I am sorry as I am not a Man United fan. But is he not doing good with man united? Like man united is second above arsenal and manchester city in wsl and also in semi final of fa cup ? I am genuinely asking what is wrong with his extension? Isn't he good ?

nah it’s a valid question

in my personal opinion we need something fresh. it’s not that he’s not a bad manager but to me it feels like he’s run out of ideas…

look at the 22/23 season. we had great players and did well because that, yes managing a team is a skill and tactics are a big part but a team can do well with regardless of their manager. barcelona/epwnt are good examples, they do well regardless of the quality of management because their players are top class

moving onto 23/24 season, and well, a lot of players left before that season and look what happened. We underperformed drastically, we dropped from 2nd to 5th and lost games we shouldn’t have. Yes clubs have up and downs but that’s a big drop off compared to the season before

that takes us to this season, we’ve replaced those that left well with great players. bizet, terland, jannssen, sandberg so on and so forth, and we’re doing great…

so to me the season we did bad, we had a worse set of players and nothing and underperformed. yes you’re thinking well the players you have are obviously going to influence how well you do. Of course, but just letting the players to the work isn’t enough imo. to me a manager has to adapt to what they’re working with and he didn’t, from what it looked like to me
