Current writing system: Clay tablet inscriptions or ink on paper (less common of the two, mostly used to send letters)
Sound quality: Round, almost flute-like
Mythlandic
National language of: Mythland
Relative age: 5,000 years or so
Rarity: Common; Mythland explorers tend to spread out around the globe
Origin: Formed when settlers of different nations began living together. Later developed into a more unique language

New Ysslerian
National language of: Hoen Yssler
Relative age: 1,000 years or so
Rarity: Uncommon; most outside of Hoen Yssler don't know it
Origin: Evolved from Old Ysslerian to the point of being reclassified
Writing system developed on: Stone inscriptions and ink on paper
Current writing system: Paper, though stone inscriptions are still commonly used in architecture
Sound quality: A variety of consonant sounds with limited vowels. It's easy to speak this language with the teeth shut
Old Ysslerian
National language of: No nation (formerly Hoen Yssler)
Relative age: 40,000 years or so
Rarity: Rare; very few speak fluent Old Ysslerian, but parts are still used in religious texts
Origin: Developed by the original Ysslerian tribes
Writing system developed on: Stone inscriptions

Sound quality: Like a rounder and fuller version of New Ysslerian. Notably, slightly louder than New Ysslerian as well
Pelagic
National language of: The Ocean Empire
Relative age: 40,000 years or so
Rarity: Common; most nations bordering the Ocean Empire also speak Pelagic
Origin: Developed from Bathyic
Writing system developed on: Clay tablet inscriptions

Vryrian

Writing system developed on: Stone and clay tablet inscriptions
Current writing system: None. If necessary to write it, Galactic alphabet is used
Sound quality: Similar to Galactic with the variety of consonants, loses some of the tonal inflictions and replaces them with different sounds not used before

Mezalea
Represented by: Joel Smallbeans; King
Titles/names of the representative: Smallbeans, Sir Joel
Race of the representative: Claytion
Race of the population: Mainly Claytions
Population size: ~1,200,000
Alliances: Codlands, Ocean Empire, Rekhia, Losheedi
Joel did not want to go against the pre-existing alliance between the Ocean Empire and the Codlands, and decided to ally with the latter.
His wife is literally the ruler of the Ocean Empire. They’re allied.
Rekhia has incredible trade options and a lot of natural resources that Mezalea can take advantage of.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #8
Mezalea is a very self-centered nation. A lot of what the people need can be found within the nation itself, and most imports are for artistic endeavors due to the nature of Mezaleans and Claytions. While Mezalea does have a lot of money due to art exports, it isn't taken too seriously by other nations.
Exports: Terracotta, concrete
Type of government: Hereditary Monarchy
Flag: Two horizontal stripes; top white, bottom deep orange. Vertical bar on the right; royal purple, has green flower shape in the center of the bar.
Climate: Dry weather year-round.
Summer: Hot. Depending on where you live in Mezalea, it's either really dry (inland) or really humid (coasts). The islands are always humid.
Fall: Beautiful weather, when hurricanes don't hit. Renowned for its sunsets in the fall.
Winter: It gets cold, but not unbearably so (unless you go to the Northeast). Tends to stay humid/dry.
Spring: Not too warm, not too humid. Perfect building time before summer hits.

Rekhia
Represented by: Anthon Pixlriff; Leader
Titles/names of the representative: Pix, Pixl
Race of the representative: Ancient
Race of the population: Variety
If you can withstand the heat of the desert, you move to Rekhia. It’s known as the hottest haven to ever exist.
Population size: ~3,000,000
Despite Rekhia being the second largest empire, much of the land is unlivable due to the environmental conditions. Most of the residents are located by the Codlands/Mythland border.
Alliances: Codlands, Ocean Empire, Mezalea, Losheedi
The Codlands are closest to the Rekhian capital, and trade is prosperous between the two.
Lizzie and Pix bond over their old age.
Because Pix and Lizzie are allied, Joel is allied as well.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #6
Most of the power Rekhia has comes from the Vigil and its ability to predict the future. There aren't many resources there, but those that are unique to the nation are traded for a good price.
Exports: Copper, glass
Type of government: Elective Monarchy
Flag: Three vertical stripes; teal, white, orange. In the center is a yellow circle.
Climate: Varying weather year-round, especially since Rekhia is so large.
Summer: Hot. Very hot. And usually very dry, unless you're on the Arm.
Fall: Rekhia does not escape the wrath of storm season, though only the topmost side of the Arm is really affected much.
Winter: It gets cold in the Arm, but everywhere else maintains dry, mild temperatures.
Spring: Similar to winter, but the Arm is warmer.

