Spelling out Pierre de Ronsard. E for Enfants/Children. Work continues on the 16th Century project inspired by the wooden stalls in Le Mans Cathedral. Started with watercolors, I now moved on to oil. Catherine de Medici is featured here with four of the ten royal children: French kings François II, Charles IX, and Henri III, and their sister Queen Margot.
