tbh this proves that eddie is every bit as prone to terrible impulse decisions as buck is and is possibly worse since unlike buck he absolutely refuses to consult (1) sane person beforehand. man was really gonna buy some dilapidated ass property without even mentioning it to his voice of reason (somehow) evan buckley
