Hi! 9) please - for your favorite Mirakae OC(s) or more of them
9. Are there cultural or lore specific aspects to their identity? If applicable, does their species affect it?
Oh there are so many "species" and cultures where just their nature and culture make their identities very peculiar.
Like, there are unicorns who are generally very androgynous and hard leaning into femininity or masculinity is not very common. One of my favs is Mimi, who's a trans man. (first art by @/cutestknife)

His presentation would be considered Very masculine, but he also went through actual transition to achieve that.
Talking orientation, he's gay, and to the world he's from it's more or less frowned upon, so he kind of keeps it to himself. Like, really bottling it up. But there are other things that affect that which I'm not gonna get into.
Then there are entitylings to whom concept of gender is completely foreign just by virtue of being demi-gods, created by a being that created literally everything in the universe originally.
They usually adopt whatever pronouns the mortals call them the most, like, Tenebra is mostly it/its or he/him, while Terpsichore goes by anything and have no preference or set pronouns people use the most, and Hydram is also usually an it/its or he/him, sometimes she/her. It depends!
Then there are gods that use no pronouns themselves but don't care if mortals do. Like, personally, all of them I use they/them for in exception for characters I had for a while who's og pronouns were she/her. Even then I still default to gender neutral. Cuz they have no gender and most the time don't even have a form.

Some completely lose sense of identity once their being ceased to be mortal as things like gender become very trivial.
(I've renamed it to Weaver a while ago this is an old ref so don't mind it)
Weaver was literally handpicked on the verge of death to be god's prophet and do their biddings, since then all that he retained from any sense of identity are "he/him" and his art, he doesn't even go by his original name anymore. A being no longer mortal but stuck to deal with eternity and entertaining it's god.
