The Clone Wars of 2213
by Randa_Hink
Ava is different she knows she is and maybe running away from Ava Corporation was a bad idea because now she is hiding in a shed behind someone’s house. There is a war, and the meta humans are being captured and killed by U.S Government and Ava Corp is helping them. Ava has all these memories of a life she led but they are fuzzy like through a haze, but she knows what she is, so the memories don’t make sense. But she can’t think of that right now everything hurts.

Glitter and Crimson - All Time Low - Song Fic - Earth 1 Laurel Lance x Fem!Reader
It's a typical story, three in the morning You're holding my head Caught in the tension, silent confessions At the foot of your bed Glitter and crimson, fighting the friction What a perfect mess I wonder if you feel kinda like I feel Temporary Fixed on a moment just out of focus And we can't quite see Being us ain't good for us
Your teenage self laid still, watching the rising and falling chest of your girlfriend as she laid there, dead to the world as she slept. Nobody knew the two of you were dating. Your eyes went up to the ceiling as you began to count each little bump. So distracted, you jumped slightly as Laurel rolled over onto her side, wrapping her arm around your waist, her face buried in your neck with a smile.
And I don't wanna wait till the sunshine fades And bury our love in a shallow grave 'Cause the world could be cruel to us or We could live for the dangerous so Let's start, let's start a riot Hard to sit still when your head's on fire Oh yeah, oh yeah 'Cause I'm a supernova And you're my four leaf clover
There were always rumours. Those rumours almost destroyed Laurel, not because she was afraid of people, but because she was afraid for you. She didn’t want you to get hurt if people found out the truth. But you didn’t care about yourself in that moment, you just cared about Laurel. Because you loved her. That love led to the two of you fighting back. Joining the pride parade that summer and joining the LGBT+ group in the spring as well.
Heavy as ever, light as a feather I'm caught in between Hard to stay focused, process the progress How long can we be Happy if happy ain't meant for us 'Cause being less ain't good enough But being us feels good to us
You loved Laurel but life had ways of driving the two of you apart. First time was when Oliver Queen began to show interest in Laurel. Of course, Laurel didn’t like him back. He just didn’t take no for an answer sometimes. Then it turns out the boat trip he asked Laurel on? He took her sister and they both ended up dead. Laurel threw herself into law school and left you to pick up the pieces. You still loved her and saw fragments of the girl you loved on those nights at 3am, as you laid on her couch, having made her go to bed earlier than she was if you weren’t there.
Whilst Laurel went to law school, you pushed yourself in social activism, something you’d been passionate about since you before you were even with Laurel. You were looking into social justice, humans rights and counselling with a little direction from Laurel who looked at the coursebook you had. You took online classes that were based on Ohio.
No compromise and no second best There's no stopping now, this weight on my chest I won't settle down, won't settle for less I won't settle for less, I won't settle for less
You forced a smile as you watched Laurel suit up as the Black Canary. You were terrified for her but it was better than the alcohol and drugs she almost fell to if she didn’t have you. She lost everyone in her life but you were the one constant. She was your grounding but the Black Canary flew away. Damien Darhk had stabbed Laurel or that’s what Thea told you over the phone as you hurried to Starling General.
I don't wanna wait till the sunshine fades And bury our love in a shallow grave 'Cause the world could be cruel to us or We could live for the dangerous so Let's start, let's start a riot Hard to sit still when your head's on fire
You let out a breath as you laid in bed, watching the rising and falling chest of your girlfriend as she slept. Your eyes ran over the scar on from her abdomen to her thorax before you gently tugged down her t-shirt to cover it. You froze as Laurel turned over in her sleep, wrapping her arm around your waist, burying her face in your neck before she suddenly moved, kissing your cheek instead.
“Go to sleep, baby, it’s our first days as the DA of Central City and Chief Advocate of Human and Meta-Human Rights tomorrow.”
“That job title is a mouthful.”
“Well they created for you, you’re working with Cecile and I have her old job...”
“Working together to achieve success and fight back against this cruel, cruel, world.”
“Damn right, baby.” Laurel hummed, pulling you closer into her embrace.
