RENTING A CAR IN NEPAL VS. BUYING A CAR: WHICH IS THE BEST OPTION?
It is no surprise that renting cars has become a new trend. Most people have also switched to rental cars for weekend getaways and vacations. They believe that rental cars throw away the trouble of owning a car.
If you look at the scenario, it makes sense as owning a car is much more expensive with loads of following responsibilities. Indeed, when you think of owning a car, you will automatically think of monthly EMIs, insurance, maintenance, and annual depreciation of value.
But again, if you think the other way, rental cars come with certain limitations that you would otherwise not face if you had your own car. Yes, limitations in mileage and constraints in the time period. You will have to work on the scheduled timeframe for that.
RENTING A CAR IN NEPAL VS. BUYING A CAR
Over the last couple of years, there has been a surge in several self-drive car rental companies. They often provide people with an alternative to owning a personal car. It started when people started looking more toward the cons of owning a car rather than the pros.
So, which is exactly a better option? What benefits me? Do I rent a car? Or do I own it? Below is the take on each act.
Renting A Car In Nepal
Well, you can rent a car for both long and short time frames. People especially rent cars for holidays or during vacations. However, even people who have to go to and from work can rent a car just for the ride.
Pros Of Renting A Car
One of the many reasons car rental is becoming famous is because people can drive high-end cars at an affordable price while avoiding dealing with a driver and paying extra charges. Yes, you can totally forget about monthly EMI payments and car loan troubles.
Furthermore, if you own a car, you will need to pay for it whether or not you drive it around, and then comes the maintenance. But in the case of renting a car, even if you rent for days, you will be charged for the hours you drive without the worry of maintenance unless you damage the car for certain reasons.
If you think of a status symbol when you rent a car, you can actively choose the model of your ride. You can choose to own any make or model available there; hence, upgrading your drive is no hassle.
Cons Of Renting A Car
Having said that, you will have a renting contract, and it is not an easy or quick process to get out of the contract early. Also, with renting a car comes multiple limitations like the mileage and time period for its use.
Furthermore, you must be more cautious when renting a car because poor maintenance, accidents of certain kinds, exceeding the limited mileage, or even late payment will be waiting for a hefty consequence.
Another thing to keep in mind is the contract when you sign it. You should read the terms and conditions to ensure you are not levied with extra charges, hidden fees, and additional costs while using the services.
All in all, you can’t forget the price. Yes, it may not be as high as when you own a car, but even a single-day charge is quite expensive. Hence, this is not your choice if you are considering traveling on a budget.

The starting of IVF happens with the medical examination of the female body. Not just IVF, every treatment’s process starts with the examination. Or else how will the doctors understand the body conditions and issues.
After counselling, and making sure that the couple indeed needs to have IVF, doctors will give a stimulation injection of the female. This injection is for the female ovaries to grow.
Next, the doctors collect and fuse the gametes. When the embryo is here the doctors will insert it into the female uterus. Then only the wait for pregnancy result is here.

Sometimes the couple can conceive from IUI and do not need to have IVF. The doctors here never force or cheat the patient to have a particular treatment.
Another treatment is ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection). This treatment happens when the sperm is low in quality. Doctors will select the high motility sperm and insert it into the egg.

The cost of IVF in Pokhara Fertility Centre Nepal is really reasonable. The doctors here do not ask more than what they will be spending on the treatment. This price is so low that it is just one-fifth of the total price of the developed countries.
Many foreigners come to Pokhara for their fertility treatments; the affordable cost is the reason behind this. However, there are factors that can affect the IVF cost in Pokhara.
The use of donor eggs and sperm is the number one factor that affects the cost. The other factor is advance treatments, medical examination, counselling etc.
What is the success rate of fertility treatments in IVF clinic in Pokhara?
The success rates of fertility treatments here can range up to 70%-80%. The success of the treatment always depends half on the clinic and half on the patient.
If the patient is not following the doctor’s advice and instructions then the fault is not with the doctors.
According to the IVF clinic in Pokhara, couple must stop their bad habits such as mobile scrolling all day long, anger issues and such. They should also let go of their addictions to raise their success. Smoking and drinking has always been bad for health.
The female partner should also stop taking stress. Stress harms both the mind and the body. This way the treatment will fail if the woman is taking stress.
Are there any risks in IVF treatment in Pokhara?
Currently in the world doing everything has its own risks or side effects. The same goes with the treatments. The fertility treatments have their risk or side effects too.
The number one risk of the fertility treatments is the failure of the treatment which leads to either miscarriage or another attempt. Miscarriages are already detestable, yet the multiple attempts are not any better either.
Multiple attempts does not just cost you more, instead it takes more time too. During the 1st IVF and 2nd IVF round there should be a gap of three to four weeks.

