Day 6 Twist Pinup - still going after after originally being styled last week. After 5 days had to pinup because for some reason long or short I don't care for my hair to touch me... Jesus had hair of wool and so do I... Although my texture has changed since I did the first big chop and cut my locs off after more than 12 years of growing them. My hair is softer and thinner than before so I have to be mindful when styling it because after almost 10 years I still haven't gotten used to seeing my scalp. Oh well, it is what it is. FREE FUN FRIDAY!! ENJOY IN JOY!! Whenever I get around these ladies I can't help but smile and laugh, because they are my true sisters- you ever have those sisters where the bond is so strong that nothing or no one can break it? Yes that is how it is for us. And we crack up laughing at every little thing because we enjoy each other's company. We are in pure joy whenever we get a chance to see each other! This looks different for each of us because internally what makes us happy is unique to each individual. For one it can be spending time with loved ones. For another it can be nature walks. And for another person it can be inner peace through relaxation, meditation methods. Regardless: our inner happy should inspire us to JOY that others can see and witness so they too can do the same for themselves!
