Musical Theater Roles I'd Love to Play and Why I Want to but Couldn't

I'm sure everyone has their dream roles, but mine are usually unattainable

under the cut cause its gonna be a long post i think :)

Elle Woods (Legally Blonde)

pros:

I love playing sweet and compassionate characters

Since my youth I've known I wanted to be an underestimated woman who showed everybody I was better than they assumed

cons:

I'm nowhere near a soprano

When I told my friend I wanted to play her she replied with "but you're Mexican". So thats a factor too lol

I'm definitely not hot enough either

Jack Kelly (Newsies)

pros:

something about his story really speaks to me

can i wear his costume please.

i can sing Santa Fe

cons:

I had the great misfortune to be born a woman

i don't think people care about what type of brown i am as long as i'm brown

already pretty weird about physical touch while onstage so i could be weird about frollo

cons:

i would feel weird about playing a middle eastern character

the flipside of me being mildly uncomfortable with physical touch onstage is that i may not be able to play a love interest super well

I finally got to read the dissapearance of the glasses (keito's second story)

and I have fallen even more hopelessly in love with this man theres something wrong with him and I know in my heart he goes to the thrift stores around yumenosaki and buys all their glasses and personally repairs and puts them back together and names them all he tucks his glasses in at night and he would lovingly kiss them goodnight but they'd get smudged and he loves them too much to hurt them ever even a little your honor

sincerely, theres something deeply wrong with him and its made me hopelessly in love with him. please help me.
