This one took a LOOOOOOONG time to put together and required a lot of undoing and reworking. The hair alone took ten separate attempts. But overall, I'm pretty happy with the end result of one of my favourite characters in Encanto. He's so cuddly!

Okay how about baby Vaggie falling asleep during movie night

Here you go! sorry its really short, I didn't have much plot to work with

Vaggie was excited. She could hardly stand still. It was movie night for the hotel and Vaggie was regressing. So Charlie had a great idea to watch a Disney movie. It would be a great way to help her get more comfortable with regressing around the others.

“Alright, which stuffy do you want to take with you?” Charlie asked once she finished getting her into a fresh diapie and onesie.

“Hmmm, I wan da goat!” she pointed to her goat plushie on the bed. Charlie walked over to the bed and plucked it off before handing it to the girl. Vaggie took it before putting her arms up, asking for uppies. Charlie picked her up and began carrying her downstairs.

In the lobby and common area, alastor, Lucifer, Husk, and angel were sitting on the couches, waiting for them. Vaggie got excited and jumped out of her caregivers arms and ran to the couch.

“Aww, someone’s happy,” Angel cooed over her. She nodded, paci in her mouth and hands flapping.

Nifty came over with popcorn for everyone while vaggie was picking out a movie. She picked out Encanto and snuggled in Charlies lap as the movie started.

About a third of the way through, Vaggie’s eyelids began to feel heavy. She felt eepy and tired. Snuggling up closer to charlie, she soon fell asleep fast.

Charlie noticed her little had gone limp in her hold. She sighed with smile, petting her hair gently as she heard soft snores. She lifted her up and walked away from the group. As she carried her up to her nursery, she heard her start cooing in her sleep. She awed at the cuteness.

When she walked into the nursery, she carried her over to the crib and tucked her into bed. She pulled up the rails to it and closed the door.

mirabels birthday so here’s some headcanons !!!🦋💘

- she zones out a LOT! whatever she’s working on/ thinking about takes priority in her mind so she accidentally gets so invested she could forget someone’s talking to her! (this doesn’t help in school)

- She’s a try hard on everything! probably stems from her giftless status but she gets frustrated if she can’t be up to standards! she ends up exhausting herself or burning out because she overworks herself!

- social butterfly! she’s a people person and loves talking to both the adults and the kids! she loves validation from the adults and being a role model to the kids!

- never stops talking😭 mirabels a professional yapper🙏 DONT ever ask her to explain what she’s working on because she will not shut up ever!!!

- carries around a sketchbook with her and goes to different parts of the encanto for inspiration! she might just doodle a motif or theme but it’s always something! she uses it later in her projects

- stealing @spooky-spextre-arts hc here but I love this one sm!! after Antonio’s plushie he tells the other kids and she makes a load of plushies for everyone!!

- she painted the mural in family madrigal! I think alma is aware mirabels artsy and would have asked her to do it! since it’s special commission that’s why the husbands are absent! mirabel was just so excited to be asked! Also it fits her art style

- she has friends! she’s incredibly social and I refuse to believe there’s only 2 teens in the encanto

AN: I know you guys love the pregnancy storyline so I decided to explore it more. I want to show when Amber and Andrew decided to get pregnant and why.

Summary: Amber and Andrew babysit their niece, Luna, and have a scary moment when she wanders off.

Amber sits at the kitchen table watching Luna in her play mat in the living room assembling her plushies in a line while Bluey plays on Disney Plus. Their dog Jazz is relaxing by the mat already protecting Luna as her guard dog. They spent their first night with Luna under their care and so far things have been good. Luna was able to tell them when she had to go potty and they helped her with the toilet.

There was some trouble when they ended bathtime and she was crying and screaming not wanting to get out but they were able to calm her down with a showing of Encanto in their living room. It was the first time Amber was thankful for kid movies. Afterwards they got her to sleep in the guest bedroom after reading her a bedtime story. Now Amber is watching Lucy play plush army while her husband is on his morning workout.

The front door opens and Amber looks to find Andrew coming inside the house panting. He’s wearing a black hoodie, gray camo shorts and a gray cap on his head. He is covered in a thin layer of sweat and wearing earbuds. He takes them off and passes Luna in the living room smiling at her as she focuses on her dolls. He greets Amber as he grabs a water bottle from the fridge.

