I need to find a way to exercise that doesn’t make me regret living and doesn’t cost money on god
#prsnl#encountering debilitatingly low self esteem cause I gained more weight despite exercising more and it shows in my clothes…#I would love to rig myself a DDR setup but unfortunately I live on the top floor of an apartment#I still drag myself to a HIIT class but I hate it so bad ! but it’s the only way to guarantee I exercise at least once a week#also gyms around me cost $60-150/mo and are a pain to get too and I have no motivation to go by myself….#head in hands I hate this