FAQs Of NRIs Buying Real Estate In India
Any immovable property cannot be owned by an NRI, Pio, or foreign national of non-Indian origin in India. Foreign nationals who reside in India are able to buy real estate there without a specific RBI approval. However, inhabitants of nations like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, China, Iran, Nepal, or Bhutan are not permitted to directly purchase any type of real estate in India.
When purchasing real estate, do non-resident Indians receive any tax benefits?
NRIs are not eligible for tax benefits unless they file their returns and thereafter meet the requirements listed in the Home Loan FAQs.
What paperwork is needed to apply for NRI Home Loans?
NRIs must also submit a few extra documents in addition to those listed in the section on house loans for Indian citizens. These consist of:
a duplicate passport
a copy of the labour card or the works contract
the proxy document (POA). Because the borrower is not based in India, a POA is necessary.
What kind of payment should an NRI or PIO use to purchase a home or business in India?
An NRI/PIO may purchase residential or commercial property in India under the general permits provided using money sent to India through standard banking channels or money retained in his NRE/FCNR (B)/NRO account. Outside of India, no payment will be made.
Can an NRI, PIO, or foreign national of non-Indian ancestry own real estate in India that they inherited from a resident of another country?
With specific RBI approval, a person residing outside of India may possess real estate in India that was inherited from a person residing outside of India, provided that the owner had acquired the real estate in accordance with the applicable foreign exchange laws at the time of acquisition or should fall under FEMA regulations.
Can the money from the sale of these assets be sent outside of India?
If the property was bought with money held in an NRE Account, the repatriation of sale proceeds is limited to no more than two residential properties.
Additionally, the amount brought back into India from outside the country should not be greater than the sum paid for the purchase of the movable property in foreign currency received through traditional banking channels or from money kept in FCNR or NRE Accounts.
How is the NRI home loan repayment plan?
For the duration of the loan, the housing loan must be paid in full upfront through direct remittances from abroad made through regular banking methods or from other bank records as determined by the RBI. Payments are often made through NRO, NRE, NRNR, and FCNR accounts. According to the rules of the RBI, these accounts alter.
What qualifications must one meet to be eligible for an NRI home loan?
The same formula used to determine eligibility for resident Indians is used here, with a focus on:
Qualifications - Alumnus (minimum)
Currently held positions and prior employment
Probabilities of staying overseas throughout the loan's duration
Possibilities of repaying the loan over a longer period of time should the applicant need to travel back to India
What is the length of the NRI house loan payback period?
In most circumstances, home loans granted to NRIs are limited to 5 years. However, several financial organisations also provide loans with a 7-year period. The loan is repaid in monthly instalments (EMI), which typically start after the complete amount has been disbursed. In situations where there has been partial disbursement, you must pay simple interest at the applicable rate on the amount distributed.

