dude my left foot has been killing me since sunday after i went on a walk and its like the top of my foot to my ankle ,, dear strangers on the internet does that sound like a sprain to you?
#i have a lot of experience with ANKLE only sprains but this is so painful#and im a figure skater so i need to stretch a lot but i havent been stretching recently bcs it hurts a lot so idk what to do#also like if it continues i will try and see a doctor but its hard 2 get an appointment where i am so thats why i am asking !!#its getting worse every day and i walk like 5 miles so i am not live laugh loving#idk dudes#elizai is not being brave about it
