Payaso & Gelato

If I knew that payaso meant clown in tagalog, I wouldn’t have chosen to eat at Payaso Filipino Restaurant last night. Anyway, I heard of this place because my uncle’s friend owns it. When we got there, it was kind of weird because we were literally the only ones inside. Well, we were pretty much the only ones until we left. We ended up ordering sisig (the lady said it was really good so I chose it) and pancit bihon. We also ended up getting free soda because the owner apparently knows my dad too. Food was alright. I don’t think I’ll go back there and the clowns on the walls are not the only reason. :P

Even though we were super full, we still went to get dessert at Gelato Classico Italian Ice Cream in Fremont. The gelato was delicious. The flavors I ended up choosing were creme brulee and vanilla bean. There was even a wafer to go with it which was a nice touch! Yep, Rachel is definitely coming back here.
