[ICE CREAM] - She would know this face anywhere, even in a stranger's. And though no recognition kindles in the woman's eyes when their gazes meet-- an occurrence spurred by a very loud exclamation of Elysia's as (totally unintentionally) a drop of strawberry swirl is smeared upon her top-- she wonders if she might could find it yet.

Ego sighs forlornly at her now ruined ice cream and the bright pink mess it has made of her perfectly good blouse, though it is only a thin veil over the mischievous glitter in her eyes.

"Well, I suppose I'll just have to get another... Though I hardly think I could finish it myself." As if inspired by whim rather than intention, her gaze flits to the woman once more. "Unless a beautiful girl wouldn't mind sharing ~? Come, I insist! I was thinking I might like to try their peach flavor." She pauses, lips curled in a smile.

"I'd wager it's one of your favorites~"

'What a clumsy woman,' she muses to herself at the sight, giving her a small shake of her head. While Ei tries to give off an uncaring air, looking more disappointed at the stranger above all...there is just a hint of rose dusting her cheeks. 'Must be the heat.'

"Yes, I suppose so." She keeps it short and sweet. Ei knows the type of woman she is already-- and it seems like she has a tendency to attract them.

Oh, she could already see Miko giggling to herself at the sight of Ei growing flustered. Or would she be jealous that it wasn't caused by her actions alone?

"I...wouldn't mind sharing if you truly aren't able to finish it on your own." That smile...it causes Ei to wonder if she's been cursed unknowingly. "So long as we get spoons. As for the flavour...so long as it's sweet I have no complaints."

...She did quite like peaches, though.

Selena is taken from after the events of Sacred Stones. She died in Chapter 13 of Ephraim’s route, and this troubles her greatly.

(READ THE BELOW BULLET POINT) She is an unaffiliated magic instructor, but she’ll most often be acting as a substitute teacher rather than an instructor of her own. If a student needs extra assistance/tutoring though, she is more than happy to help, regardless of whether they’ve met before.

UPDATE AS OF 2024/03/25: Selena is currently a Golden Deer professor, and although she will still fulfill the roles of substitute, tutor, and seminar-giver as necessary, she does full-on have her own classes now and will be handling that work primarily. Leaving the old bullet point as reference for older interactions + transparency with regards to her history here, but it is no longer accurate to the present.

While her internal monologue will still include it (and she will respond to anyone who refers to her as such), Selena will not be telling new people about her former Fluorspar title or that she was once a highly-ranked general. No longer serving Emperor Vigarde, she doesn’t quite feel like she deserves it.

On a similar note, anytime Selena speaks of her military history, the details will be kept non-specific. She was commander for a while in a nation overseas, yes, but she won’t admit to being of the most competent and/or well-known.

I still think Jazz is best off as the main Jedi Consular despite my aim in her not following chapter 2 Rift Alliance story as diplomacy isn't for her but she plays a huge role in discovering Children of the Emperor plot. I'm unsure whether she would carry Barsen'thor title or not.

Tau would be the main Jedi Knight as Battlemaster title suits her more than Jazz. Her and Jazz co-share both Jedi origin stories since they're the main protagonists.

Though, was not sure what Elysia would be since she defected from the Empire to be with Nico and T7-01 and to worl with Jedi again while looking out for Jazz.

In this verse, March 7th originates from a fragment of Elysia's soul—the co-founder of the Thirteen Flamechasers, the bearer of the Ego signet, and the Herrscher of Human: Ego in Honkai Impact 3rd.

Like March, Elysia is an ice damage-based archer with unique pink and blue bicolored eyes. Her warm and playful personality allows her to get along with just about anyone, making her well-loved within her dysfunctional circle of friends. She is also very feminine, and enjoys cute and beautiful things.

In the Previous Era, Elysia allegedly perished at the hands of Kevin Kaslana, the leader of the Thirteen Flamechasers, on his birthday March 7th. Her soul was reclaimed by the Sea of Quanta and reincarnated into the many bubble universes created by the Imaginary Tree, where the girl who would later be known as March 7th was found and retrieved by the Astral Express in the world of Honkai: Star Rail.

