Taking a look at the animal crossing pic to see a list of characters, which you did well on, may I hear more about Pendara, BD, Megaera, and Azure please?

Alright:

Pendara/BD (They’re the same dragon)

She is the protagonist of the story. She started out seemingly a normal human but the events that lead to her transformation to the white and black dragon form change her whole understanding of reality. She eventually is found by a dragon from the Hidden Kingdom and they travel there together where she meets her friends (the ones in the asks so far).

Over time while there she learns to be a dragon and starts to think she finally understands who and what she is…only to be shown again this is wrong when she meets Nox, a mysterious but charming semi-aquatic dragon who teaches her the secrets of her true nature as a Spirit Dragon. This leads to her developing her nickname, Black Dragon or BD, which she uses when assuming this form. (And yes, other dragons find it amusing in the making fun of it way…but she mainly goes by BD for it in Spirit form)

Personality-wise, Pendara is shy and introverted, but when she feels comfortable around someone she is more talkative and full of questions or information. However she can also be too analytical and overthink things, and when betrayed she has a hard time giving that person another chance.

Megaera

Megaera is older than she looks. She is an ancient dragon and one of those that gave dragons the reputation they have as gold-hoarding, kingdom conquering monsters that were popular when I was young.

Megaera actually was once the most infamous dragon in the world, but her arrogance cost her in an encounter with a powerful witch. This resulted in Megaera being captured and imprisoned by the witch, bound by metal cuffs and chains that blocked her power. However, eventually Arkelm the Golden rescued her and they escaped together. However, Megaera still had one cuff on her left foreleg and she was set on revenge against the witch.

Arkelm warned her against it, but she ignored him and attacked the fortress. She destroyed it and killed the witch inside, but was unable to find a way to remove the cuff around her wrist. She didn’t let it stop her and tried to continue to grow her reputation as the most feared and respected (through fear and awe) creature on the planet.

Eventually she meets her match again, though, as she learns the cuff blocking her power also hurts her when she goes past the invisible line. Arkelm rescued her again, then nursed her back to health. Afterward, he gave her an offer he had given before…this time she took it. They traveled together for many years after that until they came to the Hidden Kingdom. There Megaera was united with her father who went by the title and name of King Blackthorn.

Now Megaera is acknowledged as the heir to the throne, but after her history she feels she is unworthy of it and hopes her father remains king for centuries more.

Personality-wise Megaera is boastful and outspoken, but not unkind in the present. In the past she was cruel and unpleasant, but now her old ways come out mostly in her temper and when she loses patience with her friends (Calixthzan especially). In other words she is prickly but past her shell she is loyal and cares for her friends. She also holds a deep respect for Arkelm after their years together as traveling companions. When Pendara arrived, Megaera was one of those less trusting of her as well.

Design information: Megaera and Blackthorn have a unique quality to their scales. The parts that are colored are only that way in light. The stronger or brighter the light source, the more vivid the colors. In darkness the body is completely black, save for the gold claws and teeth.

Azure

Azure…I haven’t developed much. He’s a Snake dragon in the Python family, which means he has snake-like tendencies such as sun bathing and swallowing his meals whole. He spends a lot of his time laying around soaking up sun, possibly because like most snakes he cannot regulate his own body temperature and needs to sun bathe to digest. If this is true or not, I haven’t decided.

Personality-wise, Azure is laid back and doesn’t care for conflict much. He seems to be closest to Frjord of the main group as well, since they tend to hang out a lot due to Frjord’s unusual liking for heat and sun despite being a colder climate dragon.

I believe whenever a monster and a human have a child, it can either be a boss monster or a wizard. Well, that's is what I've heard. Didn't mean to confuse you or anything.

Although I have read the blurbs about them, how are blaster bitties and monster frisks and charas like? As in what are they exactly like and is there any more info you can give me? As well as monster frisk and chara heights?

Lets see I will put this below the cut as it will likely get pretty long

For the blaster bitty physically they are around 5 to 7 inches. that is usually around palm sized from fingertip to wrist. Their skulls are surprisingly smooth to the touch and they will be more than happy if you pet them. They are quite expressive both in movements and facial expressions, and their vocal range is amazing in ways that you can probably work out rudimentary language with them.

The bitty come in two colors traditional bone or bleached bone and black/black gray. variations exist but are less common and usually come from influence with closer bonds to other bitty or sometimes the biggie themselves. They do not develop mate bonds but have a platonic variation of said bond with each other or other bitty types. They do need to have at least 3 other blasters around with them or they will get anxious or even depressed. There are exceptions to this rule but they are very rare.

