Does Monty ever threaten to marry Jester just to quiet the court sometimes? Like obvs it’s a joke but the threat of it is powerful

Monty hasn't specifically threatened that with Jester but he has threatened to marry Augustine when some of his advisors are specifically persistent on him marrying! Given the close relationship between the two men there are already rumors that there is more than just a king and his knight kind of relationship between them.

#those rumors really aren't helped by the fact that Monty has been seen sneaking into Augustine's room late at night #but sometimes he just has awful nightmares #equally there are rumors about the fact that Jester sometimes “entertains” Monty in his private quarters #but those two love to gossip about the court and hang out #the court really has nothing better to do than spread rumors #sorry i didn't mean to gush so much #i just love my silly guys #foolknight #monty