Mythland
Represented by: Zander M. Sausage; King
Titles/names of the representative: Sausage, King Sausage, Lord Sausage
Race of the representative: Human (Magic-enhanced)
Race of the population: Mainly human, variety
Anyone who wants to become a professional explorer is recommended to move to Mythland.
Population size: ~7,500,000
Though the population is high, many of the citizens of Mythland are out exploring, meaning the average number of people within Mythland territory is closer to 6mil.
Alliances: Gilded Helanthia, Grimlands, CCAM, Losheedi
Gilded Helanthia was a mutual ally of the Grimlands and CCAM, so Mythland filled the gap.
Many people from the Grimlands migrate over to Mythland, and vice versa. They’re on good terms because of such.
CCAM was still a part of the Grimlands when Mythland allied with it, so the alliance remains intact with CCAM.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #3
The explorers of Mythland have many legends written about them, and the artifacts many explorers collect add to the ever-expanding wealth of the country. Being allied with the Grimlands boosts its strength marginably.
Exports: Iron, weaponry
Type of government: Meritocracy
Flag: Two vertical red stripes on either side of a white base. The white base has a detailed silver and gold coat of arms with green leaves sprouting out of the sides. The coat of arms contains various weapon types, as well as a sheep skull.
Climate: Moderate weather year-round.
Summer: Hot and sunny.
Fall: Windy, but not many big storms hit Mythland.
Winter: It gets cold, but not by much, especially down south.
Spring: Humid, rainy, and warm. Horrible combination.

The Grimlands
Represented by: Callum Tayin; Count
Titles/names of the representative: Fwhip
Race of the representative: Human (Magic-enhanced)
Race of the population: Mainly humans
Population size: ~20,000,000
The Grimlands is one of the most densely populated countries in the world due to its acceleration in technological advancements.
Alliances: CCAM, Mythland, Gilded Helanthia, Losheedi
CCAM partially seceded from the Grimlands a few decades ago. They remain in good standing.
Mythland has a lot of exports the Grimlands consumes. Also, Sausage and Fwhip’s ambitions line up fairly closely, and they get along well.
Gilded Helanthia brings in some much-needed agriculture to the otherwise industrial landscape of the Grimlands.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #1
The Grimlands is the source for almost all technological advancements in the world. Because of this, along with its massive population size, the Grimlands has risen to become the world's powerhouse country.
Exports: Gunpowder, machinery
Type of government: Absolute Monarchy
Flag: Three horizontal stripes. Top is dark grey, middle is red, bottom is black.
Climate: Moderate weather year-round.
Summer: Warm, but not unbearable, especially by the capitol.
Fall: Comfortable, but a little dry. Lots of wind storms come through around this time.
Winter: Moderately cold. It only snows in the Southern Grimlands, close to Hoen Yssler's border, and even then snow is not that common.
Spring: Wet and rainy, but not too warm or cold.

Note
soooo Question.
Does the Wolf Spirt exist in some kind of way, like an old legend or something
and also
why is GIlded Helthia the only place not allied with Losheedi? cause... Im interested
1. yes, the wolf spirit exists!! its an older, lesser god, and only worshipped by the natives of the undergrove. because shubble is the leader of the undergrove, despite her modernized upbringing, she has met the wolf spirit itself before and has occasionally used its powers.
2. pearl didnt initially want to ally with anyone at first, actually, but after a while, the grimlands proposed an alliance and for the good of her people she didnt turn it down. mythland came next, since it was also allied with the grimlands, and ccam came by default when it seceeded.
GH and Lo arent ever gonna go to war against one another, but pearl thinks its for the best if theres no official alliance.

