn’t complete one of your dreams,” he said softly.
“I-I’m sorry Aizawa, I just assumed…” you trailed off. “It’s fine, but what I said was true. Do you accept my confession?” He smiled softly. “Of course I do!” you grinned as you pounced on him. “You’re way too excited,” he chuckled softly. “Aren’t you?” You asked. “Yeah… I am,” he said as he stared back into your eyes. You bit your lip nervously, before closing the distance between you.
Thank goodness you accepted the offer from UA.

wine and dine?
aizawa x teacher reader (oc-ish) ✨ I give some descriptions of the reader, including hair color, pointed canines and eye color. ✨
tw: reference to sex that already happened, blow jobs, reader is afab, aizawa being a horny guy
You were a young new teacher at UA when Aizawa first noticed you. The bright wave of excitement still beamed in your face; the tortures of being a high school teacher hadn’t hit you yet. With your vibrant lilac hair and sparkling golden eyes, you exuded a contagious enthusiasm that contrasted sharply with Aizawa’s more reserved demeanor.
Assigned to the same department as Aizawa, you were responsible for Class 1-A. By the end of the school year, you had faced more challenges than you ever did as a pro hero. From students nearly dying to being targeted by villains, you endured many late nights and terrifying experiences. It was no surprise that you had become a more exhausted version of yourself. Your lilac hair had faded to a darker purple, and your golden eyes held a dimmer shade, though they never lost their excitement. Dark under-eye bags had become your signature look, along with your bright smile, pointed canines pulling your face together.
Shota had initially been uninterested in making friends with you, especially when he noticed how excited and happy you were. That was many months ago, before he had spent countless sleepless nights working with you. He found himself growing to appreciate the tired attempts at jokes you would make. He realized he had been quick to judge you.
Though almost polar opposites in teaching style, hero work, and demeanor, Aizawa saw the soft moments you shared. Living on campus meant frequent encounters, but the most recent one left him flustered as he prepared for your first date.
You were both adults, and it became very evident to Shota when you had dropped to your knees in front of him. Fuck.
He adjusted his jeans, hands moving to fix the tie around his neck. At first, he wasn’t even sure if dating was necessary, fucking you senseless had been fun enough. But that just wasn’t his style, he wanted to be a gentleman. He wanted to have you drooling over his cock after he took you out on a nice date.
Aizawa was almost sure he wouldn’t be able to make it through the date without wanting to leave and ravage your body all over again. You had been so willing, initiating all the first moves, asking for his permission to have your lips around his cock. As if he would’ve denied such a thing from your pouting, swollen lips in that moment.
Shota would say he was very good at self control, never letting women or anyone interfere with his work. He didn’t believe in distractions, but then one finally came along, bright eyed and begging for him to fuck you, well he lost every ounce of dignity he convinced himself he had. The events leading up to the two of you fucking in his classroom had become a blur.
All he knew is there had been a ton of mindless flirting going on, and you had said he would never be man enough to kiss you, to which he firmly stated he could easily do. Not much longer you were bent over his desk and begging him to stop teasing and fill you with his cum. He huffed out a heavy sigh of air, where had his control gone?
Yeah, you may have been younger, less experienced in teaching and even being a hero compared to the well achieved Eraserhead, but you were not lacking when it came to being a pretty whore for him. No, he was almost positive your pussy was a quirk of its own.
Though a small part of him was fine with just having casual sex, the deeper, more sensible part of him knew asking you on a date was the better option. That very morning he lazily trotted to your classroom, asking you to go out to dinner with him. Your sharp canine teeth sent a chill down his spine as you grinned at him, nodding in acceptance.
He finally finds himself again, clearing his mind. Stop acting like a fucking high schooler, you don’t need to jerk one out before you even meet for the date, he thought as he shrugged his suit jacket on. Your rooms weren’t far from each other and it didn’t take long before you were hearing a soft knock on the other side of your door.
“Shota.”
His name sounded so blissful coming from your lips, and he stuck his hand out, admiring you. “Ready for our date kitty?” He asks, his signature smirk showing up as he called you the nickname he had given you months ago. The man couldn’t stop himself as he took in the black midi dress that adorned your body. He eyed the slit that cut up your thigh, your soft curves prominent in the silky dress.
“More than ready.” You state, following the man out of your room. It wasn’t long before the two of you found yourself at a popular Japanese restaurant, and it was no surprise Shota had a private room reserved for just the two of you. Of course, he always wanted his privacy. Part of you was hoping it wasn’t just because of his introverted style but because he had other plans for the evening.
“I hope this is okay.” He states, pulling your chair out for you. “It’s more than okay Shota, you could have taken me to a mcdonalds and I’d be just as happy..” to ride on your cock again, you think to yourself, but before you continue blabbering you shut yourself up, a blush crawling across your face.
“Not to compare this,” you motion around the beautiful restaurant. “To a fast food place.”
The night continues almost too easily, both of you getting along extremely well. You were thankful for having chemistry with him beyond being coworkers, or the obvious sexual chemistry you had already discovered. Shota was different, he was such a stark contrast to yourself but it seemed to work.
He asked you about your classes, how you felt about your first year of teaching and the crazy challenges everyone had been through. Questions shifted from work, to personal life and soon you two were talking about nothing and everything in between. Hero work, hobbies, his pet cat and your 18 fish who were each named after your favorite pros. You talked about how nice he looked without his hero outfit on or snuggled into a sleeping bag.
You both shared a few drinks, and really just learned more and gained a new perspective on each other. Of course you made a few teasing suggestions about the night you two had shared, but quickly shut up at the mans firm stare.
Eventually you both make your way out of the restaurant, taking your time walking back to the apartments. He kept his warm and around your waist, letting you lean into him as you admired the sounds of the city. For the first time in a while, it had a peaceful feeling over it. No police sirens wailing, people screaming or anyone being in immediate danger.
It was comforting for the moment, knowing you could enjoy being an actual person without the immediate danger hero work caused. You noticed Aizawa seemed to think the same thing, the tenseness in his body not looking so rigid for once.
It didn’t take long for you to get back to the dorms and he was keeping a respectful distance as he walked you to your room, it was clear he wanted to show you he wasn’t just in for the sex, even though you were pretty sure that’s what you both had originally wanted.
“I had an amazing night, Kitty. Maybe we can do this again sometime?”
You grinned up at him, “Of course Sho, I’d like to take you to my favorite bakery for breakfast next Thursday before class.” You hummed, lightly gripping his suit jacket to pull him closer. He chuckled a bit, leaning a hand against your door frame as the other gently held your waist.
“You wanna take me to breakfast?”
“Mhm..” you answer, leaning forward to let your lips brush over his ear. “But right now I’d like to take you to my bed.” You whisper, nipping lightly at his ear. God, he wanted to be respectful. He had really tried, but when his eyes met yours he knew he was done for.
“You’re gonna be the death of me.”

CHAPTER FOUR
WARNING: SMUTTTTTTTTT
You and Aizawa watched the students as they sparred together. He strategically placed the students with each other, their partners having what they don't have. Whether it's patience, strategic skills, or being a team player, all of the matches work.
"Has Shoto ever said anything to you about his dad?" You lean back in the bleachers.
"Not really. He stays to himself a lot, but any time anyone ever mentions the new #1 hero, Todoroki rolls his eyes. Why?"
"Enji is trying to rebuild his relationships with his kids, and I have a feeling that one is gonna be tough to crack."
"You and Endeavor are close?" Aizawa sounded genuine.
