My anxiety is through the roof with deadlines for my classes (for projects given by instructors with an inability to be concise in their direction) which has caused me to not want to look at anything and just lay in bed so here are some pictures of a cute spooky book and a floopy dog that brought me some happy vibes.

2018 has been indeed, a tough ride. going to uni made a huge adjustment for me, from a normal high-school student turning into medstudent real quick! three days before second semester officially starts! and i am ready to take the biggest challenge in my life--COLLEGE life. 

i’ve been studying anatomy and physiology for the past week now. bunch of reporting and quizzes i need to take the following week.

Tuesday June 25, 2019 - 13:50

Started a new morning routine, and rather successfully too! Though I went to bed late, I woke up at 6 on only my second alarm! I worked on my German for an hour before going downstairs to get coffee and make myself a breakfast. After that, I worked on college applications until 11 then took an hour to catch up on "The Black Hole War" by Susskind. It's a darn good book- if you can handle letting go of everything you thought you knew about physics!

And yes... I treated myself to some painting :)

My buddy is taking me to see Dark Phoenix now! A nice reward for my hard work this morning lol

Pictures from the past week. It's been a very stressful week for me, but it's over and I am soaking up my three day weekend by getting my nails done and singles day shopping. I went with a smokey baby blue and modelled my planner for this next week after them so stay tuned for that!

That second picture is from the house we visited in my historic preservation course which lays on an old quail hunting farm. These types of structures are so important because they aid in the quest for knowledge about those who made life run at those times, whether that be slaves, indentured servants, or tenants. I don't plan on going into this field, but I do enjoy this class because I get to learn about how close to home this type of history really is.
