@360fitclub helps me to build good habits that will be sustainable in the long run, together with the help of coach @migiefelizardo and my colleagues/friends at 360 Fort. It wasn't really an easy journey you should always think why you do the things you do – your deep WHY. As for me, I have Polycystic Syndrome or hormonal imbalance, that's why it's really not that easy for me to lose weight. Also, my doctor advised me that the only way to regulate polycystic (PCOS) is to really exercise and have a healthy lifestyle. One of the complications of having PCOS is the possibility of not having a child so the thought of giving birth one day pushes me to be disciplined.