Elysia's Herrscher core and signet containing her memories and proof of existence are locked away deep within March's consciousness. The intricate flower-shaped stigmata on her back ( which she mistakenly refers to as a birthmark ) is evidence of the wellspring of power that sleeps inside her. Welt Yang manages to convince the Nameless to keep March aboard the Express in order to monitor her closely, as the former head of Anti-Entropy was all too familiar with the destruction the Herrschers—the envoys of Honkai—unleashed upon his own home world and countless other civilizations.

March would become the first Herrscher of her world and inherit the title of Herrscher of Human: Ego, much like how Raiden Mei succeeded Elysia in becoming the next Herrscher of Origin in HI3. Not only was March conceived by the Imaginary Tree as a result of Elysia's wish to become human, but her existence would also serve as a beacon of hope for humanity to unite against the Honkai responsible for the Stellaron crises plaguing their dying universe.

She was thankful this place wasn’t nearly as chaotic as the Luxendarc she grew up in; even with its regular anomalies it was fairly quiet sometimes. She even found herself comfortable wandering around without an escort--though she wasn’t unfamiliar with strife and combat, she rarely faced it Alone.

Unfortunately, her sense of direction still betrayed her. This cherry blossom park was a lovely place to get lost in, at least.  The vestal didn’t like not knowing where she was, but at least the scenery was calming enough. 

“Forgive me...I seem to have lost track of what way I came from. Would you mind helping me out?” She saw a woman on this part of the path, and figured she might as well ask--maybe she had a better idea than she did. “I’m not the best at navigating, you see...”

She has to admit that the maze standing before her is quite the sight to behold— Elaborate, perhaps even worth a challenge. She wouldn’t use the word ‘merry’ like others may be, but she supposes the thought is irrelevant. It’s rather difficult not to hear the chatter about ‘treasure’ in its center. It’s certainly nothing extraordinary given the nature of these festivities, but Edelgard’s curiosity is nonetheless peaked.

Running a finger atop her mask, she turns her attention towards one particular person that catches her attention amidst the crowd. Although the emperor’s own attire is akin to dancing at a masquerade ball, she feels it suits her best. “You’re.. some sort of zombie, are you not? I applaud the effort you put into the costume.”

it's probably a good idea of me to assign Jakarro and Qyzen as one of the companions for Jazz, Tau and Blizz on adventures. Jakarro and Blizz would be a chaotic duo.

T7-01 end up staying close to Elysia and Nico since he was their droid and friend back in kotor era.

it was a very unlikely alliance, given that cardia pretty much knew nothing about the other. but there was an extent to which she had trust in the other, after all, i think it was common acknowledgement that no one planned on dying today, or any remaining days of this so - called game. when she turned her head to look at the woman next to her, she pointed outwards. it seemed like a lot of people were scattered amongst the buildings in their search, but while they had the high ground it still didn’t solve their situation.

     ‘   i can’t really say for sure how safe a route this would be but ... it wouldn’t hurt to try?   ’

     she fleetingly ponders on whether or not the scene before her reflects what the survivors of her world had looked like at the end of it all — hard at work, bearing their full strength at constructing a new home. without the support of gods and illuminated beasts, and with the horrors of the recent past haunting them as they awoke to a world thoroughly destroyed by war, she doubts it. even with the few remaining flame chasers by their side, ever the steadfast guardians of those who remained, the future was unknowable and terrifying in the eyes of those who experienced such tragedy firsthand — but still, it was nice to at least dream of them being free from the threat of the honkai. 

     ❝   This is... your home, right? Or where your home will be, in time.   ❞   he had mentioned ‘the harbor’ over tea once, only in passing — a moment of reflection when thinking back on the homes left behind. elysia wasn’t on to forget the little details however, and there was no mistaking how close they were to the sea. this would surely grow to be a magnificent harbor indeed.   ❝   It’s funny how even in different worlds, human civilizations always seem to end up close to the water. Instinct is a remarkable thing!  ❞