"You could say that. He does tell me a lot about his past, and all of the mistakes he's made. One of them being so hard on Shoto."
All Aizawa does is nod as he continues to watch the students. "You know, about our past-" He began to speak.
"What about it?" You turn to look at him, your mind getting lost in his dark chocolate brown eyes.
"I, I've always -" He turned his knees towards you as he spoke.
"MR. AIZAWA BAKUGO IS GOING TO KILL MIDORIA!" Iida ran to the bleachers. "I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT BAKUGO IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE. LITERALLY."
You and Aizawa immediately jump onto the ground to find the pair. Bakugo looks like he wants to destroy anything in his path. Aizawa turned into Eraserhead to stop him from going any further.
"You got off easy because they're here." Bakugo said to Midoria. "Whatever your quirk is, mine is better and I WILL beat you."
"Um... okay." You press your hands to Midoria's shoulders. "Midoria, why don't you take a breather." You turn to look at Midoria, who is a bit shorter than you. His eyes are big and glossy, like he's about to cry. He nods and turns to go to the bleachers.
You turn your attention to Aizawa. He's lecturing Bakugo with his back to you. Your eyes scan over his body - his broad shoulders, muscular arms, smaller waist, and his long legs. His wavy hair was pushed back against his goggles.
You caught yourself staring a bit too long.
Shit.
What is this feeling?
_______________________
For the rest of the week you tried your best to focus on planning out your classes. After all, next week you'll be on your own.
You also avoided Aizawa. You would leave class before him, and leave your room after him in the morning so you wouldn't have to talk to him.
You had some feeling in your stomach when you looked at him. A feeling that was unwanted by your brain, but your heart continued.
Keigo, however, you have not been avoiding. You had fun when you hung out with him. Actual fun. He's very sweet and takes note of everything you say.
He also made it a habit to call you during your lunch every day.
"So I was thinking we could go out on a date tomorrow night." Keigo said as you pressed the phone between your ear and shoulder.
"Where were you thinking?" You open your container, mixing your salad with your fork.
"I was thinking we could do dinner downtown and then talk a walk around the park. It should be a nice night out."
"Pick me up at 7." You smile and take a bite of your caesar salad. "No flying, though. I don't want to get sick."
"Aw come on, I wanted to show you how high I can go."
"Fine." You roll your eyes, flickering your gaze up to the tall man in front of you. "I'll see you tomorrow." You hang up the phone.
"You've been avoiding me." Aizawa sat down across from you in the teachers lounge.
"I would never do touch a thing." You placed your hand on your chest. "You're my absolute favoriteeeee person, why would I do that?!"
"I don't know." He placed his arms on the table in front of him. "Is the bird telling you not to talk to me?"
"Shouta why would you say something so stupid." You dug your fork in your food. "I don't belong to anyone, so I can talk to whoever I want and if Kiego ever even suggest that I don't talk to a particular person, he will no longer be in my life."
"Mm." He nodded, watching you put your fork in your mouth, your lips wrapping around the utensil. You take note of his eyes on your lips, but you don't say anything.
You want to see how far you can get him. How much you can make him... want you.
You can't even deny it anymore. The thought of Aizawa getting turned on by you gets you turned on.
You're single. You can date whoever you want. However many men you want.
You purposely got some dressing on your lips and didn't wipe it off. Knowing that Aizawa would point it out.
"You have dressing on your face." He leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms over his chest.
"Oh! Thank you." You pull out a compact mirror and dip your finger in the spot with the dressing, then sliding your index finger in your mouth to lick off the dressing.
Aizawa watched as your full lips wrapped around your index finger. His eyes scanned your dainty hands, your baby pink almond shaped nails perfectly manicured. He's careful not to show too much emotion, but he can't help the excitement growing in his pants.
"Oh, lunch is over. I'm gonna go train a bit, I feel a bit rusty." You stand up quickly and shove your lunch container in your bag. "See you Monday, Eraser."
___________________________
You decided on a white square cut crop top with straight leg jeans that fit you just right, accentuating your curves. Paired with your white platform converse and gold accessories - you were ready.
You stared at yourself in the mirror, making sure your hair is in place and your makeup is just the way you like it. Clear lip gloss topped the entire look off, leaving you looking juicy and glowy.
At 7 on the dot, there was a knock at your door. Keigo was wearing a black shirt with a black jacket, similar to the one he wears with his hero uniform. His wings are on full display - you can tell he takes great care of them. They're shiny and voluminous.
"You look beautiful as usual." Keigo pulled a bouquet of flowers from behind his back. Two dozen red roses. "More beautiful than these flowers."
"Keigo, you are so sweet." You grab the fur lining of his jacket, pulling him closer to you. You pressed your lips against his, to his surprise. The smell of roses flooded your nostrils as you kissed him with a mix of his sandalwood cologne. "Let me put these in a vase before we go." You turn and walk back into your apartment.
You place the vase in the middle of your kitchen island, making sure there's enough water. "Okay. Ready." You pull your purse over your shoulder and walked to Keigo in the doorway.
He held out his hand for yours, his fingers intertwining with yours. "You ready to fly?"
"Ready as I'll ever be."
Keigo took you in his arms bridal style and took flight. His wings allow him to gain height at insane speeds - your mind almost coun't comprehend it. Your grip on him tightened as you got higher.
"It's okay. I'm not going anywhere." Keigo kissed the top of your head. "Open your eyes."
Reluctantly, you opened your eyes and saw the night sky. You were in the clouds, the stars shining above you.
"Wow, this is breath taking." You leaned your head on his shoulder. You felt his hands tighten around your legs, his thumbs grazing your skin.
"This is how I feel when I'm with you." His eyes analyzed your face as he spoke. You tilted your head up to meet his eyes, letting your mouths crash together. Your hand presses against his cheek as you deepen the kiss with your tongue. You hear his breath hitch as your tongue dances with his.
"We can't do this up here. I can't promise I can stay focused on flying." He pecked your lips quickly before he started the descent back to the ground.
The rest of the date was great. You and Keigo always have fun together and this time was no different. Laughs and smiles are mandatory when you spend time together.
He would steal kisses during dinner when you weren't expecting it. It was adorable.
Keigo is incredibly sweet, caring, kind, and outwardly shows his interest in you. He's what you need.
When the date was over and it was time to drop you off at your place, you didn't want the night to end.
"Do you want to come in?" You lean your back against the door. Your voice was low, almost a whisper, and your mouth formed into a smirk.
"I'm not sure I'll want to leave if I go in." He leaned in, hovering his lips over yours.
"It's not a school night." You tilt your head up to graze his lips. He held himself back from attacking your lips right then and there. You turn your key into your door and grabbed his hand, bringing him into your place.
Keigo wasted no time taking off his jacket and taking you in his arms. You wrapped your legs around his waist as his lips attached to yours. He was so needy, which you love. His hands planted on your plump ass as he walked to your bedroom.
Giving it a squeeze before laying you down on your bed, he left kisses on your neck down to your chest. Your buried your hands in his hair as he kissed every inch of your chest.
His lips sucked on various spots on your chest as his hands pulled your shirt down inch by inch until your nipples were revealed. "May I?"
You only nod, your hands almost cradling his head as he attached his lips to your hard nipple. He took one hand to the other tit, kneading it gently as he sucked on the nub.
You could feel your panties soaking at this point. Keigo likes to take his time and enjoy every inch of you. But you wanted him now, at this moment.
