Let me tell you about my journey of becoming a Lizzy fan. I joined this fandom quite late, my first impression was that this character Lizzy was cursed and hated a lot. She often appears in topics "who is the character you hate the most", her videos and posts also have a lot of anti-fans sarcastically cursing and any fans or non-fans commenting on good things. antifans will attack her and say how bad Lizzy is and you shouldn't like her. Even some of my country's major Kuroshitsuji fanpages mocked her name as Elizabitch and called her a "little slut".

So I started reading the manga to see what crimes she did, I even thought she must be the main villain of the whole series. And after reading the manga, my reaction was like: ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ???? Is that all? I mean... Yeah, I admit that she was whiny and annoying quite a few times but... that's compared to what other characters in the story did (killing innocent people, taking advantage of others,...) "sins" Lizzy's evil" really isn't worth mentioning. Why can people normalize the crimes other characters have committed and exaggerate Lizzy's behavior to such an extent? Lizzy is kind and innocent, maybe sometimes childish and whiny, but she never even had the intention of trying to harm anyone. Does she deserve that much hatred from the fandom?

(I mean, even the main villain Undertaker doesn't have that many antis. And sorry if it's hard to read because English is not my native language.)

hey carmen i know you don't give a fuck about my thai shows but i really think you'd appreciate this one moment that happened in only friends yesterday. there was this halloween party and two guys dressed up as freddie mercury and talked about how he's bisexual and then revealed to each other that they are also both bisexual and then proceeded to try and kiss about it. the only reason they didn't was because another bisexual came to break it up because he was jealous.