“How did it go while I was on my run?”

“Good, we watched Bluey, it was very educational. She wanted me to leave her alone while she assembled her plush army, I think she was afraid I would steal her battle strategies.”

Andrew chuckles and stands besides Amber in her chair observing Luna with her, “She is adorable.”

“She really is.” Amber says with a smile, “It almost makes me dread the day Alex and Jo return and we have to give her back to them.”

“Almost?”

“Well, the smelly diapers and her pulling my hair when I lifted her from the tub last night also makes me count the days till they get back.”

Andrew grins, “Yeah but still, the bad things are worth it for the joys of parenthood. I mean if Alex and Jo didn’t think like that, they would have left that kid the second they smelled her full diaper. I mean most of my cousins were babies growing up and as annoying as they could be I enjoyed watching them grow up and playing with them. I mean it was the main reason why I know I want kids someday.” Amber gives Andrew a side eye that he catches causing him to shrug innocently, “What? I’m just making an observation.”

Amber grins at her husband trying to plant an idea in her head, “No you are making a sales pitch mister.”

Andrew chuckles, “Look I’m not gonna lie I have been feeling the pull of being a dad more when we reached our one-year anniversary. What about you? Have you thought about when would be a good time for us to try?”

Amber scratches her head as she thinks, “I mean I’ve been busy trying to catch up on my residency and you’ve been doing surgeries to ease the backlog. And I’m trying to be a good wife and a good aunt and a dog mom it’s a lot. Plus, I’ve spent most of my life actively trying not to get pregnant. It’s a mindset I haven’t quite shaken off yet. Also, with what Schmitt did to the program it hasn’t given me much time to consider if it was the right time to get pregnant or not.”

Andrew nods, “I know this is gonna sound like a cliché but there’s never gonna be a right time to have kids. There is always gonna be something that upsets one or both of us at home and work that is a given. But maybe we can let it be a reason for us to expand our family instead of letting it stall us. I mean look at Alex and Jo, they had Luna in the middle of the pandemic while she had complications and the three of them are happier than ever.”

Amber looks at Luna at the mat with a grin, “Yeah it is something I didn’t think either me or Alex would ever have given how we grew up.”

“And that’s my point. I know we can do better than our parents did with us and that’s why I am 100 percent sure I want to have a baby with the woman I am crazy about. But if you don’t feel it’s the right time yet I will understand. I can fill the void babysitting my favorite niece in the meantime and being a dog dad to Jazz.”

Amber sighs at that and thinks for a moment, “I’ll give the baby thing some thought and get back to you. Right now I want to focus on taking care of Luna and see how she feels about us as caretakers.”

Andrew grins at that knowing how much his wife loves Luna and how invested she is in Luna having a good week with them. It makes him hopeful that she becomes more inclined to having a baby of their own. He leans forward to give her a kiss but she backs away to his surprise.

“Uh-uh.” Amber winces at her sweaty husband, “Shower first, love later.”

Andrew raises his eyebrow amused, “Really?”

“Yes your sweaty and gross and I don’t feel like kissing that.”

He chuckles, “It’s sexy.”

“It’s stinky now go and shower while I take care of the babies.” Andrew rolls his eyes but does as he’s told exiting the kitchen and heading to their bathroom. Amber stands up and goes to Luna kneeling down to her level petting Jazz on the head. Luna is focused on her plushies, mashing them together either making them fight or make out. Amber smiles at the sight before Luna lightly pats the mat.

“Oh you want me to join you? I would love to.” Amber sits crisscross next to Luna on the mat where she gives her aunt a plush bunny, “Aww you want me to have the bunny? Thank you I know how much you love this one.” Amber takes the bunny playing with the floppy ears causing Luna to smile, “Aw I love seeing you smile. You can tell me you love me more than your parents I won’t tell them.”

Luna faces Amber with a grin before motioning that she wants a drink, “Oh do you want some water?” Luna nods, “Okay let me get you some water and then we will have the greatest plush battle ever!” Luna giggles at the funny voice causing Amber to laugh before standing up and heading to the kitchen.

Amber grabs a sippy cup from the cabinet with her back to Luna. She fills the cup with bottled water before locking the lid in. She turns around only to find the mat empty except for Jazz and Luna nowhere in sight. Amber immediately rushes over but doesn’t find Luna in the play area causing Amber to panic.