It's been years since you've had sex. But you haven't felt like this in... a long time. The heat from your desire taking over your brain.
"Kei," You moan softly as his wings expand.
"Yes?" His honey eyes are magnets to yours.
"I need you." You held yourself up but your forearms as you watch him slide his shirt over his head and wings. His abs were shining from the slight sweat leading down to his pants.
"These need to come off too." You pulled on his jeans.
"Are you sure? We don't have to. I don't want you to feel-"
"Keigo." You pressed his chin between your thumb and index finger so he had to look at you. "I said I need you."
Without another word his pants were off along with yours. You're both only in your underwear at this point but you can see his thick cock outline through the fabric.
He pulled his length out of his boxer briefs. Your eyes grew wide at his size, he wasn't overly big but he is thick.
"Do you have condoms?" His body hovered over yours.
"Yes." You grab the box out of your nightstand and pull one out, handing it to him. He slid it on quickly before kissing your lips gently.
"We don't have to do this."
"Keigo, I want to. Stop worrying." You hook your finger onto the lace of your underwear to pull them down.
He positioned himself in front of your soaking entrance. He locked his eyes with yours as he gently, inch by inch, slid his length into you.
Your pussy was wet and tight around his cock as it adjusted to his size. Your eyes rolled back as Keigo watched his length disappear inside of you.
Once he was all the way in, he developed his rhythm. His left arm was next to your head as he thrusted into you, his bicep caging you in. You bring your hand to the back of his head and tangle your fingers in his honey locks. He loved when you touched his hair - it made him want to pound into you even more.
"Fuck, Kei." Your pussy clenched around him. Your other hand landed on his back, your nails dragging along his skin leaving scratch marks. His strokes were deep as he almost slammed into you. He's quiet when he fucks apparently because you were the only one talking.
His pace quickened as he earned moans from your lips. He planted his mouth on your neck, sucking and biting simultaneously. There were no kisses, this man was straight up marking you.
You feel his cock twitch inside of you when he pounds into your pussy, assumingely because he's close. The thought of him coming sends your brain on a high. Your gummy walls pulsate around him as you came undone around him. He's still thrusting into you, focused on your face.
He kissed your lips roughly as he thrust into you one last time. He moans your name, finally speaking as he reaches his high.
He's still inside of you as you both come back down to earth. He reluctantly slides his cock out, then taking off the rubber.
He comes back from the bathroom with a towel as he lays next to you. No words were exchanged, but he was all smiles. He patted your sweaty skin with the towel as he kissed your forehead.
"Baby bird, you're gonna be the end of me."

Thankss
I don't think the kidnapped sidekick was my one shot but I decided to write your request anyway. Hope you enjoy it!
He's Projecting - Aizawa x Daughter! Reader
2230 words Warnings: Blood, mentions of torture + Being a hero, Aizawa has a lot of enemies. Unfortunately, sometimes it hits to close to home. Especially this time when a vengeful villain kidnaps Aizawa and his daughter with the intent to make Aizawa suffer for his actions.
3rd POV
Aizawa groaned as he woke up. His neck was killing him from where his head as hanging backwards where he sat. He slowly lifted his head and went to reach up to rub it but his hand was tied down. He immediately became alert and looked down at himself. He found he was tied to a chair. Tugging against the bonds, he couldn’t break free. His next move was to access his surroundings. He looked up and looked around. It was a windowless room that was surprising well lit.
“What the hell is going on? What happened?” He muttered. The last thing he remembered was having dinner with his daughter at her favorite restaurant to celebrate her recent achievement in big project for school. He remembers them were walking home when his memory goes black.
“Looks like someone is finally awake.” A familiar scratchy voice say through speakers he finally notices in the room.
“Dagger?” He muttered. The door to the room to his left slammed open. He looked and saw the man himself. Dagger was an enemy he made early into his hero career. He had a quirk where he could create metal dagger from his own body. Similar to that of his student Momo’s quirk to create anything she wanted from her own body.
“Eraserhead.” He growled. Dagger stood with his arm out, extending past the door out of Aizawa’s sight as if he was holding something. Dagger smirked evilly.
“What do you want Dagger? Where is my daughter?!” Aizawa snapped.
“Oh, she’s right here.” Dagger yanked on whatever he was holding. Y/N stumbled into view where Dagger held her by her hair. Her hands were tied behind her back and there was a gag in her mouth. Aizawa struggled against his bonds furiously.
“Get your hands off her!” Aizawa yelled. Panic was rising in him. “So help me…”
“Oh, Eraserhead. You are in no position to be making demands.” Dagger pushed Y/N into the room while a sleek dagger formed into his hand.
Y/N’s POV
I stumbled forward and was able to catch my self before falling. I looked over my shoulder at Dagger before looking at my dad. I could see anger and panic in his eyes. I felt the same panic as well as terror. I was no hero in training like my father’s students. Sure, he taught me plenty of self-defense but right now, it was useless.
“Dagger! If you hurt one hair on her head…”
“You’ll what?!” Dagger pointed his dagger at my dad. “You are useless right now. And even if you use your quirk on me, I already have my weapon and your quirk can’t stop me from using it.”
“Why are you doing this?” Dad asked frantically as Dagger came closer to me with the dagger. I backed away from him.
“You took everything from me. I was just trying make a better life for my family and I. I wasn’t doing anything extremely bad. A few armed robberies here and there. Maybe a few stabbings when things got messy but I never murderer someone. I never deserved what you did to me. I lost my family. My wife.. my child…” He growled. I hit the wall and Dagger swung the knife. The gag fell from my mouth where he cut it off.
“Y/N!” Dad gasped.
“I’m okay.” I said quickly with a shaky voice.
“You made me suffer…so I am going to make you understand what I went through. Expect, I am going to make you watch.”
“She has nothing to do with this!”
“Maybe, but my family suffered because of you so it is only fair yours does too.” Dagger charged at me. I dodged in a panic and ended up on the floor in front of my dad. I tried to get back up as my dad yells in warning. I was pinned to the ground roughly before being flipped over. Dagger was kneeling over me with a wild look in his eyes.
“Dagger! Don’t you fucking dare!” Dad half commands and half begs. Dagger just laughs.
“Here we go.” He says sinisterly before bringing his dagger down at me.
3rd POV
Y/N screamed as Dagger slashed and carved into her skin. Aizawa could only watch and listen in horror as Dagger tortured his daughter and himself in tow. Eventually Dagger left the room, leaving Y/N bleeding out on the floor. Aizawa carefully watched her to make sure she was still breathing. The subtle rise and fall of her chest gave him some comfort.
“Y/N? Please answer me sweetheart.” He spoke softly. Her head turned towards him slowly.
“Daddy…” She whimpered. Tears were streaming down her face, mixing with some blood. Aizawa flinched at the sight, his own tears building up in his eyes.
“I am sorry sweetheart. I can’t believe I let this happen.” Aizawa said softly.
“It’s not your fault.” She says. He couldn’t believe she would say this. She had always been so understanding and kindhearted. Even in a situation where her life was threatened by direct consequence of his past, she was not placing blame on him.
“But it is, sweetheart. Dagger is hurting you because of me.”
“He is projecting, dad.” She said before flinching as she tried to sit up. After achieving that goal, she looks at him. “You put him in jail and then his wife and kid get killed in a freak accident. In his grief he correlated your putting him in jail, taking him away from them was the direct cause of them being in the accident.”
“How did you…” He was surprised that she knew so much about Dagger.
