oh gosh. i'm not sure, but i know it definitely WILL affect their parenting... i think at first donnie will find himself just... deferring to his partner a LOT in almost any situation because he's afraid that he'll fuck it up, because he DOESN'T feel like he understands proper boundaries or what parenting is supposed to look like, etc etc etc, and he's afraid he'll mess up. he probably reads a TON of parenting books as well because RESEARCH and will often try to pull directly from them in any situation he can, and is confused when things don't go exactly the way they were described in the text... leo i think kind of tends to flounder between being overprotective and feeling the desire to protect his son from everything and anything and wanting to overcorrect this tendency by pulling back and trying to give him as much freedom and space as possible, which sometimes leads to some... inconsistencies. there's definitely a learning curve for both of them, but they both get the hang of it eventually. they both have lovely partners and a very loving and supportive family to help them and they'll figure it out with a bit of practice.

i like to imagine them all staying very close, especially coz i'm loosely planning on them all going through the kraang-apocalypse together (and then coming through to the other side!) so i can't imagine them ever drifting too far from each other, emotionally or geographically. there's a bit of a rocky start for a lot of them, but all of the siblings end up a very tight-knit bunch.

24: how do you recharge when you’re not feeling creative? for writing specifically if the words just aren’t coming I’ll try to do something adjacent to what I’m working on- make a mood board or a playlist or something to keep the theme of what I’m writing in my head, create visuals, etc. sometimes in doing that I find exactly what I’m looking for to get started again; other times if that isn’t helping I’ll step away from the fandom entirely for a few hours and play piano, crochet, color, or watch Bojack Horseman for the 8th time 🤣 usually within a few hours I’m good to go again!

26: are you able to write with other people around? I can! I work from home, usually on a video call with my coworkers, and have my writing up in a separate tab to work on when stuff gets slow- usually my poker face is great unless I write a real banger of a line lmao I really enjoy hopping into Discord calls with my lovely friends when I have time ( @fraugwinska usually, love u 💕) or having my irl bestie come up to my house while we work on stuff together ( @depressedcatmom 😏)

27: your favorite part of the writing process finding a new idea that’s exactly what you need and finishing! I love getting that bit of inspiration that just hits and makes everything in my brain light up and be like OMG LETS GOOOOO‼️ especially on longer fics and things like my novel Im working on, it feels like it just completely renews my passion for a project 🥰 and then getting to the end is always a great feeling as well- finishing something up and getting ready to post it gets me so excited!

when I first got into kpop fanfiction, and unlike many, I found myself going for the long series instead of oneshots. and let me just say this...project omen and murphey's law had me in the tightest chokehold for MONTHS. I read them on ao3 initially then made a kpop blog to write my own fics & interact with other writers. and when I realised that you were the author whose work I was so obsessed with, I got so excited !! and now you follow me and I- and I- i- and- *error*

ahem. yeah. I stared at the wall for a bit, then started grinning like an idiot for quite a while. and then the fic rec mlist!!!!! ughhhhshfhed don't even get me started, I needed to shut down and reboot in order to function through the rest of my day. despite having a rough year overall, I have such great memories from the time I'd immersed myself into reading your fics, so for you to compliment my work...ah. it means so much, and it makes me very happy. banging on my head to get my brain into writing mode again.

i finished chapter one a bit ago and had to put the project on the back-burner as i put my full-time focus into my finals. ran so far is fun to write, but i feel i’m not properly making him mean enough (although ig he hasn���t really interacted with too many people so that makes sense)

i haven’t written jackie yet (he’s not in chapter one) but i’m excited to. also the break is giving me a chance to ruminate over my plot map and add things that weren’t there before, for fun, so that’s cool

i’ve also been thinking about what wilbur said about worldbuilding, so i might flesh out the subbin empire a little more before i start writing in it.

anyway so far i think there will be seven chapters, maybe eight if one is too long and i have to split it. it’s going to be a pretty fun mystery with twists and turns as jackie and ran try to solve it, and ran also tries to kill jackie (lmao). there’s also going to be at least one (1) fancy party scene because we all need that in our lives

also i should be getting my second ao3 today :]

work on knifetrick will probably resume next week after my finals (or earlier depending on everything)

and i probably won’t post any of it until ive got a few chapters under my belt, just because i want to be able to grow into the story and change things around, and also so that i don’t put pressure on myself for updates ^^

so it’ll be a few more weeks before knifetrick sees the light, i’d estimate. but im very excited!

omg okay i’m SO SO SO excited to write my incubus jaemin fic but. it’s not for quite some time sigh :( i’m also super excited to write the build up scenes in the fic i’m working on now (i don’t want to spoil anything so i can’t share who it’s about :o)

oof it’s probably going to be hyuck in this fic im about to start working on!! im mapping out their personalities and just. yeah he is me i am him shfjgdfkjk

hmmmmmmm i really like writing the reader in quarantine chronicles!! she’s fun, she’s hot, she’s friends with, like, everyone. i also really like mark’s character in quarantine chronicles i feel like he has two sides to him which is always fun!!

i realized that i only explained what i do and not the actual things my org do 💀 but basically since we’re a rehab course, our projects are focused on helping affected people and we also make sure that our fellow students bond together bc we’re still a relatively small community DHSHH anyway enough mansplaining for me but awww thank u 🥺 the style i do here is quite diff from the things i do for my org but then again,, what is style??
