god i wish i could say i knew their names weeping wailing

BUT but

i just have the mental image of them crawling into bed and then hearing faint noises like trees groaning and snapping as they fell over and thundering noises and the both of them sighing as stuff on the roof starts swinging and the pictures on the wall rattle and tumble

and somewhere in the far side of the woods, killer has cross in a headlock, giggling as cross swears at him and swipes at him

i imagine like. when they first moved in (cause cross and killer had to have been there long before anyone else was) they would get episodes some nights where everything would shake and animals would run out of the woods in waves and they like. panicked cause that’s not normal and it would happen way more than it seemed like it should but y’know they got used to it /silly