“Midoriya gave me a whole lesson on my father’s Hero history one day while I was visiting.” She said and they both give a small chuckle. They go quiet. “I just connect the dots about his correlation during his little rant before he, um, you know.”
“How did you get to be so smart?” Aizawa gave a watery smile.
“Touching.” Dagger’s voice echoed through the room. “Father and daughter having a moment. Disgusting.”
“You’ve made your point Dagger. Now let me go so I can give you the fight you deserve.” Aizawa exclaimed.
“Oh what would be the fun in that?” Dagger came back into the room. He quickly made a dagger before throwing in across the room. Y/N was able to dodge most of them but not all. Y/N screamed as the blade lodged into her thigh.
“No!” Aizawa struggled against his bonds. Blood began to pool slowly on the floor. Dagger came over and pulled the dagger out causing the wound to bleed faster. Y/N cried out in pain. “Now Eraserhead. What should I do next? Cut off a finger? Oh! Maybe an ear?”
“No!” Y/N screamed.
“Dagger I swear I’ll…”
“You swear you’ll what?! Arrest me? Beat the shit out of me? You’ve done that all before.” Dagger snapped stepping closer to Aizawa. Aizawa gave him a death glare, not knowing what to say in the moment. “You got to think of something new, Eraserhead.”
“How about this?” A new voice cut through the space before Dagger was on the ground twitching from an electroshock. Kaminari stood in the door way with Present Mic and Midnight standing behind him. “I think he is going to be completely shocked when he comes too.”
“Dammit kid. We talked about the puns.” Midnight grumbled and ushered him out of the way. Present Mic and Midoriya rushed into the room with Recovery Girl in tow with Nezu. Recovery Girl and Mic went straight for Y/N while Midoriya and Nezu went to Aizawa’s aid.
“How did you find us?” Aizawa asked.
“Mirio had alerted Present Mic that you two hadn’t returned from your dinner to pick up Eri. After a while more of no word, we began immediately retracing where you went tonight or should I say last night to locate you. Dagger wasn’t the best at covering up his tracks when he took you two.” Nezu explained. Midoriya got the ropes undone. “And a couple of your students refused to be left behind when we came to rescue you.”
“Thank you.” Aizawa got up and immediately went over to his daughter. She was now unconscious with her head in Kaminari’s lap. He held back tears as he looked her over.
“She’s going to be okay, Shota.” Mic said while placing a hand on his shoulder. Aizawa nods and looks over to where Dagger laid still twitching from the shock. He walked over and lifted him by his collar. Dagger gave a sinister laugh.
“What are you going to do Eraserhead? Beat me to a pulp? Use those fancy hand to hand combat skills on me?” He laughed.
“No.” Aizawa said as he set Dagger down on his feet. “You threatened and hurt my daughter. As much as I would like to pummel you to the ground, I will not sink to your level of petty. But I promise you that you will rot in the deeps darkest cell in the world before this is over.”
“You don’t scare me Eraserhead.” Dagger said. Aizawa shrugged as Mic and Midnight took him away. Aizawa walked over as Recovery Girl healed Y/N. She groaned as she woke up. Aizawa knelt next to his daughter.
Y/N’s POV
“Dad, I want to go home.” I said softly I looked up at him. My whole body ached. The wounds were gone but I knew that I wasn’t completely healed. He nodded and gently picked me up. He walked out with Kaminari and Midoriya in tow. Once outside, I noticed he was gathering his bearings and the look of realization came across his face.
“What an idiot…” He muttered. I looked at his confused. “We’re only a few blocks from UA.” He said. The sound of Dagger yelling profanities pulled my attention. I saw Midnight and Mic putting him into a police car. My dad ignored him as Nezu caught Dad’s attention.
“I have a car over here to take you two home. “ Nezu said as led my dad to the car. “You are required to take a week off at least. Be home with your daughter while you to BOTH work through this together and get on the road to recovery.”
“Thank you, Nezu.” Dad said as he set me down on my feet. I held onto the car door for support.
“I will send a doctor in the morning to check on the both of you.” Recovery Girl said. Dad nodded and I carefully sat down in the car.
The next morning, the sound of snoring woke me up. As well as being poked in the side. I opened my eyes and saw Eri sprawled out against me. I smiled and flinched as my body began to ache. I sat up slowly and ran a hand through my hair. I got up and walked out of my room. I walked into the kitchen to go get something to drink. I pulled out a glass and accidentally knocked something off.
“Oh crap.” I muttered. I turned just in time to see a kitchen knife hit the floor. I felt instant panic shot through me. A flash of a knife went across my mind. I screamed and covered my face, dropping the glass. I didn’t hear the glass shattering and uncovered my face. The glass was caught midair and a gentle hand was placed on my back.
“Come on sweetie. I’ll get you a drink. Go sit on the couch.” My dad said softly.
“O-okay.” I nodded. I turned and went to walk out of the kitchen. On the walk to the living room, I noticed I was shaking badly. I wrapped my arms around myself to try and calm myself down. I cuddled into the couch. Dad came in with a cup of juice. He sat next to me.
“Here you go.” He held out the cup. I took it and drank slowly. He wrapped a blanket around me before wrapping an arm around my shoulders. I leant against his side. “It’s not going to be easy sweetheart. There are going to be times where things are going to bring up bad memories.”
“Will it get better?”
“In time but I will be here every step of the way. If you ever need help, don’t hesitate to ask. No matter when or where, you call me when you need me or Mic or Midnight or whoever. Okay?” He looked down at me.
“Yeah. I will. I promise.” I nodded.
“And I promise nothing like that will ever happen to you again.” He said. A quiet yawn pulled their attention. Eri was sleepily stumbling through the living room. She wordlessly walked over and climbed into my lap, snuggling into my chest. “And I don’t think Eri will let you out of her sight again.”
“You’re right.” I chuckled. I wrapped my arms around her with the blanket while setting my head on dads shoulder and yawning. “I think I am going to go back to sleep now.”
“Okay sweetheart.” He rubbed my shoulder. “I’ll wake you up when the doctor gets here.” He got up and I laid down with Eri. He kissed my head and walked over to the kitchen. I heard soft music start to play. I sighed and fell asleep.

Aizawa reacts to his student reader getting tortured ? Mayb they both god kidnapped by a villain while interning or smthing. Random thought that popped into my brain -🐶
I had another request that asked for a reader’s death so I hope you don’t mind that I’m going to combine the two requests.
Aizawa x Student Reader Angst
If I die Young
You and Aizawa had been working on a case involving human trafficking and missing persons from across the globe. A group of villains had been trafficking young women and you guys had supposedly found the abandoned warehouse on the fishing docks that they were using as a hideout. You decided to scope out the place without Aizawa or any backup. You scaled the roof and carefully walked atop it, careful not to make too much noise and alert any bad guys. As you walked along the roof you saw a skylight and ducked into the corner and peered into the place.
You saw a bunch of girls, maybe 15-23 in age range and about 13 of them. They were wearing the torn and dirty clothes they were likely captured in and were chained up using quirk restraining cuffs. You looked around and saw that the coast was clear. There wasn’t any bad guys in sight so they must not be here. You carefully opened the skylight and quietly and quickly descended into the warehouse and walked over to the girls.
“Hey, it’s alright, you’re safe now, I’m going to free you.” You instructed the girls on how to get out of the warehouse and gave them specific instructions on how to get back to the main road where people are. You told them to call the police as soon as they got to the main road and you gave them a bit of money to use a pay phone if needed. Once you got the last girl freed from her cuffs, you helped lead them through the warehouse and buildings towards the road. As you and the girls were nearing the exit to the docks, you saw a black van drive in and you told the girls to not move.