ABBY ROAD ;50 years ago, one of the most iconic photo&moment at the history of rocknroll happend
Some facts abaot this very iconic and important album cover-
The photo was taken on 8th August 1969 outside EMI Studios on Abbey Road. At around 11:30 that morning, freelance photographer Iain Macmillan, who was a friend to John Lennon and Yoko Ono, was given only ten minutes to take the photo whilst he stood on a step-ladder and a policeman held up the traffic.
-
The famous English rock band Oasis has paid tribute to The Beatles, as always. The Rolls Royce on the cover of their 1997 album “Be Here Now“ features the same license plate number “SYD 724F” as the police van on The Beatles’ Abbey Road album.
-
Abbey Road is the only original UK Beatles album sleeve to show neither the artist name nor the album title on its front cover, which was Kosh’s idea, despite EMI claiming the record would not sell without this information. He later explained that “we didn’t need to write the band’s name on the cover… They were the most famous band in the world.”
-
On the back cover we see the band’s name written in tiles on a wall and there’s a crack running through it. Of all the symbols, this one turned out to be the most meaningful, and sad. Although the release of Abbey Road was followed with ample evidence that Paul was alive and well, what the public didn’t know was that The Beatles had secretly broken up. Abbey Road would be the band’s penultimate studio album, and the group would call it quits only a year later.
-
On the night of Paul’s supposed car accident, he was believed to have been driving with a fan named Rita. Theorists say the girl in the dress featured on the back cover was meant to be her, fleeing from the car crash. In fact, after the road-crossing photo was finished, Iain Macmillan set off to find a good “Abbey Road” street marker sign to use for the back cover of the album. He found it at the junction of Alexandra Road and started taking photos of the sign. Much to his chagrin, while he was busy shooting an oblivious woman in a blue dress walked right in front of his viewfinder. While reviewing his shots later that day, however, he decided that the “blue dress” photo was the most interesting of the bunch, and he ended up using it in the final composition.
-
The original title for the album “Everest” (after a brand of cigarettes smoked by Geoff Emerick, one of the engineers). The packets had a silhouette of Mount Everest on them and The Beatles liked the imagery. However, the idea was dropped as none of The Beatles wanted to travel to Nepal for a cover shoot.

How to Translate a Joke, Emi Mahmoud
How to translate a joke
A man walks into the market looking for a date
He asked the village playboy for help
The village playboy says, “Watch and Learn”
He walks up to a girl selling honey and says
“Do you have any honey, hunny?”
She swoons!
Gives him honey, and a kiss!
He walks up to a lady selling flowers and says
“Do you have any flowers, you rose?
She melts!
Gives him flowers and kiss!
He walks up the third woman and says
“Do you have any sugar, sugar?”
She practically dies!
Gives him sugar, and kisses him twice!
The playboy comes back
“Your turn, stud”
The man walks apprehensively to a woman selling dairy and says
“Do you have any milk, Cow?”
Realize that humor transcends all boundaries
That laughter’s a language that knows no borders
That this joke I heard in arabic
Makes perfect sense in
English, and french, and in any other language
Realize that we call women cows in every language
Realize that humor leaves little room for questions
And even less room for victims
And even less rooms for apologies
Realize that in one version of this joke
The man is looking to pick up girls
In another he is looking for a wife
And a third he is looking for an answer
And maybe the Cow slaps him!
Or the Cow asks him to leave and he tries again
Or she walks faster, clutches her purse,
Or maybe she threatens him and is jailed for treason
Or maybe the Cow sues him, and the case gets dismissed or they settle down
We are willing to say “offensive” more than we say “dangerous”
As if harm isn’t transitive
As if it isn’t something you do to another person
We like to pretend that I am not as uncomfortable alone on the streets of New York,
As I am on the streets of Nepal.
That a stroll in Philly, Indiana, or Minnesota,
Doesn’t bring as many stares as in India or Sudan or Egypt
That violence is a “third world problem”
That it isn’t here, in a conversation,
Or in a bouquet, or a market
That not being a alone makes a difference
If they don’t get the joke,
Say it again
Smile more this time
Repeat the punchline
You pause for dramatic effect
Use jazz hands if you have to
Laugh!
In another version,
That man walks into the market looking for a date
And leaves with an unwilling woman, a bounty
Than in my language, I am a sweet
If not that, a decoration, a flower, a gift
He walks up to the girl selling honey
She gives him her eyes, her arms, her silence
He walked up to the girl selling sugar,
She practically dies
He walks up to the girl selling flowers, calls her a rose,
Strips all her thorns and sticks her in a bouquet
She fights, he breaks her, calls her a dead thing,
She melts, is trampled in the market
There are four women in the joke, none of them speak
Realize that humor transcends all realities
That laughter is a language that knows no borders
That this joke I heard in arabic hurts just as much in english,
and french, and in any other dialect
In the last version the man is foaming at the mouth
With another girl’s jugular around his teeth,
His adams apple making excuses for him from all the way over there
And the market is cheering
The girls hair is a bracelet around his neck
And the market is still cheering
Or the audience
Or the school yard
Or the other men
And he asked her name
And she says
“You left a box of your things in my stomach,
Are you still trying to find yourself on another girl’s neck?”
Last week, seven year old brother said
I am the reason I wake up every morning
I gave him a hug,
He whispered to my mother
“Works every time”
I saw the fear in her eyes
We laughed.
