there’s  an  undeniable  egotism  to  his  words  ,  a  chime  one  would  find  distasteful  in  the  events  unfurled  before  every  presence  that  remained  in  alexandria  .  spencer  understood  his  reasoning  behind  blood-shed  ,  negan  had  lost  people  too  .  his  mother  had  always  implored  spencer  to  understand  that  AN  EYE  FOR  AN  EYE  WOULD  MAKE  THE  WORLD  GO  BLIND  .  negan  wouldn’t  care  for  such  trivial  phrasing  .  the  vampiric  bat  betwixt  the  leader’s  fingertips  grew  bloodier  ,  greedier  for  flesh  matter  to  quench  her  ever - lasting  thirst  &  for  alexandria  --  her  parched  frame  was  a  warning  to  heed  .

❝  yeah  ,  i  guess  you’re  a  real  PARIAH  for  that  ,  huh  ?  ❞   spencer’s  habitually  gentle  voice  reigned  through  a  hoarse  throat  .  he  was  occupied  with  filling  YET  ANOTHER  saviour  truck  with  boxes  of  anti - biotics  ,  of  which  spencer  was  undeniably  hesitant  to  do  .  he  was  unsure  if  they  truly  needed  the  medication  as  much  as  alexandria  did  .  spencer  could  rarely  control  his  FREE  SPEECH  towards  one  he  deemed  immoral  ,  but  it  was  the  first  he  had  spoken  out  of  term  to  a  ruler  so  treacherous  .  he  begins  to  grow  nervous  ,  deciding  to  expand  on  his  thoughts  .   ❝   i  mean  ,  calling  yourselves  saviours  suggests  that  you’re  out  here  saving  people  .   ❞

little prince ,   his vengeance has been sung and his brother crowned lays in peace ,    but that fire in him is spoken by tongue …  and that fire demands more fuel , more wood to burn and bodies to turn to ash .   the idealism in him , it shudders at the sight of negan beside him , but it does not waver .     if steel can tremble and sway without breaking under the heat of flames …     then so too can he , and the beliefs he inherited from the man who raised him ;   king ezekiel .

lacquered  brims  tug  up  into  a  delightful  grin  ,  plump  lips  taught  with  the  unveiling  of  pearly  whites  .  t’was  so  syrupy  a  gesture   /   the  kind  of  attractive  expression  that  charmed  school - friends  into  electing  him  prom  king  .  spencer  was  sugar  embodied  .  of  course  --  he  simply  yearned  to  make  a  lasting  first  impression  on  his  new  best  friend  .  there  was  not  an  ounce  of  resemblance  between  this  unusual  pairing  ,  but  somehow  their  relationship  strengthened  as  days  passed  --  bizarre  as  their  union  may  seem  .