Realizing the kidnappers had returned, you waited for them to pass before you handed your phone to one of the older girls and told her to call the police and tell them their location and to send Eraserhead and any other pros available, and that a (hero name) needs assistance. You told the girls to run and that you would distract the traffickers while the girls got to safety.
You ran back to the warehouse and entered it to find the traffickers.
“It’s too late, the girls have been rescued and heroes are on their way. It’s over.” You stood in the doorway of the warehouse, the traffickers turned towards you as they were clearly angry about losing the girls. You watched as they pulled out their weapons and a fight began. You tried to fight and hold them off but three against one isn’t a fair fight. As you fought, you got more cuts and scrapes and one of them even stabbed you in the shoulder. As you fought against them you started to realize that this could very well be the end for you. As you were struggling with one of the guys, you failed to see another pull out a gun. You didn’t know what had happened until you heard three loud bangs and felt pain in your stomach.
You looked down to see red spots start to bloom like peonies on your abdomen. Still, even with the pain you continued to fight, knowing that you needed to stall for as much time as possible.
(Play song)
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
Oh-oh, oh-oh
As you tried to fight, your movements became slow and sluggish. You were getting beat and hit a lot more now. You almost didn’t see the flashing red and blue lights. Your vision was blurry and you could hardly stand, as you fell back, a pair of strong arms caught you.
“(Hero name)! (Hero name), just hang on kid” you knew that voice. That’s the voice of your grumpy teacher Mr. Aizawa. You opened you eyes to see that you were in your teacher’s arms.
Lord, make me a rainbow, I'll shine down on my mother
She'll know I'm safe with you when she stands under my colors
Oh, and life ain't always what you think it ought to be, no
Ain't even gray, but she buries her baby
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
Aizawa couldn’t believe it, he didn’t want to believe it. It couldn’t be true. His student, was in his arms, bleeding out and on death’s doorstep. He looked at the wounds, knowing rationally that you had already lost too much blood, but emotionally, he wanted to save you.
“Please stay with me (hero name), it’s going to be alright, the paramedics are on their way, just hold on, please”
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
You smiled up at your teacher. His eyes were watering up with tears as you shakily held one of his hands. He tried to apply pressure to your wounds to stop the bleeding. With a soft smile you gazed up at Aizawa and spoke to him, knowing each word could be your last.
“It’s okay Eraserhead, don’t blame yourself for anything. You and I both know I won’t make it to the hospital in time…so just listen to me… thank you for everything… for being an amazing teacher and for looking out for me…don’t… don’t let.. my death… be a sad thing…. Don’t mourn my death…. Don’t focus on the loss…. Instead, celebrate the fact that I lived…. Life is short…. And tomorrow isn’t a promise, so live…. Live with meaning, live so that you don’t have any regrets….. I don’t regret….. what I did…..”
And I'll be wearing white when I come into your kingdom
I'm as green as the ring on my little cold finger
I've never known the lovin' of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holding my hand
There's a boy here in town, says he'll love me forever
Who would have thought forever could be severed by
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
As you closed your eyes, Aizawa couldn’t stop the tears from falling. He held you tight as your words sank in. Soon the other hero’s arrested the traffickers and the paramedics came and hoisted your body onto a gurney and drove to the closest hospital.
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls
What I never did is done
A penny for my thoughts, oh no, I'll sell 'em for a dollar
They're worth so much more after I'm a goner
And maybe then you'll hear the words I've been singin'
Funny when you're dead, how people start listenin'
In the hospital, Aizawa waited outside your room as your parents came. Your mother was in tears and your father was silent. They entered your room as Aizawa could only stand there and watch as your parents grieved and cried over the loss of their beloved child. Aizawa couldn’t help but remember Oboro, his high school friend. He clenched his fists as he heard you mother’s cries.
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
Oh-oh, (oh-oh)
After Aizawa got home, he couldn’t hold it in anymore and he cried over the loss of his student. He blamed himself for your death. He shouldn’t have let you go alone to scope out the warehouse. He should have gone with you. How was he supposed to tell the class that you died. What would he say. As he sat there the reality of your death slowly sunk in. He’ll never get to see you graduate. You won’t be there in class tomorrow, you won’t be in school ever again. He would never grade another of your papers. You’d never be able to make a name for yourself or start your own agency. You’ll never get to have your first taste of alcohol. You’ll never be able to get married or have kids of your own. All your hopes and dreams were gone, along with you.
The ballad of a dove
Go with peace and love
Gather up your tears, keep 'em in your pocket
Save 'em for a time when you're really gonna need 'em, oh
The sharp knife of a short life
Well, I've had just enough time
As time passed, your funeral was set and of course. aizawa went to it. He was terrified that your parents wouldn’t let him say his goodbye but he was surprised when they welcomed him and politely asked if he would be able to talk about you, talk about how you were as a student. They didn’t want to pressure him if he didn’t feel up to it, but he believed it was the least he could do.
As Aizawa spoke about how you were as a student. He spoke about how he enjoyed having you in class, how you were a bright student and had a bunch of potential. He talked about how he watched you grow stronger. After he spoke, he placed a single white lily in your hand. And as the funeral ended, he watched as your casket was lowered into the ground and dirt was placed atop it. Slowly covering your casket. Aizawa would never forget you, as long as he lived, he’d remember the student that he lost.
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls
(Oh my gosh, I cried while writing this. I hoped you liked it.)

Opposites Attract - a Shigaraki x f!Reader fic
Your quirk lets you capture almost anyone with ease, and you can't believe you let Shigaraki Tomura escape. Shigaraki can't believe it, either, and according to the League, there's only one possible explanation -- you let him go because you've fallen in love with him. He decides to find out if it's true. You decide you won't fail to capture him again. You both get a lot more than you bargained for. (cross-posted to Ao3)
Chapters: 1 2 3
Chapter 1
This was supposed to be your day off. It’s all you can think about, which isn’t a good thing, because you’re in the middle of a villain attack and using your quirk at all requires a significant amount of your focus – but it was supposed to be your day off, dammit. You’re supposed to be doing something fun. Going shopping. Getting a haircut, or mani-pedis, and going out for drinks with your friends at a place crawling with photographers. All the stuff young, single, female pro heroes are supposed to do. So what if you hate that stuff, and you were probably going to sleep all day, wake up at 5pm, make dinner, and marathon the Alien franchise until you fell asleep again? You could have gone out.
But instead you’re here, because Eraserhead caught himself another spinal fracture, and when the doctors threatened to tie him to the bed if he tried to leave before they were done fusing it, he called in a favor you owe him and made you supervise his first-year-class from hell on a field trip to the brand-new Kamino Memorial Park. Go to Kamino Park, they said. It’ll be safe, they said. There’s no way in hell the League of Villains will hit the place a second time.
Well, they’re hitting it, and they’re hitting it hard – and it was supposed to be your goddamn day off. You throw out your arm to stop the trio of students you’re shepherding to safety as three knives thud into the grass in front of you, and make yourself a promise: The next time Eraserhead asks you to do anything, you’re telling him to go to hell.
“Hey, um –” One of the students taps your shoulder, and you know without even asking that they’ve forgotten your name again. “We got our provisional licenses. We can fight now.”
