game analysis
darwin oh darwin i am so happy for him. A BRACE. he has stepped up in a game that could've really gone wrong. never stopped working even when we were 3-0 up.
diogo jota. i am so serious when i say he is one of the most clinical players in the world rn. he gives everyone a run for their money. teams should be just as afraid of him as they are mo. his signing is one of the best in this era, which is incredibly high praise given what the standard is
midfield put in a shift. macca was IMMENSE like holy shit. he was a stand out today imo, which should tell how good he was considering curtis is still on fire.
gomez again does a job and holds down the fort. robbo injury, kostas steps up. kostas injury, jomez steps up. this could have easily been a blow to our title ambitions, given how important this position is for our style of play, but every week he goes out and every week he gives it everything.
ibou......like i cannot believe how good he is. i cannot believe how mature and composed he is at ONLY 24. he looks like he's been doing this for a decade.
four goals while we're missing our world class and potential-player -of-the-year right back, 2 of our lb's are injured, domi injured, legendo is at the asian cup and our record breaking egyptian king is at afcon and we won FOUR-NIL.
i cannot emphasize how proud am i. immense. massive. incredible. stependous. ynwa

hey hey i’ve been curious for a while but you’re also army!!!! standard questions but do you have a bias?? fav comeback/era???
(also sorry if i’ve asked before and forgotten my memory is… not very good lol)
hiiiiii! yes this blog used to be mainly a bts blog 2016-2020 with my url @ ahjiminie so there's your answer for the bias ^^ but yoongi is a close second, he's the member who most resonates with me emotionally and mentally. i liked to say i'm like yoongi but i'd like to be like jimin. after all these years it's probably changed a little bit (mostly with both yoongi and me healing)
my favourite comeback was probably YNWA/spring day bc it was my first proper one (i joined summer 2016 but wasnt very fandom literate at the time and wasnt 'properly' there for wings). i went to 3 bts concerts (2018 and 2 in 2019) but i'd happily exchange any of them for witnessing the wings solos live instead;;;
in general i stopped being so invested around their american focus era/2021 ish, but they'll always have a special place in my heart. bts find you when you need them most and i stand by that <3
what about you???

I’ve pretty much been in denial about Jurgen going until yesterday. I’ve not been able to process it well so I did the only thing I could think of and word vomited a letter to Jurgen. I know he’ll never see it but I wanted to get all my thoughts and feelings down.
Feel free to ignore the ramblings that follow 😂
Dear Jurgen,
I’m finding it really hard to find any words to sum it all up. But the most important ones are thank you.
Thank you for giving us absolutely everything these last 9 years. Thank you for taking us back to where we belong. For giving us memories to last a life time, to let us see what our dads had seen.
More than anything, we’ll miss the man behind the manager. An incredible manager, an even better person. You got the club and the city from day one. You backed us, you fought for us, you are us.
I will spend my lifetime talking about the Klopp era. The memories I have, the things I experienced. I’ll never forget the good and the bad. The belief this team gave me. How it picked me up and distracted my from my lowest of lows.
Jurgen Klopps Liverpool lead me to some of my best friends. I formed connections and friendships to last a lifetime and I’m so grateful.
In 2015 me and my dad sat and watched Jurgens first press conference. This is exciting. This could be good. Dad looked like a kid at Christmas. It’s was so much better than we ever could have imagined.
That night against Dortmund that followed and the loss of the final, we knew we were in for something special.
Kiev was disappointing and heartbreaking, but we knew we’d be back.
The champions league in 2019 was insane. I had very very vague memories of 2005, and now I have proper solid ones of my own. I’ll never forget it.
I’ll never ever forget where I was in 2020. On the sofa screaming at the tv for that Chelsea penalty. Crying my eyes out, jumping around the living room with my dad. And then just sitting in silence and amazement that we’d finally done it.
Countless more trophies and celebrations followed. The club World Cup. The super cup. Carabao cups and the FA. All the boys contributing and showing what a team we’ve built up. Every single moment. Electric.
Jurgen has given us everything, and I could never begrudge him wanting to spend time with his family. He’s earned it. He’s left his boys in a good place. A good squad that he believes in.
So danke Jurgen. For it all.
YNWA ❤️