The Ocean Empire
Represented by: Lizzie D. Shadowlady; Queen
Titles/names of the representative: Lady of the Shadows, LDShadowlady, Shadowlady
Race of the representative: Axofolk, Oceanborne
Race of the population: Mainly Oceanfolk, some Oceanborne
Oceanfolk are any saltwater-based intelligent species. Codfolk and Salmonfolk are both examples; however, not many Codfolk live in the Ocean Empire. There are more than just those two in the Ocean Empire, though.
Oceanborne aren’t usually stuck in the water, or need water more than a human to survive. It is, however, preferable that they stay in water, and thus remain in the Ocean Empire, which is ruled by an Oceanborne as well.
Population size: ~70,000,000
The Ocean Empire has the largest population of any Empire. It’s the largest geographically, as well.
Alliances: Mezalea, Codlands, Rekhia, Losheedi
Lizzie is married to Joel. It only makes sense their empires are allied.
Jimmie and Lizzie are seablings. Of course they’re allied.
Pix is one of the oldest leaders, alongside Lizzie. They bond over their old ages.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #5
Despite being the largest nation on the planet, because most of the nation is under water and mainly independent, the Ocean Empire does not hold much political power over others, especially when it comes to trade. However, it has the most powerful army, so not many wish war between it and another nation.
Exports: Prismarine, Fish products, Salt
Type of government: Self-Proclaimed Monarchy
Flag: Navy blue base, thick royal blue line from bottom left to top right. Center has a light purple shell outlined in the same navy blue as base.
Climate: Water is typically cold year-round. Islands have varying weather.
Summer: The waters move a lot, but they're comfortably warm. The islands have warm weather.
Fall: Most dangerous time of the year thanks to storms. Not even the islands are safe.
Winter: Coldest time of the year. Some travel south or back into the ocean during this time.
Spring: Best time of the year. Many travel to other cities/neighboring lands around this time.

Hoen Yssler
Represented by: Skott Smajor; Emperor, King
Titles/names of the representative: Smajor, Major, King Smajor, Lord
Race of the representative: Avian-elf
Race of the population: Mainly elves, Avian-elves
Elves are one of the best races suited for the cold.
Most pureblood Avians have vanished at this point, leaving only the Avian-humans and the Avian-elves.
Population size: ~3,500,000
Alliances: CCAM, Codlands, Undergrove, Losheedi
CCAM asked to be allies with Hoen Yssler so that in case of conflict between the Grimlands and Hoen Yssler, CCAM would remain unaffected.
After the Life dreams, Skott approached Jimmie and asked for an alliance. Though they never spoke much until that point, Jimmie accepted, and the two have been on good terms since.
The Undergrove, being small and having low population counts, would not be sustainable without at least one ally. Since citizens of both countries are nimble at navigating the mountains, they can trade with ease.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #7
While Hoen Yssler is indeed a powerful nation on its own, it has very limited trade with others due to its specific resources, and is also in opposition of the Grimlands. For these reasons, it doesn't have a lot of political strength, but still is not a nation to be messed with.
Exports: Wool, religious artifacts
Type of government: Constitutional Monarchy
Flag: Base color of light teal. Large white circle in center. Gold horn design in center.
Climate: Cold weather year-round.
Summer: The only time of year in which it rains instead of snows, and even then it never gets too hot. Storms are not common, but showers are.
Fall: Freezes start to set in as the rain dies down. Snow begins to set in the mountains.
Winter: Snowfall more than half the days of the season. Never gets warm enough to rain. Blizzards are common in many areas, but not the capitol.
Spring: Snow and glaciers begin melting. Still snows occasionally.

The Codlands
Represented by: Jimmie Solidarity; Ruler
Titles/names of the representative: Solidarity, the Codfather
Race of the representative: Codfolk, Oceanborne
Race of the population: Mainly Codfolk
Codfolk come from the ocean originally, but migrated out of it due to pressure from other species. They now live amphibiously, with much of their territory being on land while also being able to travel through water easily.
Population size: ~200,000
Alliances: Hoen Yssler, Ocean Empire, Mezalea, Rekhia, Losheedi
Hoen Yssler formed an alliance with the Codlands when the Life dreams affected some of the rulers, including Skott and Jimmie. Neither had any issue with it, despite rarely interacting before.
Lizzie is Jimmie’s half-sister, and because they have a good relationship with each other, they are close allies.
Since Mezalea is so closely allied with the Ocean Empire, it’s natural that the Codlands would be allied with Mezalea as well.
The Codlands are very open to trading with the citizens of Rekhia, and out of respect, Pix secured an alliance with the Codlands.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #10
The Codlands, though tight-knit and growing exponentially, are still seen as weak due to their origin. The Codfolk had migrated out of the ocean to seek refuge against discrimination and war, and found themselves in an amphibious country.
Exports: Slime products, algae, clay
Type of government: Direct Democracy
Flag: Two horizontal stripes; top stripe is lime green, bottom is evergreen. A fish is drawn in the center in black and filled in with a pale green.
Climate: Wet and humid above water, calm and lukewarm below water.
Summer: The temperatures get high, and combined with the humidity, many non-Codfolk don't stick around for long.
Fall: The temperatures cool considerably, but there is little wind and lots of humidity. The falling leaves add a lot of debris in the water.
Winter: The temperatures are comfortably low, and the humidity lessens but doesn't go away completely. It never gets cold enough to snow.
Spring: The mangrove trees bloom, making the swamp prone to bugs and debris in the water. It rains a lot, which keeps the temperatures mild.