Oh yeah 'Cause I'm a supernova And you're my four leaf clover

Get Out of Jail Free Card | E-1 L.L
My Masterlist | Request Guidelines | Send a Request
Pairing: Earth-1 Laurel Lance x fem!reader:
Request: “That is so great! You’re duch a good writer. I wanted to know if you could do one about Laurel Lance (the original).” … “My idea was that the reader had gotten in trouble and ended up at the police station being interrogated by Quentin and then Laurel comes to save the day. And the romance grew from that. It would be in season 1. Thanks 😊” | Requested by @ riqui_ly_love (On Wattpad)
A/N: Sorry for not making a Christmas or holiday themed fic, I just forgot and by the time I remembered… it was too late. So maybe next year :) For once, I am very confident in the characterization for the characters in this fic, which is uncharacteristic of me but a nice feeling nevertheless.
Summary: After being falsely accused of a crime, your girlfriend takes it upon yourself to be your lawyer.
Warnings: Curse word
Word Count: ~1.8k
▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣
Finishing up your work for the day, you sighed in relief at finally being free for the weekend. Stretched your arms whilst rising from your seat, your work phone went off with another dreadful ring.
Your shoulders sunk as you threw your head back, groaning at the interruption. Narrowing your eyes at the device, you nevertheless answered the call, not bothering to check the caller ID, figuring it was one of your co-workers who was unfortunate enough to still be working at six p.m. on a Friday.
“What?” you answered, annoyed.
However your unpleasant mood drastically improved upon hearing the voice on the other end.
“Now that’s no way to speak to the kind woman about to treat you to a lavish dinner.”
“Laurel?!” you gasped, checking the phone number to confirm it was actually her. “Oh my god, I thought you were someone else!”
You heard her chuckle from the other end, “Jane from accounting I presume?”
You grabbed your stuff and made your way out of your office with a pleasant smile resting on your face. Nodding, despite her being unable to see you, you complained, “Those nutjobs have been blowing up my phone all week.”
“It sounds like this dinner is much needed and well deserved.”
“That’s assuming they won’t flag me down on my way out.”
“Well if they do, tell them your girlfriend’s a lawyer.”
Just as you were scrummaging through your purse for your car keys, you paused, “Girlfriend? I thought I was still your ‘good friend.’”
You could almost hear her shrug through the phone, “I figured that with everything already being complicated with Oliver and my dad, we could be the only uncomplicated thing in our lives.”
“Uh, yeah… uncomplicated. I can do that,” you sputtered, climbing into your car.
“But we can talk about it more over dinner!” Laurel insisted.
“Yeah, yeah,” you agreed. “But I like that- you, I mean. Or well, I like me… being your girlfriend. And vice versa of course!”
Hearing the lawyer giggle through the phone, your shoulders relaxed at the indication that you didn’t mess up too badly.
“I’ll see you at dinner?” you offered, ending the conversation.
Catching her breath, Laurel confirmed, “I’ll see you then.”
With a click, the call ended and you laid your head on the steering wheel. Grinning at everything that just happened, you gathered yourself before starting your car and heading towards the restaurant.
▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣
Pulling into the parking lot, you exited your car and you saw Laurel doing the same across the lot. Waving your hands to get her attention, she saw you and went to meet you halfway.
However before you could take another step, red and blue flashing lights caught your attention as Laurel’s father stepped out of the police car.
Raising your hand to greet him, you furrowed your eyebrows when he spoke your name before folding your arms behind your back.
“Dad?” Laurel asked, equally confused, “What are you doing?”
“Detective Lance… wait,” you stuttered, not understanding what you did.
“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used-” drowning out the rest of his words, you felt your heart beating in your ears as he ushered you to the back of his vehicle.
“You have the right to an attorney,” he droned on, and you made eye contact with Laurel.
Calling out your name Laurel tried to get to you, however her dad’s partner held her back. Letting your eyes wander past her, you ducked your head to avoid being recognized from the few onlookers outside of the restaurant.
“Don’t say anything!” Laurel’s voice yelled, “I’ll be at the station soon but don’t say anything!”