These bitty reproduce through an unknown means. More or less you will just wake up with a pint sized bitty blaster amongst the rest. This of course only happens if there are other blasters around. if its a blaster and other bitty they have bonded with there will be no baby blasters. they also do not have a notable gender or sex in part because they do not reproduce sexually

They are as intelligent as any other bitty and we even teach them to read before they leave the shop. They are also quite the characters. So much personality packed into tiny little skulls. You will be able to tell them apart by personality alone if you never learn to tell them apart visually.

Blaster bitty are also a bit territorial and you will see them take care of their spaces watching over others and keeping an eye on strangers. They hate squirrels and they will fight birds if they are offended enough. This is made even more interesting by the fact that they have laser cannons like their larger counterparts. Its not life threatening to a biggie but it can hurt and is quite destructive to other things.

As for the monster kids

Monster Chara and Frisk are actually a tad shorter on average from their human bitty counterparts. They are quite laid back and go with the flow in most things... even if going with the flow leads to chaos. Frisk while brown can be found in a white variety.

Their fur despite looking soft is not as soft as you would expect. It sits in that interesting place between super soft and wiry. This allows them some natural protection and isolation. I suppose a fully domestic bloodline could produce bunny soft fur if given enough time and care.

They both are very magically inclined and can learn monster magics like the Dreemer bitty types can. They more or less represent all monster children variants so its up to external influence to lean them one way or another. It doesn't change too much but like any living person they learn to like/dislike other things.

Both Chara and Frisk more or less have the same personalities and temperaments as the other Frisk and Chara bitty do. They are mostly non Verbal for a good portion of their early years and depending on how your life whit the bitty goes they can either develop into confident outgoing people or remain quiet and laid back.

One of the good things about the wild formed bitty is that they develop more personality variations in ways standard manufactured bitty do not. I will cover that topic in its own post which I am working on currently.

Just remember each bitty is their own person and their lives are all different. just because one develops a like for something doesn’t mean they all have to

(on a more meta note. The sex/gender of your Frisk and Chara bitties are up to you. Our hope is to keep the... debate out of a blog meant for lighthearted fun)

Well, I'm sorry to disappoint but I don't really write for any of the Toriels. I'd imagine that she'd be a harsh ruler though. Not well-liked by her people at the very least.

Do you have any tips or info for Pokemon such as Delphox, Mightyena, and Lycanroc (day). Throughout my travels I have found that they make for solid pokemon both in battle and companionwise, but I am curious if there are any things I still don't know yet.

Well, there’s not a whole lot that you might not have picked up on in your travels, but some less commonly experienced things are:

Delphox: They actually have slightly hydrophobic fur, but only on there legs. This allows them to wade through water to get certain herbs and other plants that commonly grow in swamps. The hydrophobic nature of it can easily get cut through by fast currents or pressurized water. They also have a much, much easier time getting new sticks when necessary than Braixen.

Mightyena: As a pack species in the wild, Mightyena work their best when there’s more individuals around them. They protect their pack fiercely, and it’s hard to stop them from protecting them from specific things once they’ve decided something’s a threat. {ex. Someone twisted their ankle while rock climbing? Not allowed to even start climbing walls again. Almost drowned once? No more swimming for you!} They’ll never intentionally hurt their pack members.

Lycanroc Midday form: A lot more composed than the Midnight form, it’s not any less vicious when necessary. A Midday Lycanroc isn’t actually as protective of their as a Midnight one when they’ve been with the trainer since being a Rockruff, as most people prefer the attitude of a near-evolution Midday Rockruff. {there’s differences depending on which they’re most likely to become}

So for my matchup I'd like only a toriel or an alphys please. And the stuff about me

Appearance:Over 6ft, tall, very skinny (enough to feel and see ribs), but still fit somewhat.

Sexuality: Hetero Ally (I support LGQBTQ+)

Gender: Cis male

Personality positives: I'm a very friendly guy as I get along with most people and I try to bequite helpful as well since I enjoy helping other people. Yet I do not let my flaws keep me down nor stop me from living my life, so I keep at life doing my best whether its schoolwork or at my job.

Personality negatives: I can stress myself out sometimes, partly since I also tend to beat myself about things which are often small. And I do things sometimes without realizing why I did them.

Hobbies: Video gaming, legos, and drawing.

Interests: Building things made of stuff like Legos or in minecraft, as well doing expiriments in classes in school. (albeit I graduated HS and I am enrolled in/planning to go to college)

Issues: I was born with a few quirks as my dad calls them, they affect my behavoir and what not. For example its a lot easier for me to get upset than normal people. And I am also immature for my age of 19. My dad has said I am near the rainbow but not on it once, which I agree to. Additionally I have hypoglocemia, which is where if I do not keep my blood sugar levels maintained I will suffer from diziness all the way to fainting.

