They are GF, DF & Refined sugar-free. . •Ingredients 💛 1 cup blanched almond meal 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 1/2 mashed ripe bananas 🍌 Dash coconut milk (roughly 1/3 cup) 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup Feijoas (about 10) 2 free range eggs 2 Tbsp coconut oil . •Method 💛 1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl 2. Mash bananas and add to dry ingredients 3. Whisk eggs together and add to dry ingredients, give the mixture a gentle stir 4. Melt coconut oil in the microwave for about 10seconds, add to other ingredients, quickly stir through 5. Cut Feijoas in half, scoop out the middle and roughly chop, add to mixture & stir through 6.
