mental health tip from yours truly, if you’re feeling god awful in the head, PLEASE get out of your room if you can, I know it can be hard sometimes but it helps so much (at least to me personally) a new environment helps me feel a little less like my life is over, going outside helps even more and is what I usually prefer doing, even if all you do is sit on your porch for like 10 minutes that’s still good
It won’t solve anything, or course not, but spending day after day in your room will certainly make you feel worse, and I usually find that when I move to a new area it gives me another burst of energy to get like a cup of water and a granola bar to eat and I go from there
I know it can be hard, but doing something like this is still a step forward