The Lost Empire
Represented by: Joseph Kasefa; King, Leader
Titles/names of the representative: Joey
Race of the representative: Chimera, Gargoyle
Race of the population: Mainly human chimeras
The Heart of the Jungle turned the normal humans into human-jungle animal hybrids. This includes leopards, snakes, parrots, insects, tigers, crocodiles, toucans, etc.
Population size: ~250,000
Alliances: None
Political strength: #11
The Lost Empire was only recently brought into the World Council, therefore it doesn't have much political status yet. However, because of its vast amount of limited resources, it has a small amount of power in trade.
Exports: Totems, jungle wood products, bamboo, coco beans
Type of government: Despotism Autocracy
Flag: No official design, as of current. Whenever a representative flag is asked for, a solid gold colored flag is given.
Climate: Tropical weather year-round.
Summer: Hot and humid, with scatters of thunderstorms.
Fall: Still hot and humid, and storms increase. Higher chance of hurricanes and tsunamis.
Winter: Not as hot or humid, especially in the north, but still quite warm.
Spring: Very similar to summer.

The Undergrove
Represented by: Shelby Coliva; Ruler
Titles/names of the representative: Shubble, Shrub
Race of the representative: Gnome
Race of the population: Mainly gnomes, some elves
Population size: ~15,000
The Undergrove is the least populated country. No, CCAM does not count.
Alliances: Hoen Yssler, Losheedi
Skott helped Shubble out when Mythland explorers started trying to conquer her territory. They also trade regularly, as they are the only two countries that regularly populate the mountains.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Political strength: #12
Being a small nation and the least populated independent country, the Undergrowth lacks in any sort of unique resources, and thus is often disregarded.
Losheedi is allied with (almost) everyone.
Exports: Fungi, vegetables, deep ores
Type of government: Semi-Presidential Republic
Flag: A flat, desaturated green background. Classic red/white spotted mushroom on center.
Climate: Moderate weather year-round.
Summer: Not too warm, but humid and rainy.
Fall: Wind sometimes knocks a few weak trees down, but harsh winds are rare.
Winter: It doesn't snow much, except possibly in the very south section by CCAM. Usually just rain still.
Spring: Moderate temperatures and humidity, with even more rain.

Losheedi
Represented by: Katheryn Elizabeth; Head
Titles/names of the representative: Lady Katheryn (Elizabeth)
Race of the representative: Fairy
Race of the population: Mainly humans and fairies
Population size: ~800,000
Alliances: Everyone
Losheedi is a smaller nation that seeks peace across the world, and made a deliberate decision to ally with all nations (besides Gilded Helanthia).
Political strength: #2
Losheedi is a sanctuary nation, and even with its small size, it's acknowledged worldwide as the only "truly neutral" nation to exist. Therefore, many international conflicts make their way through Losheedi to be resolved.
Exports: Flowers, medicinal plants
Type of government: Crowned Republic
Flag: Three vertical stripes; left is pale blue, middle is white, right is pale pink. Center has purple tulip.
Climate: Moderate weather year-round, with an increase of rainfall.
Summer: Near-constant rain is the only reason the heat doesn't get too intense.
Fall: Rain dies down a bit, but the temperatures lower on their own.
Winter: A rather dry season. Snowfall is not unheard of, but it isn't common.
Spring: Storms are common and temperatures get high quickly.
