We are so lucky to have fallen onto this shows orbit. 

They did the Holmes & Watson story the best...IMO. I love most adaptations with ACD duo, but this one is extra special. They managed to make it even better - incorporation the canon (ARTHUR!), yet changing things & making it their own story. 

And yes... most shows can’t even pull off one great series finale. Elementary (thanks Rob Doherty & co) managed to do TWO!

Once again.. we were so lucky to have someone like Robert Doherty as the showrunner of Elementary... and telling the Holmes & Watson...stories/story. 

I've enjoyed reading his comments & POV...again..lately. As he’s given lots of interviews & comments & answers regarding the series & the series finale.

Oh, my dear Elementary

SPOILERS FOR ELEMENTARY SEASON 7 & TONIGHT’S EPISODE 7x06: 

By now everyone has noticed the pattern... I think. 

It seems that (basically) not an episode goes by without someone “blackmailing” Sherlock... and threatening to harm the people he cares about, and most specifically one person..Joan Watson... if he doesn’t play by their rules. 

But Odin is wrong in one thing specifically. He might be able to handle everything he’s juggling on this planet... and off (Mars), but he definitely won’t be able to handle Sherlock Holmes. Especially since the man is on the mission to protect Joan Watson...at all cost, because he once made a promise that no harm will come to her. He will see to it. 

I do worry a bit about him keeping it all to himself, and I was hoping & expecting that he’s finally gonna involve her in this & tell her about this latest (this weeks) “threats” & the past ones, too, but he did not, and it seems she doesn’t yet suspect anything. 

Also... Sherlock Holmes will be responsible for Odin Reichenbach’s fall on Elementary. 

In other words... This last season keeps being strong & intense and...amazing.... 

PS. Also... I became suspicious when they revealed a pregnant receptionist, and the doc told that she is very good with research. That seemed to indicate her “involvement”. And the moment when it was revealed that it might not be about the drugs, it was so obvious who the killer is, and what’s it all about.
