Why does so many if the city elves not only seem to know Keeper Marethari, but also bow in respect? We're often told that city elves tend to dislike the Dalish, are we not?

cOFFEE SHOP AU. C O F F E E S H O P A U –– i may or may not have actually thought about these things ok ok so an abandoned church >> built into a library a long time ago >> part of it was blown up, inquisitor + inner circle decided to renovate it bc why not and now theres a coffee shop running out of a chunk of the library?? and its full of fluffy couches and people are allowed to sleep there if they want / need to and it's cold out. they own the library by extension and there are a lot of (1/2)

jobs available in both places …… and !! its non discriminatory so elves and dwarves and qunari (if it’s modern thedas) are allowed to work there and Josephine has tiny cakes imported from orlais and antiva for the café part of the coffee shop and help i think way too much about these things (2/2)

      I LOVE THIS CONCEPT SO MUCH.  LIKE?  NOT FORGOING THE IDEA OF THE FANTASY-ESQUE STYLES IN FAVOUR OF JUST A MODERN UNIVERSE.......  FANTASY THINGS IN GENERAL BEING SET IN MODERN UNIVERSES MAKES ME WEAK.

BUT PERTAINING TO COFFEE SHOP AU!!!  everyone working at the cafe being really protective of their coworkers!!!!  kicking out the jerks who discriminate against their elf, dwarf, qunari, mage etc. friends.  being really chill & being a safe haven for literally.. anyone....  they’re known for their great service & coffee & are generally well-received by the public, but ofc there are going to be big corps or just bigots that are going to disagree w/them but their cafe turns out okay in the end.  they’re okay, they have each other & they’re not gonna stop what they’re doin......   hol  y shit i love this