“You can, but you won’t. Create a perimeter and protect the civilians,” you order. You’re not sure why the League of Villains is here, but there’s no way you’re feeding a bunch of kids back into the same meat grinder they escaped from a month ago. “Other pros are on their way, and so are the police. In the mean time –”
You flick your fingers, calling up a magnetic field, and the knives lift out of the grass, hovering in midair. “I’ll keep them busy.”
You consider taking the knives and sending them back the way they came, but unless you want to fatally wound Toga, you’ll just be handing her weapons back to her. You curl your hand into a fist, compacting them into useless wads of metal. You’ve already used your quirk to tear up the park, creating uneven, unsteady terrain that’s dangerous for anybody who doesn’t have a way to take the fight airborne. Now it’s time for you to do what you do best. You narrow your focus, sensing out the concentrations of suspended iron that represent the League of Villains, and once you’ve got them, you lock them down.
Most of them, anyway. One proves a little more difficult to grasp than the others, and you get moving, using one hand to pull rebar and wiring out of the ground. You need it to ensnare the three you’ve already captured while you chase the villain who slipped away from you. You secure Toga and Twice, but Dabi burns his way free, and Twice sends a clone after you. Since it’s a clone, you don’t feel bad about yanking every molecule of trace metals out of its body and turning it to sludge.
Dabi’s on his feet, but you’re a bad matchup for Dabi for a lot of reasons. He’s got a ton of extra metal in his body. He throws his hands out towards you, blue flames already flickering. You fix your quirk on the staples holding him together and start pulling them out.
“What the fuck?” Dabi snarls, recoiling. Blood is already beginning to ooze from the holes on his wrists. “If you think you can just take me apart –”
You yank out another two – one from each wrist. “Stand down. You’ll run out of those before I run out of power.”
It’s true. Your quirk is Magnetism, and using it is easy for you. Using it safely is something else, but you can yank out every staple in Dabi’s body without breaking a sweat or destroying any property. Not that you want to do that. “I don’t want to hurt you, so just –”
There’s a shift in metallic concentration just behind you, and you dive to one side, just in time to avoid Shigaraki Tomura’s hand as it tries to close over your shoulder. A Twice clone is after you, too. You take the staples you pulled out of Dabi and fire them through its eye and throat as you roll out of Shigaraki’s reach. The leader of the League of Villains laughs, low and raspy. “Killing somebody? That’s not very heroic.”
You hate it when villains banter, but you’re not letting that one stand. “That’s not the real Twice.”
You’ve got the real one, and now you’ve got Dabi, too – at least for a few seconds. Maintaining a hold on Dabi, Twice, and Toga at once is within your abilities, but doing that and trying to capture Shigaraki at the same time – and maintain the barriers you’ve set up – and stay sharp enough to bounce Shigaraki into midair if he tries to touch the ground and vaporize Kamino Memorial Park out from under your feet – all of that is testing your concentration. When you lose concentration while using your quirk, bad things happen.
Shigaraki reaches for you again. A hero like Eraserhead would retaliate physically, kick or hit back, but you don’t want to be anywhere near Shigaraki’s quirk. You draw back out of reach, taking a step back every time Shigaraki steps forward. “You’re an underground hero,” he says. “Didn’t you learn what we do to underground heroes from what happened to Eraserhead?”
“Yeah. He shook that off, and sent me to take care of his light work.” The longer you can drag this out, the better – you can hear sirens approaching, and you know that Yokohama’s other pros are on their way. “Isn’t this a little high-risk for you? Returning to the scene of the crime so you can – what?”
Shigaraki sneers at you from behind the hand. “What do you think?”
You really couldn’t care less. Someone shouts for you, and your concentration slips for a second too long. You have to decide who to let go of, and between the three you’ve restrained, Toga’s the least dangerous. You let your control over the iron concentration in her blood relax and focus on trying to restrain Shigaraki instead. He’s hard to get ahold of. His body’s iron concentration is less than it should be. You lock him down for a second, but you can’t get a grip, and he slips free, smirking. “I know who you are,” he says. “The Capture Hero – Skynet. Not much of a capture hero, huh? You can’t even hang on to me. Are you sure the villains you’ve bagged didn’t let you get them?”
“No, they just didn’t have anemia,” you snap. Shigaraki blinks. “You don’t have enough iron in your blood for me to manipulate.”
Anemia’s not uncommon, but you’ve never come across a case this severe in someone you’re trying to capture. His iron concentration is so low that you can’t hold him for more than a split second. That level of anemia is crippling, and the words fly awkwardly out of your mouth before you can stop them. “Are you, like – okay?”
“What?”
He’s stopped trying to grab you. You should capitalize on it, pull up more rebar and wire to hold him down, but your mind’s off on its own track. “Do you get headaches?” you ask. “What about dizziness? Do you get tired a lot?”
Shigaraki looks disconcerted. He nods – then shakes his head, snarls, and sinks back into a fighting stance. “Why do you care?”
“What about a rapid heart rate even when you’re not doing anything?” When he’s doing something, like he is right now, it’s got to be even worse. You two have been trading barbs for thirty seconds at most and he’s out of breath. “You need to take care of yourself. This isn’t healthy.”
“Shut up!” Shigaraki lunges for you, and you twist aside. You get a good look at his fingernails as his hand goes by. They’re pale instead of pink. “Why do you care? So you can capture me and keep your precious reputation?”
You’re actually a little insulted. “So you don’t die!”
Shigaraki stares at you. The hand reaching out for you drops, and you close the distance between the two of you to shove him hard, knocking him backwards. Once he hits the concrete, you’ll figure something else out. You can hold him until someone else gets here.
But someone else is here, and they’re not here to help you. Shigaraki tumbles directly into a warp gate, staring at you like you’ve lost your mind the entire way.
Damn it. You can’t grasp the warp villain – wherever his real body is, it’s a long way from here, and you’re at risk of losing Dabi and Twice now, too. You tighten your grip on them, but even as you do, you see another portal opening out of the corner of your eye. This one is in midair, threatening to swallow a group of civilians who decided that hiding behind the All Might statue was a better choice than evacuating like the students ordered them to. “The civilians, or my associates,” the warp villain rumbles, from everywhere and nowhere. “Your choice.”
It's not a choice. You release your grip on Dabi and Twice, both the iron in their blood and the metal and wire holding them down, and warp gates devour them both. The warp gate above the civilians shuts, decapitating the All Might statue in the bargain, and as quickly as everything began, it grinds to a halt.
“Skynet!” someone snaps from behind you, and you freeze. “You let them go?”
Miruko is Number Six on the charts, and she outranks you by a lot, but you still bristle at her tone. “The civilians –”
“If you’re not stopping villains, you’re not doing your job.” She looks pissed. You have a feeling that she’s only holding off on kicking you because it’ll look bad in front of everybody. “If you’d held onto them a second longer, I’d have been here, and –”
“We could have helped!” That’s one of Eraserhead’s students – the one with the spiky red hair. “If you’d let us help –”
“You’re just kids. Do you have any idea what Eraser would do to me if I had –” You trail off when you realize that whatever it is, Eraser’s going to do it to you anyway for even letting the kids near the League of Villains. “I was the senior hero at the scene. It was my call. If you did what I told you – which you did – you did the right thing.”
“You did the right thing,” Miruko says to the student. The police are here. The cars skid to a stop, and you feel the iron concentration in what’s left of the park shift. There’s a helicopter in the air, too. More people, more cameras. Miruko is glaring at you. “You’re the one who screwed up.”