hi, what are your top 5 hair on seokjin?
ANON do you know how hard it is to answer this question when kim seokjin doesn't have a bad hair look?
1. The loml, /the/ seokjin hair color is purple 💜
Tumblr media
It's iconic. It's stunning. It'd just a pretty shade on him. And it's my favorite color, so win-win for me.
2. Blonde seokjin 🥵
Tumblr media
I didn’t think anything could top Young Forever blonde Jin, but this Jin, during the Idol era I believe, changed my life! When jin goes blonde, there goes my sanity.
3. Black
Tumblr media
Do you expect me to act normal after seeing a vision like this?? LY tear era was a gift for us ot7 fans because dark-haired bangtan was a sight to behold. A gift that kept on giving.
4. Pink jin
Tumblr media
Again, an iconic look. A repeat, as well, because I do believe he had this color during the PTD era, but only briefly. He knows what the masses (me) like. I can't believe I wasn't here during the BST era to go crazy over pink Jin. Luckily, he delivered again. It's such a pretty color, I am envious of his ability to pull it off.
5. Brown
Tumblr media
Ah, classic brown. Always iconic. I love this color. I love this look when his hair is either pushed back off his forehead or in the comma style seen above. Also, his brown choppy bangs during YNWA is endearing to me

This has been in my drafts for a few days.
Good thing BTSTarot is deactivating their account so they can’t spew harmful misinformation like this anymore. Like tell me you know nothing about Korean culture and have never been in korea without telling me. And remember, I said that I have agreed with SOME things they have said in the past. This was wayyyy back during the YNWA era where Jin was getting unfair treatment. That I 100% agreed with BTSTarot. But conspiracy theories like this that can seriously harm others? I cannot get behind. I will wholly change my views if it comes out that I am wrong in the future, but until then, I am cautioning readers AND posters to be careful about posting things like this and labeling personal choices like buying an expensive house with hard earned money as “living in a dungeon” or getting thought-out and meaningful tattoos labeled as “being branded like cattle”. Please choose your words more carefully.
1. Koreans have a hard work ethic going back to the Korean War, WWII, and even back to Joseon Dynasty, really. Korea had rarely been free. They have always been ruled by another country or fighting someone else’s war. This has made Korea for CENTURIES a very poor country. Some of the older generations (boomers) in korea don’t even know how to read because they were too busy working for WWII and are attending primary school with their grandchildren. There are reality shows about this. This generational trauma of poverty has created a hard work ethic in Koreans still seen today. Korea has a minimum 9 hour workday. Many go for an average of 10-12 hours. Then you have the 회식 after work hours. So like really 16-18 hour work days. All to make an average of 40 million won ($32,000/yr). And this is the average day for a Korean office worker. Hmmm I wonder why the suicide rate in Korea is so high then?
So you’re wondering why idols have their fandom names tattooed on them? Because idols aren’t working 18 hour days. We’ve seen behind the scene videos of them at dance practices. Or the multitude of BTS documentary films. Idols put their bodies on the line until many have permanent damage (just look up any SM idol- 80% chance they will have had 1 serious injury). Seventeen even had a reality show filming when they were trainees!! All when they were minors, too, mind you. Documenting their battles before they even signed a contract! So I don’t blame these idols for getting tats of their fandoms. On Idol Quiz Show, JK even said how important and precious fans are, especially at the beginning of an idols career. Fans not only mean support, but also sales and money, like a paycheck.
2. BTS worked hard and put in hours of overtime, emotional and physical harm to their bodies to get to where they are. To discredit their hard work and say they are living in the company building??? Uh no. They live in gated apartment communities. Why would they choose to live in the company building that has a PUBLIC MUSEUM ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR? Where anybody can get to them?? All 7 of them didn’t drop $7 million in cash on their high security apartments for bs rumors like this. They did it to keep naysayers like people saying they live in dungeons away from them
3. Yes the company does monitor what they say and do (Tae even said so on JKs live… but Tae and JK also said that BTS is so big that it doesn’t matter why the company says. The company needs to listen to BTS to survive. Remember BigHit almost was filing for bankruptcy and BTS was their last shot. And BTS owns shares of the stocks. Hybe is already prepared for a drastic drop in stocks when they all enlist. That is why they are focusing so much on TXT, Enhypen, and Le Serrafim.
All I’m trying to say is those who read things like this: use media literacy and common sense. Dissect everything you read like I have just done above. Don’t believe everything you read, especially if it is so nefarious like this.
