#enjoy the sillies im gonna go eat sumn

So turns out irkens werent the only race from IZ that'd get inevitably slorped up into the tangled monster hell web of my oc universe worldbuilding, whaddya know, anyway please enjoy all this stuff I made up in the span of an hour and a half on a single stream of conciousness for funsies (and I promise you theres more in my brain, I am just tired)

[Pardon if its a bit scuffed, this is literally the first time I've ever drawn vortians during my entire 10-year-plus run as an IZ fan]

And as a treat, im gonna throw some extras under a read more that I had no room/no visual for on the thingy

- Their lifespans are very similar to Irkens, ranging from 800 to 1,000 years give or take

- I imagine their skin to feel kinda like, weird caterpillars, smooth and squishy with a weird slight layer of fuzz

- Speaking of bugs I mentioned molting like once but theres 2 of them (baby -> child then child -> adult), and they annually shed their skin but only on their head thingys (I like to think they just start rubbing their heads on stuff like deer trying to get the felt off of their antlers)

- They also have a weird reflection in their eyes that vuagely shows where they're looking like Irkens do, but the long and short of that is I didn't feel like drawing it a hundred times

- Another similarity to irkens is the lack of eyebrows, and substituting the gap in emotional expression with their "antennae", or fleshy, head, things, yknow (i still dont have a good name for those can you tell)

And I think thats all im gonna drop here for now, its like, 4:30 in the morning as im posting this guaghg