Yeah, you did. You stare dispiritedly at the headless statue of All Might as Eraser’s class regroups around you, as somebody starts questioning Miruko – the new senior hero at the scene – about what went wrong here. A few thoughts spin through your head, mainly of the hell you’re about to catch from the press, the heroic establishment, and the HPSC. Shigaraki Tomura’s case of life-endangering anemia makes it in there, and so does a hit of frustration at the fact that you’re in trouble for choosing to save a bunch of civilians from getting bisected by a warp gate. But the main thing that’s on your mind is the same thing that’s been there since the first spurt of blue flames erupted over the park: This was supposed to be your day off.
“Well, that blew,” Dabi says as he picks himself up off the floor of the League’s new hideout. “Whose idea was this, again?”
He’s glaring at Shigaraki. Shigaraki glares back. “I didn’t hear you say we shouldn’t do it.”
“I said we shouldn’t,” Twice pipes up. He’s still got a piece of rebar wrapped around his ankle. “No, it was a great idea!”
It seemed like a great idea when Shigaraki thought of it last night – go to Kamino Park, rattle the heroes’ cages, show everybody that the League of Villains isn’t scared of anything and isn’t even close to down for the count without Sensei to guide them. Then again, Shigaraki was three cans deep into a twelve-pack Compress had lifted last night, so his judgment might have been off. Twice is still talking. “I mean, we scared the piss out of those civilians. Those hero brats were running scared, too! And did you see what Kurogiri did to that All Might statue?”
“No,” Shigaraki says. He looks at Kurogiri. “What did you do?”
“Over there.” Kurogiri points, and Shigaraki looks. The head of the All Might statue is sitting on the warehouse floor. “It would have been a shame to leave without a trophy of some kind.”
“It’s on the news,” Magne sings out. She opted out of mission, and now she’s watching it on the League’s TV, lifted last week by Compress, which is hooked up to their generator, which was also lifted by Compress. “And it’s not looking too good for the heroes. That little one’s in big trouble.”
“Good. She’s a bitch,” Dabi mutters. His hands are bleeding. “What was that quirk, anyway?”
“Magnetism,” Shigaraki says. He feels weird. Maybe it’s the quirk. “She can manipulate magnetic fields. Any metal, on any of us –”
“I didn’t have any!” Twice protests.
“Then she used the iron content in your blood,” Shigaraki says. You told him how you were restraining the others. Amateur mistake. Or it would be, if there was any way to not have iron in his blood – but that’s a problem, too. “She couldn’t grab me. She said I didn’t have enough.”
“Is that so?” Kurogiri studies Shigaraki. “Did she say anything else?”
“Anemic.” It’s a weird word. Shigaraki scratches his neck. “She was weird about it. She wanted to know if I get headaches, or dizzy – or tired –”
The answer’s yes, which is why it was weird. It was weird that you knew. But the weirdest thing is what you said at the end. “She asked me if I was okay, and when I asked her why she gave a shit –”
“She answered you?” Magne mutes the TV, looking surprised. “What did she say?”
“What did I miss?” Toga skids into the warehouse before Shigaraki can answer. “I got away, but none of you came with me, so I went to the meeting spot alone. What happened?”
“The hero let us go,” Dabi grunts. “Shigaraki was just telling us about a little chat they had.”
“Ooh, you talked to her?” Toga sits down next to Twice on the ground, peering at Shigaraki. “What did she say?”
“She doesn’t want me to die.” Shigaraki feels his face contort behind Father’s hand as he says it. “Weird.”
“Weird,” Twice agrees. “Since when do heroes play mind games like that?”
It’s quiet for a second. “So she asked if you were okay and she doesn’t want you to die,” Dabi says slowly. “I don’t know, Shigaraki. It sounds kind of like she likes you.”
Shigaraki’s mind goes totally blank. “What?”
“You must have won her over,” Magne chimes in. “All that charisma you’ve got – how was a poor underground hero supposed to resist the leader of the League of Villains?”
You seemed like you were resisting just fine, until you couldn’t grab him. But it’s weird that you weren’t angry. You actually sounded like you were worried. Like you really cared whether Shigaraki has anemia, or whatever the fuck. Like you care if he’s okay. “Don’t be stupid. That’s not –”
“Come on, boss, don’t sell yourself short,” Twice says. “If you can seduce any hero you want, how come you didn’t seduce Miruko?”
“Ooh, Miruko’s so pretty!” Toga grins. “The other one’s okay, too. What was her name again?”
Shigaraki coughs, trying to make his throat feel less weird, but it’s not just his throat. It’s his face, too. “Skynet.”
“You said she was getting in trouble. I bet that’s why,” Dabi says to Magne. “They must have all figured out that she’s in love.”
“Shut up,” Shigaraki says. Nobody listens. He raises his voice. “Shut up! The mission was a success. Why aren’t we talking about that?”
“We are,” Toga says. Her grin’s devolved into a goofy, dazed smile. “You have to teach me how, Tomura-kun. If we make the heroes fall in love with us, it’ll be even easier to win! I want Ochako. No, Tsu. No, Izuku –”
Shigaraki stops listening. He picks himself up off the floor, hating the way his head spins, and makes his way over to Kurogiri. Kurogiri studies him. “Anemic,” he repeats. “The hero listed the symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia. Do you experience any of them?”
Shigaraki doesn’t answer. Kurogiri waits, just like he always waits, and Shigaraki figured out a while ago that the fastest way to make the itching stop is to answer the question. “Some of them,” he says. Kurogiri’s eyes tilt in the way that means he thinks Shigaraki’s full of shit. “Fine. All of them. So what?”
“Did she say anything else?”
Are you okay? “No,” Shigaraki says, pushing away the memory of how fast your expression shifted, how you went from focused on keeping Shigaraki’s comrades trapped and trapping him the exact same way to looking – worried. “That was it. Kurogiri, do you –”
“Yes, Shigaraki Tomura?”
“I mean, they’re just – they’re joking, right?” Shigaraki keeps his voice quiet. If any of the others hear this, he’s going to have to kill them. And maybe also himself, so he won’t have to remember that he thought about this at all. “There’s no way anybody – I mean, a hero – would like me. They’re kidding. Aren’t they?”
He wants Kurogiri to say yes. He wants him to say yes fast, and then to not pick on him for even considering it, and then to forget this ever happened. Instead Kurogiri thinks about it. “It is not impossible that they are correct,” he says. “Her behavior was unusual for a hero in her position. And it is likely that she knows more about you than you do about her. Perhaps she does have a certain – perception of you.”
“Great.”
“It could be,” Kurogiri muses. “She drew your attention to an issue that impacts your health, and therefore your effectiveness as All For One’s successor. And she chose to let you go. If the hero known as Skynet does have a soft spot for you, it has worked undeniably in your favor. It might behoove you to allow her to continue to nurse it.”
“Yeah, no.” Shigaraki shoots that idea down immediately. Any idea that makes him feel that weird is obviously a bad one. “I’m not going to track her down and say I’m not interested, but the next time I run into her, I’m saying it and you can’t stop me. None of you can stop me.”
He raises his voice, making sure everyone hears, and everyone looks up from whatever they’re doing. “Of course we can’t,” Magne says. “But you’re naïve if you think you can stop her. Nothing can stop a hero on a mission.”
“And nothing can stop true love!” Toga smiles at Shigaraki. “I believe in us, Tomura-kun! We can win their hearts together!”
