I've been eliminating so many things so quickly. And it's hard! * * * Alcohol, processed sugar, takeaway food, cheese, weighing myself. All within three weeks. * * * If I had to guesstimate how well I've been doing, I'd say, I've been about 85-90% on track with my challenge. * * * Being critical for how poorly I've been dedicating myself to my challenge should be silenced by the voice that says, GO GIRL!!!!! 85-90% on track??!! You're fucking awesome!!!! But critical Jen seems to be the loudest. TODAY I say, shut up Vanessa!!!!! (That's the name I've given my critical voice) and instead, I'm celebrating how well I've been doing.
