Backyard forage is my favorite - garlic mustard is an invasive plant that grows prolifically in my yard - I use leaves, buds, and stems to make the most delicious sauerkraut. Onion grass (aka wild garlic) gets snipped into short pieces that I sprinkle on soups and salads. Daffodils are not good for eating, but they make me happy anyway.