“Luna?” Amber goes to the guest bedroom where Luna slept last night, “Luna? Come on out honey we’re not playing hide and seek!” Amber’s panic grows as she checks the bathroom and under the bed but doesn’t find Luna. She runs out the hall and heads to the master bedroom frantic and yelling, “Oh my god, Luna! Luna where are you?!”

Andrew quickly comes out of the bathroom still wet with a black towel wrapped around his waist. He heard Amber’s frantic yelling and comes out to find her looking under their bed, “What’s wrong?”

“Luna’s missing.” Andrew’s eyes widen and he instantly goes to the closet to look inside, “I-I-I was getting her a water bottle and I turned my back for five seconds and she was just gone.”

“Were the doors unlocked?”

Amber shudders, “I don’t know I thought you locked the door after you came back from your run, did you?”

“Yeah, I had to I always do, come on she’s gotta be in here somewhere.” The couple rush out of the bedroom and back to the living room. Andrew see’s Luna under the kitchen table playing with her plush bear to his relief that he shows in a heavy exhale along with Amber who gasps in delight before running over and kneeling down under the table.

“Oh sweetheart, you had us so scared.” Amber brings Luna out from under and hugs her tightly, afraid she’ll slip away again. Andrew walks forward still only wearing a towel looking relieved as well knowing now that their expectations of a fun-filled week hit a crash.

Unpopular Opinion

I actually like Wish (Disney Movie). I mean its not as good as Encanto or Lion King or the other disney Movies. But honestly...I don't care enough about Disney (company) too complain. Honestly I think you all care too much about a movie for children. And you care too much Disney (The company). I mean yeah...it could've been better. But then again...this is Disney and everyone should know what matters to Disney the most...money. Do you know why they choose the star to be a star and not some star-boy? Because a star plushie is going to sell better. Now personally I am glad that there is no romance in this movie. Honestly I think Disney couples usual suck, if you think about it most of them are questionable. And unless Disney finally has the balls to have a non-straight couple (you know a lesbian or gay couple) I do not think that its going to change soon. Like I do think that some straight couples are great, but most of them are side characters like Julietta and Augstin, Felix and Pepa in Encanto. The straight couples only work in animal styled cartoons (Lion king, Lady and the tramp etc), but for humans...they usually make me mad. I cannot watch Ariel without being annoyed at her choosing to be a human for a man she doesn't even know instead of being a mermaid. Even tough I like the movie. But I'd prefer for Magnifico not to be a villain, but start as an antagonist and that the book has some sort of power over him + his paranoia and trauma makes him that way. And then at the end he would finally realize that he was wrong to keep away so many wishes. Then he and Aisha would work together to fullfill the wishes (non-dangerous ones) and only keep the ones that are dangerous. And at the end Amaya and Magnifico get a baby and they hold it like Rafiki does with Simba (to pay tribute to Lion King).

Originally I only did Mirabel but added Camilo because. I need more content of them being close and being besties. Why? Cause I can 🗣️.

I don’t if you have any lore or ideas. If you do. Please do tell. Love that <333 but I started doing random crap because I’m crazy ⁉️ Basically Alma’s doesn’t really view Camilo’s gift as “useful”, or at least not as useful as other gifts. Even Dolores’ gift has more use. But yeah, he doesn’t really have much to do, especially in his younger years. And then Mirabel straight up didn’t)t get a gift. Difference in this AU is that they still stayed close. Mirabel kinda followed him around, she was the closest

Anyway they liked going to town and dancing near the bands. Alma saw how good they were and was like. “Marketable Plushies” 🦅🦅🦅. No jk but she did think that they could still keep their high reputations, just as entertainers of sort. Like Isabela sits there and is pretty (which later upsets the duo because do they have to work so hard just to get approval while she can just. Stand there and throw flowers. It’s not fair). So, why not have Camilo and Mirabel preform? They were very outgoing, and people were naturally charmed by them.

Cue “the duo”. Biggest musicans in the Encanto 🤕 Basically known throughout the Encanto, they have a whole fan base. They both worked so hard, and are so happy to preform. Camilo does occasionally still have to use his gift to help around, so sometimes Mirabel’s flying solo, but it’s not that bad. Biggest fans??? Their parents. Literally at every show. Alma is something of a. Manager.