The weird feeling multiplies. Shigaraki scratches hopelessly at the side of his neck and thinks about the remains of last night’s twelve-pack. Getting drunk again isn’t going to help, but it’s hard to imagine it making things worse.

One Sweet Day
Shota Aizawa x GN!Reader (A) word count: 1,447 tw: character death summary: Aizawa was a man of many things, he upheld the standard of what it meant to be a true hero. So when the invitation for his funeral procession was sent around his ex-students and fellow heroes, not a single seat was left empty.
Eraserhead was known amongst some of the greatest heroes that Japan had lovingly nurtured. Upon the surface, he wasn’t as extraordinary as blazing figures like All Might and Endeavour. But, Shota Aizawa was a hero both in spirit, body and mind. He represented what it meant to be a true hero, for his students, his co-workers and his partner - Shota Aizawa was the greatest hero in their lives.
For the latest generation of heroes, his past students, those who fought alongside him against All for One - Aizawa was the pillar that always stood tall in their lives. He believed in the truest form of love for his students, it ran deep within his blood. The light touch of his hand upon their heads to reassure them of their worries.
For those who were moved by Eraserhead’s nurturing for the newer generation, they felt it to be their calling to pass the same flame that their hero gave them onto the next generation. This was certainly the case for Izuku Midoriya, who took extreme pride in teaching alongside the man he saw as UA’s moral compass.
Alongside his students, his co-workers knew of Aizawa’s sharp exterior to be a thin veil for his kind hearted soul. Close friends Hizashi Yamada and the late Nemuri Kayama, despite Eraser’s throw away comments of his annoyance for them, brought a sense of normality and joy beyond the stresses of heroism for Aizawa. Despite it all, his close friendship with Hizashi remain unshaken, so when the news of the end arose, his world shattered.
Y/N was the un-movable mountain that brought Shota solace. A warm embrace, a shoulder to cry on, a kiss to console. Whilst Shota had many fears and insecurities, ones of which he wouldn’t dare speak aloud, Y/N would always prove him wrong.
‘I’m worried this is getting too much for you.’
Y/N brushed their fingers through Shota’s dishevelled hair, he never had time to maintain his appearance, it had become habit for Y/N look after him.
‘That’s not true, it’s never too much. You’re never too much Shota. I’m here, always.’
The two came from separate ends of life, yet maintained many similarities that just made them work. Y/N succeeded as a part of UA’s General Education teaching staff, seeing the same pride and joy that Shota saw in his own students as well. Their quirk wasn’t particularly ornate, the world didn’t need another hero with a minuscule quirk. Y/N always felt as if their quirk was never enough to be classed as ‘heroic’ or ‘beneficial’ or even useful. But Shota never made them feel this way, together their quirks were just that, quirks that made them unique. That didn’t define them and didn’t dictate their lives together. Whenever they were together, the muffled noises that was brought amongst the chaos would cease, all that was left was the serene world of domesticity and love.
‘How you holding up Y/N?’ Izuku Midoriya had grown into an excellent teacher in UA, well respected and blessed with grateful students. He mirrored exactly the image of Aizawa in his teaching. It was heartwarming to see the flickering remnants of Shota Aizawa through his ex-student.
‘I’m getting better at trying.’ A faint smile danced on Y/N’s face, their eyes were permanently swollen from sleepless nights of tears.
‘I understand how you feel, I’m here if ever you need someone.’ Midoriya rubbed Y/N’s shoulder and walked back into the corridor as the bell rang, calling for the beginning of homeroom.
Y/N could only sigh and turn back to their laptop, a document open, half completed.
‘Eulogy: Shota Aizawa’
It had been a month since Shota’s passing, unlike past heroes before him, he did not see a tragic end. Quite the opposite really, he passed in his sleep from a stroke. After years of mental and physical fortitude, the cruelty of being taken away in his sleep was a blessing wrapped in irony. The morning of his passing, Y/N knew instantly, from the way his body was sprawled differently and the cold touch of his skin. Y/N could never forget the peaceful look on their lover’s face, forever lying in an eternal sleep. The days that passed were chaos, as news broke across the country, many were in joint mourning. Hizashi was the first to rush beside Y/N. The white sheet that outlined the grooves of Shota’s body did not move, only the light wind from the world outside rippled the soft fabric. Together, Hizashi and Y/N wailed cries unheard before. It was not the first time they had lost someone dear to them, and it won’t be the last. After Nemuri’s passing, Hizashi had Aizawa and Y/N’s comfort, the two of them held more than enough love to help him. This time, his best friend was gone. His heart couldn’t handle one more loss.
Y/N’s chest burned tight, as if someone had ripped their hand through their ribcage and gripped upon their still beating heart like a ball. They felt sharp nails dig into their heart, their mind was spinning and nothing felt real. The bright white lights blurred together with the monotonous sheets that surrounded them, white curtains, white blinds, white tables and a white cotton sheet. A white veil place upon their lover, almost as white as their wedding day.
The preparations for Shota Aizawa’s funeral only went smoothly thanks to the aid of multiple close friends and family to Y/N and Shota. Almost all of the burden of planning was lifted from Y/N’s shoulders. The only role they were given was to lead the precession with a speech. Nobody wanted to pressure them further, because they knew, one small tap could send them over the edge.
Heroes from across the continent travelled far and wide to attend the precession. Upon Y/N’s request, Shota Aizawa laid peacefully in an open casket, adorned with assorted flowers both upon his coffin and inside. His hands linked holding a tiny bouquet of flowers that were the same flowers Y/N held during their wedding. A tiny brooch from Hizashi tucked into the blazer pocket of his suit. A small folded letter, written by all of the alumni of the infamous class 1-A that fought alongside him at the peak of his career. Rows and rows of familiar faces bowed their heads in respect for the great man. Black clad shoulders shook from tears, others had laid their heads on them, whilst others attempted to maintain their composure. Every single seat was taken, nobody had declined their invitation, some even came without one. Everyone was seated, only one seat was empty. Y/N’s.
‘Thank you all for coming,’ Y/N’s shaking hands could barely grip on the printed paper in front of them.
‘It means so much to see you all here, to remember the life of Shota. He meant so much to everyone, to the world, to me. He inspired so many of you in this room, some of you becoming great heroes, shaping a new bright future that none of us could’ve dreamed of. Shota always believed in you, all of his students. I remember one particular day, he came to me about a student of mine from General Studies. He spoke so brightly about his potential, about how he saw himself in him. A boy full of wonder, who was dismissed by those around him. He wanted to prove to the world, to the boy, that he could be a great hero. His dreams spoke wonders and I always knew he could see through to it. I’m sure you’re all aware of his, cold exterior,’ a collective light chuckle echoed throughout the hall.
‘But we all knew it was just that, a veil. Shota Aizawa, my love, you will forever be the greatest man I’ve ever known. May you rest peacefully, we thank you immensely for the selfless life you have lived and may you wait for me to be by your side one sweet day.’
One by one, ex-students, co-workers, heroes and regular citizens alike paid their respects to Shota Aizawa. Placing a white lily upon the mahogany, whispering goodbyes and wiping away their tears. Y/N Aizawa refused to leave Shota’s side they remained glued beside the coffin until the very last person left the hall. Silence ringed aloud, Y/N collected the flowers and tucked them into Shota’s arms, they lightly grazed their palm against his cheek, their thumb rubbing just underneath his eyelid. Gently, they placed one last kiss upon his forehead, shutting the lid and saying their final goodbyes.
