Diana didn’t like this at all. There were only so many people she could stomach in the class, and now she had to pair up with one at random. Tara and Kaelin were an obvious no, why would she want to work with a spineless wimp or her best friend? She pouted as Eden already paired with Eleanor, she was considering the brunette as a possible partner but that was down the drain. Froste wouldn’t allow her to pair with Isiah since they knew each other already. The only thing she had left to do was join an already formed pairing.

Zeppelin was with some small underclassmen, who was already leading him out the room. She didn’t see eye to eye with the other Senior. She found him too brutish and he found her too bitchy, that grouping could turn into a fight. On the other hand, Diana did like his brother, despite his ungodly affection for Kaelin, he was a nice guy and much more manageable than his brother, but he was paired with Kaelin and Diana couldn’t stand being around her.

That left only one option; Ezra and Saf. Saf was another friend of Kaelin but she was more vocal and out spoken, something Diana liked in a person. Ezra was your regular rich boy; pompous and charming, Diana could only stomach him in small doses, this grouping could be tough. But nothing Diana assumed she couldn’t handle. Although, the senior had no idea why Ezra would want to pair with Safa. She was sure their personalities would clash big time.

Regardless, Diana took her bags and made her way over to them, one hand in the pocket of her overalls and the other still clutching her latte Isiah so kindly got for her on his way to school. Diana wasn’t clueless, she knew most of the student body at Dunshire disliked her greatly, but she wasn’t going to fail an assignment over that, she was always willing to put aside her attitude to get a good grade. She didn’t bother to wait for them to finish their conversation before leaning against a desk in Saf’s row. Her eyes went from Saf to Ezra then back to Saf, silently admiring her top. It was cute but the beanie was a bit too casual for her taste. “This may serve as an inconvenience for the both of you but there’s no one else in class to partner up with, so I have no choice but to make this duo a trio.” One of her neat brows rose as if to ask if they had any problems with her announcement. Not that she waited for them to answer her silent question, the senior pulled out a chair and sat next to Saf, facing Ezra, but still kept her distance. Legs crossed as she sat her latte on the table in front of her. “You can complain to Froste if you want, I’m more concerned about the project and how the two of you were planning to go about it.” She took a page from Saf’s book and took out her own supplies. She could suffer through their discrepancies later, right now she wanted to focus on nothing but the project. It would make the time go by faster and that meant less time they had to endure around each other.
