He hesitates, and you realise the distance is probably what's keeping him quiet.

"I can come over there," you stand and start to pack up your things.

You slide things into your bag and swing it up onto your shoulder, feigning calm. "Oh, thanks. I actually have an--"

"Instagram, for your notes. I follow you." His focus lands back on his laptop and you take the opportunity to take a breath before rounding the table and taking a seat beside him.

He smiles at you and you bite your lip.

"I, uh," he locks eyes with you, puts his elbow on the table and rests his jaw in his hand. "I'm not really stuck with anything."

Still can't believe I got myself a PS5, FINALLY. I mean I planned to get a used one but ended up getting a new one after all because yolo. XD

Now instead of setting it up, I rearrange my whole room AND workshop, shifting things from A to B so I can set it up properly and also be able to switch between consoles a little smoother and now I lie in the ruins of my room with all shelves empty while my PS5 is laughing at me because I just found the solution and it was only to shift my TV about 8cm to the left and it fits perfectly and free standing next to my TV with the closest way to all the usb slots.

but well at least I cleaned a bit

How does Wanda feel about Pietro being with Monet?

hmmmm wanda has historically been less bothered by pietro's relationships than vice versa and i think this continues here. she does not feel particularly threatened, if that makes sense? wanda "he knows where home is" maximoff lmfao. in my own personal world, she is definitely jealous every time and also a bit petty about it (silent treatment) but not outwardly, she internalizes most of it. and also, again, he knows where home is.

on a more specific note to monet, i have thought about them actually (monet is my favorite x-men character, believe it or not lol) and i don't think they would get along lmfaoo. not because of pietro or anything but because they're so different... wanda would at first think monet shallow and overly arrogant/haughty and monet would likely have hangups for the dreaded m day conversation since she was/is close friends with multiple people who've been heavily affected by it. but then again, pietro had a direct hand in bad things happening to those people, as well (xfi), and she's cool with him now so i believe once they get to know each other they can become civil. doubt they'll ever be friends unless they stumble into some adventure together that forges their bond in fire bcuz their personalities only bounce off each other well when it comes to somewhat-mean banter lol
