okay so it happened during the Champions Cup finale against La Rochelle. He wasnt playing because of an injury so he was in the grandstand. And this match was, I admit, nerves breaking and grown men weren't happy. So it happened in two parts and both are about unsportmanlike behavior

First part: half time. La Rochelle's coah (O'Gara) went to see the referees to talk about the match (they were losing at this point), and he did the same thing last year. But this time, Sexton with someone else (O'Brien) tried to block O'Gara from talking to the refs and some bits of pushing and insults were thrown. 1 player also was involved trying to defend his coach. But O'Gara was in his right to talk to the referees, meanwhile Sexton apparently weren't allowed to be in this area.

Second part: at the end of the game. La Rochelle won and Sexton went to see the referees to critisize the refereeing, saying it was a shame and people said he was disrespecting the referee and some say he also insulted him (which this, i dont know if it's true). But in rugby you always, always respect the referee and his decision. which he clearly didnt

SO the EPCR (the governing body and organiser of the championship) decided to "investigate" these two events. It happened in May and Sexton had an hearing on Thursday and a decision should be announced tomorrow? Also i was reading an article explaining what kind of punishment he could have and why everything was "complicated" in this case but i had to pay for it so i dont know more bezuibczcez

Mighty New Zealand suffered a shock start to their bid for the World Rugby Cape Town Sevens Series at the Cape Town Stadium when they slipped to a 14-10 defeat at the hands of outsiders Spain on Friday.

Australia also had a setback on the opening day when they lost to Great Britain but it was the defeat of New Zealand, the most successful team in the history of the series, that was the big surprise in the men’s event.

New Zealand, who reached the semifinals of last week’s tournament in Dubai, produced an error-ridden display against a tigerish Spanish team.

The Spanish were good value for a 7-0 lead at halftime, with Manu Moreno scoring a try after the hooter following a period of sustained pressure.

New Zealand hit back with an unconverted try by Regan Ware immediately after the break but Spain made virtually certain of victory when Juan Ramos scored in the last minute.
