Steinberg Valentino had business investor relationship with Stavros Daskos & ENCTD.Of course the ENCTD probably mistook it for a charity drive on our part which would explain why they failed to pay as per the contract. When Steinberg Valentino requested payment of the services that it provided, the ENCTD tried evading tactics.Talk about payment and they would run away like bunnies with their bottoms on fire.We then approached the Directors of ENCTD, namely Stavros Daskos and Aref Kanafani.

Of course that made us realize that they were in fact the leading vultures of this scam.Their business dealings are equivalent to those of treacherous crooks. They deliberately led us on, manipulating the “payment at the end of job completion” condition stated in the contract and took full advantage of our services. When we confronted the directors, their attitude was very hostile, villainous and belligerent. They treated our request of payment as if we were demanding charity for social welfare.

Stavros Daskos & Encanto Potash Inc (ENCTD) - Vancouver BC

Our company, Steinberg Valentino made an unfortunate discovery when we entered into an agreement with ENCTD (Encanto Potash Corp). Their business dealings are equivalent to those of treacherous crooks.

The villains signed a contract with Steinberg Valentino and led us to believe that they would make payment at the end of the job completion. They took full advantage of the contract, demanded extra services and fully manipulated us into believing that it was a business deal.

After fulfilling our part of the agreement, when payment was asked of them, instead of paying up, they behaved like street thugs. They not only refused to pay up but became aggressive and very nasty.

We approached the Directors of ENCTD, namely Stavros Daskos and Aref Kanafani. Of course, that made us realizes that they were, in fact, the leading vultures of this scam. Reminds one of an anecdote; a hyena persuades a rabbit to hunt together alongside it, dividing the share equally later. [continued below]....

In the end, the hyena claims seventy percentages by virtue of its strength, and then it places the remaining thirty percentages in the middle and tells the rabbit it can have it IF it can wrestle it from the hyena.

I always was sceptical of the “evolution from Ape” theory, Stavros Daskos definitely evolved from the Hyena's race. It would be better if these animals in human skin could be locked up with others of its kind.

Our company has suffered a loss of five thousand dollars. We are still deliberating whether we should also file under Animal Damage Control apart from their being liable under breach of contract.

The purpose of sharing this experience is to enlighten other fellow businesspeople not to fall into the same trap and stumble upon further unfortunate discoveries that this Imposter of a company might exhibit.

They manipulated and took advantage of this clause by demanding all the services that we had to offer. Like a leach, they have drained our company, Steinberg Valentino and caused us to suffer a loss of five thousand dollars. After fulfilling our part of the agreement, when payment was asked of them, instead of paying up, they behaved like street thugs and ruffians. They not only refused to pay up but became aggressive and very nasty. In hindsight, their behaviour was identical to that of an imposter who books a hotel room, makes full use of all the facilities, then packs up his bag, uses the back door and makes good his escape.

We have been swindled exactly like this.Anyone else that enters into any agreement with them in the future, bear in mind that your company will most definitely be dealt a loss.When you try to remedy the situation and approach them, they will get aggressive and very hostile. Forget paying the damages, they won’t even return the money that they will actually owe your company.It will be easier to ask charity from a beggar than to ask ENCTD to return your Rightfully earned money.
