It's been a week since my 27th birthday that I am writing this letter to you. I hope you're doing fine while reading this. I have planned writing this letter a few days ago but haven't got the right words to say, writer's block may be. But tonight while you're asleep, I've got an ocean of thoughts and words and I'll be drowning if i do not write it here. So here it goes...

I know I've thanked you a million times before but let me tell you once again that I am too grateful for what you've done for my birthday together with my family and closest friends. You made my heart so happy. It was really unexpected. It was magical. I am deeply amazed and proud. I am touched and ecstatic. I almost didn't know how I'd react when I saw you on the screen holding a birthday banner for me. It's sweet and cute. I never imagined you'd do something as crazy as what you did! Ako lang yung mahilig sa mga eksenang ganon eh. But really, you made me believe that there's really nothing impossible to a person who loves deeply and passionately; there's nothing impossible with you.

Remember the night before my birthday? You asked me what's my birthday wish, I said I wanted to see you but you said it's impossible since our city in under Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ), but even if it's too risky, even if it means violating the law, you found a way to see me. I know you always want me to be happy. You always want to see me smile. Ganon ka katiyaga sakin, you always spoil my emotions. You're like my happy hormones. You made my wish come true. Akala ko ba impossible? Again, thank you. I really appreciate you and I would always remember my 27th birthday because of you. :)

And what makes my heart even happier is what you did yesterday when I was so down, stressed and crying, you came in and comfort me and gave me a suprise gift. Sabi mo pampalubag loob. Well, it really does! Sobrang galing mo magpatahan. You know how to make me smile and how to uplift me whenever I feel bad. I am so blessed I got you! And to be honest, I don't know kung saan ba talaga ako kinilig. Sa gift ba o doon sa nagbigay? :) Kahit naka face mask ka at noo kilay at mata mo lang nakikita ko, iba pa rin epekto. Parang... Alapaap. :)

Thank you so much mahal for being very consistent on making me feel loved and valued. You never failed to reassure me of my worth as a person. You always believed in me even on times that I couldn't even believe myself. You always make my darkest days, the brightest ones. Thank you for always listening to my rants about how shitty my life is and for always reminding me that the best is yet to come. You have been my reason why I dream dreams and why I wanted to chase them. You inspire me in ways you can not understand. I am just so happy that God allowed me to meet you. Maybe it's His reminder that heaven really could exist on earth. You are my heaven. You are my earth. You are everything in between.

Hello! I just want to share my journey with Ryx Skincerity, "Beyouthiful Starter Kit." 🤗🤗

Since were under Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine for over a month, it's very stressful for me that my pimples found out that this will be the best time to break out and be free. 😅 Imagine, these freaking pimples just came out when I'm already 28 years old. Haaaaays

Anyways.. I really want to use Ryx Skincerity since when I found this on fb and good thing is, there's a lot of good feedback about it. Since I'm not used with having pimples on my face, I grab the opportunity to try the product even it's pricey than my old beauty regimen which is not working anymore, I think. 😂😂

I'm really sorry for the haggard face. Hahaha it's really oily. 😅 But I'm trusting the process. Before I started this, I read and watch some reviews. Soooo.. Just trust and pray. Hahaha we don't have AC here in the house and it's really hot now since it's Summer already. That's why the face is like that. Hahaha

Anyways, I'll make sure to keep you posted about this journey of mine. Hope that before this EECQ lifted, my skin will look glowing and clear from any bad pimples. 😁😁

STO. DOMINGO, Ilocos Sur, Dec. 21 (PIA) – The local government unit here has ordered to temporarily suspend the home quarantine of homecoming locally stranded individuals (LSIs), returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs), and authorized persons outside residence (APORs)  from December 17 to 26, 2020.     Mayor Bryan Dexter Tadena issued Executive Order No. 79 series of 2020 last Thursday as a countermeasure to contain the transmission of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to control the movement of LSIs, ROFs and APORs in the municipality for their safety.   This after the municipality logged seven confirmed COVID-19 cases as of December 15, all of whom reside in Barangay Puerta Real.   “The first three cases, who were reported to have been the origin of the sudden outbreak, were homecoming LSIs from the National Capital Region,” the order reads.   Thus, homecoming LSIs and ROFs would directly be transported to the Municipal Quarantine Facility or their respective Barangay Quarantine Facilities for proper medical testing and treatment.   “No LSIs and ROFs shall be accepted by the Barangay Isolation Unit of Puerta Real for the entire duration of this Executive Order,” it said.   It added, “LSIs and ROFs of Barangay Puerta Real may opt to come home and be brought directly to the Municipal Quarantine Facility provided that there is another barangay willing to issue Certificate of Acceptance for the LSIs/ROFS as their jurisdiction once the LSIs/ROFs get discharged from the Quarantine Facility.”   Further, Mayor Tadena also issued Executive Order No. 80  series of 2020 placing Barangay Perta Real and identified high-risk parts of Barangays Camestizoan, Pussuac, and Poblacion under extreme enhanced community quarantine (EECQ) to prohibit the entry and exit of people in these areas.   Earlier, Governor Ryan Luis Singson issued Executive Order No. 45 series of 2020 on November 27 stating that from December 7, 2020 to January 10, 2021, residents of Ilocos Sur who are presently outside the province shall be allowed to come home with their respective families for the Christmas season, subject to compliance of the provided guidelines.   No facility quarantine shall be required for any returning resident (RR)/LSI/ROF during this period.   Provided that they shall strictly stay at home and be with their families for a period of 14 days upon arrival.   This is in order to ensure safety and prevent further exposure of other people in the community.   In lieu of the facility quarantine requirement however, RR/LSI/ROF shall undergo antigen test on the 4th day of stay in the province.   This test shall be repeated on the 8th and 12th day of stay after which they may be allowed to reintegrate to the community.
