Programa de Interiorização "Conversando com o Controle Interno" Chega ao Baixo Tocantins

A chegada do Programa de Interiorização "Conversando com o Controle Interno" foi recebida com grande entusiasmo pelos habitantes de Cametá e outros municípios da Região do Baixo Tocantins. Iniciado na quinta-feira, 26, o programa trouxe discussões vitais sobre a gestão de recursos e a aplicação de normas cruciais para uma administração pública exemplar. O objetivo do programa, promovido pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Pará (TCE-PA), é estreitar a relação com seus jurisdicionados, oferecendo qualificação através de normas, procedimentos e jurisprudências essenciais no controle interno das organizações. Desde 2010, a iniciativa já superou expectativas com 419 inscritos de 23 municípios, sob a coordenação do Conselheiro Corregedor Luís Cunha e organização da Escola de Contas Alberto Veloso (Ecav). A abertura do evento contou com a presença de conselheiros e servidorres do TCE-PA e autoridades locais. O Conselheiro Vice-Presidente do TCE-PA, Fernando Ribeiro, destacou a abertura do Tribunal para colaborar com a boa gestão pública e a importância da capacitação para a correta prestação de contas. A participação local contou com o vereador João Paulo Nunes e o prefeito de Cametá, Vitor Cassiano, expressando gratidão e orgulho pela realização do evento na região. Eles enfatizaram a importância do suporte dos órgãos de controle externo e a relevância do evento para aprimorar a gestão das políticas públicas. O evento prosseguiu com palestras abordando temas como "Regras Fiscais em Final de Mandato", ministrada pelo Procurador-Geral do MPC-PA, Patrick Bezerra Mesquita, e "O Papel dos Tribunais de Contas no Aperfeiçoamento do Controle Interno", por Arildo Oliveira, secretário de controle externo do TCU no Pará. As discussões se aprofundaram em aspectos técnicos e legais, visando aprimorar a administração pública e a fiscalização de contratos e convênios. O programa "Conversando com o Controle Interno" em Cametá encerrou-se com a promessa de continuidade e mais capacitações, destacando a importância do controle interno e da transparência na gestão pública. Mirella Salamé aka ella is a multi-disciplinary artist. Her practice includes (but is not limited to) performance art, installation art, writing, public interferences, and painting; working with left-overs and natural findings, she uses reclaimed, natural & off-the-grid material such as earth pigments, found wood or recycled paper, seeds, plants, and her own body, together with reclaimed immaterial such as movement, sound, time/memory, herstory and dreams. After being selected for a full grant, ella received her Masters degree in “Art in Public Spheres” from Ecole Cantonale d’Art du Valais (ECAV, Switzerland) in 2014, with great distinction, and had won several prizes along the years, namely the Installation Prize at the Modern And Contemporary Art Museum in Lebanon (MACAM), and the Excellency Prize from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HES.SO), Western Switzerland.

Mirella Salamé also works in reciprocal & spiritual relationship with the earth and medicinal plants to offer healing & guidance for others, in 1:1 sessions as well as groups. in 2023, she founded “the hope sanctuary” where she offers these practices, earth art workshops, supporting other crafters & artists,  offering them art residencies and space to share their work with the community.
