When I bought my Wisper Torque electric bike I was told, by the dealer, that it was restricted to 15mph. Well, it seems that I was mis-informed and the dealer was economical with the truth. 

The Wisper Torque will actually go faster than 15mph before the battery/motor cuts out, and to increase the speed takes three seconds playing around with the LCD settings. Check out this quick clip.