Yet once again I do not let these stop me from living my life nor I will ever let them.

Well, while I don't have a lot of Alphyses or Toriels here, I do think that swapx4!Alphys would fit you pretty well! This is a character of my own, so there isn't much tangibly written about her as of yet, but even still I'm confident in the choice.

+ while definitely unaware of her strength, she still adores conducting experiments and loves doing creative activities. she'd even love just building things and puzzles with you whenever you'd like... though, maybe you can handle the more delicate things.

+ she loves making new friends and is super friendly, so someone equally as friendly would be perfect! she's also very outgoing and loud, whether it be with strangers or friends, but always maintains being as nice as possible.

+ no need to worry about your low blood sugar -- she will keep that in check for you. she's a big eater on top of being a very dedicated friend, so you can definitely expect her to be very on-top-of keeping track of how much you need to eat to stay healthy and not faint.

+ on top of being nice and outgoing, she's unbelievably kind and positive, so whenever you're not feeling so great about one thing or another, you can definitely expect her to be there for you to make sure things are okay.

Ok so this was initially supposed to be a short summary of the situation, but it kinda got out of hand. It still kinda is meant to be a summary, and doesn’t include every detail, but it is fairly long so apologies for that!

anyway so dA announced they’d be adding a way to label your art as not for use for ai generator training (to be clear this generally tells ai trainers they can’t use it - like it applies to random 3rd party training programs). this at a surface level is very good! however the issue is that they initially released it where you had to opt out of your work being used for ai training rather than opt in. this not only is bad due to the fact that initially you could only opt out one piece at a time, but also because it automatically labeled the pieces of people who couldn’t opt out (such as those that lost access to their account or deceased users) as fair game. basically consent to your art being used as ai training was assumed, rather than you having to give it.

as of now they have changed it so people’s art on the site is automatically not allowed for ai art training, with people having to opt in to it if they’re fine with it. but it only happened after hours of community backlash and community q&a sessions where artists’ concerns were mostly talked over and ignored.

so people are still mad at how the whole thing was initially handled. people are also still mad about the other thing dA announced in this same update, which is their own ai generated software called DreamUp. DreamUp uses LAION as a data set which is open source, but… the thing is LAION is trained on general images from the internet. Including pictures from dA from before the opt out feature was introduced.

Overall it just feels very tone deaf for them to pride themselves on being there for the artists and offering artist protection from their art being used for AI training without their consent, while simultaneously launching their own paid AI image generator that was trained off some of their users without their consent, even if they weren’t the ones who trained it.

Their main response to the idea of making an actual ethical AI generator using only images artists consent to being used was that such a thing would take time and money, and by the time it launched it may be irrelevant. Along with arguing that AI generation is here and inevitable, so you can’t complain about how dA handles it because you can’t stop other AI generators from using your art for training anyway and dA is doing better than them artist consent wise.

[Disclaimer that they may have changed their tune on some of these issues, but this is the general phrasing and sentiments I saw expressed by DeviantArt throughout the day. This is based off the Twitter space with RJ Palmer (which they deleted the original tweet of) along with what I saw from their livestream and tweets from nicedayJules who works at DeviantArt. I don’t fully know what’s going on internally at dA and I’ve seen some people say the official discord expresses things differently, but I’m not in it so not fully sure. So keep in mind there might be some inaccuracies or me misunderstanding things potentially!]

tl;dr is just that dA made artists really mad by integrating some new features regarding AI art that automatically assumed users would be alright with their art being used for AI training

I’m honestly so fucking pissed about the deviantart thing, it’s the only other site I actively use art wise and also one that I have had some luck selling things on. i guess I’ll still use the site and just do the mass art opt out but jfc.

Great job on the game, all the artwork is great and the version of the characters too! I already love the game even though I only did one playthrough. I enjoyed the toriel ending, and now a snipping tool pic is my PC background. Only thing I have to do right is mettaton's date because somehow if you don't get all LP you get LV. Doesn't matter, I'll get it right to get the true ending.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game!! And that you liked Tori's CG so much!!! It's one of my favorites I made.

And as for the MTT date, you have to max out his FP and LP to succeed his date. If you haven't gotten his date ending where he gives you 200 G and his cell phone number, then you haven't beaten it yet! If you have and are still having this issue of gaining LV with the succeeding ending, then do tell me and I'll look into it.