You nodded at her words as the door was closed, at least letting her know you heard her. Looking ahead, Quentin and his partner sat inside the car and you looked at him through the rear-view mirror.
Only being met with his stone cold gaze, you recognized the look on his face as the same one he was wearing when he arrested Oliver in his own home.
Slumping down in your seat, you could only exhale the breath you were holding and hope that Laurel at least would know what was happening, because you had no clue.
▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣
Mindlessly tapping your nails on the metal table, you tried not to focus on the restraints around your wrists, pinching your skin in between the steel.
Instead, you scanned the room, taking in as much as you could despite the fluorescent lights concentrated on your face. Looking at the mirrored wall, you awkwardly smiled at the one way glass.
Just as you were huffing in boredom, the door behind you flew open, making you jump in your seat at the sudden intrusion.
“Sorry for the wait,” Quentin sarcastically remarked, “I had to figure out why everyone my daughter knows is some sort of criminal.”
You sighed in exasperation at his accusation, “Detective, there must be some sort of misunderstanding. I’m not sure what you think I did, but I can assure you that I didn’t.”
Slamming files down on the table, he scoffed, “You know, Queen tried to pull that exact same shtick. You two trading notes or something?”
“Oliver’s innocent,” you huffed, now becoming frustrated at his unwillingness to bargain. “And so am I.”
“I’ll tell you what,” he began, pulling up a chair to sit down in front of you, “You confess to embezzling the money, and I’ll get the DA to cut you a deal.”
You rolled your eyes, “What money, Quentin? I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about.”
He huffed, rising from his seat and running his hand through his hair. “I should have known. You aren’t Queen or Merlyn, how else could you afford to take Laurel out to all those fancy places.”
“Um, I’m an accountant… for one of the most prestigious companies on the west coast. What are you even talking about?” you asked again, only becoming increasingly confused.
He dryly chuckled, “The twelve million dollars mysteriously missing from your company, found in a Corto Maltesan bank account linked to you!”
Your shoulders dropped at his claim, not knowing how something you had no idea about is suddenly your fault. But you did know the prison sentence that could come with the charge. And compared to that, the disapproval of your girlfriend’s father would be the least of your worries.
Before you could argue your case, the door once again slammed open and you quickly turned your neck to see who it was, hoping they would be on your side.
Much to your relief, Laurel had come through the door holding papers of her own that knowing her, would prove your innocence.
“Laurel-” Quentin started before being cut off.
“Release my client,” Laurel demanded, handing him her files.
The detective mockingly laughed, “Honey, I know you and her have something going on, but there's damning evidence that proves-”
Once again interrupting her father, Laurel spoke, “And those papers will prove otherwise. She was framed by her co-worker. The person you’re looking for is Daniel King, not her.”
Letting your eyes bounce between the lawyer and the officer as if you were watching a tennis match, your eyes were now on the older Lance as your breath stalled for his decision.
With an incredulous expression on his face, Quentin flipped through the files, realization dawning on his face.
Appearing in the doorway, his partner spoke up, “Lance, we have to let her go.”
Looking back at you, Quentin ran his hand through his hair one last time before gesturing towards your restraints, signaling for his partner to release you.
With the click of the handcuffs being unlocked, you immediately went to massage your wrists, hoping to ease the sting from the tight bonds.
Laurel came to your side, helping you up from the chair you had been stiffly sitting in. The detective opened his mouth to apologize, but your girlfriend only glared at him, causing him to rethink speaking.
With a curt nod, you exited the interrogation room with Laurel. Once outside the station, you sighed, leaning against the brick building.
“Hey,” Laurel comforted, one hand on your shoulder, “It’s over now, you're not being charged with anything.”
Meeting her eyes, you leaned into her touch, “Thank you… for being there for me.”
“Of course. I know you, and you could never do something like that.”
“Your dad is just waiting for one of us to slip up, isn’t he,” you dryly chuckled, referring to yourself, Oliver and Tommy.
Shifting her gaze away from you, Laurel huffed, “Yep… he’s unfortunately always been like that.”
You shrugged, lifting yourself off the wall and absentmindedly kicking the gravel at your feet. “Anyways, let's not think about your father anymore.”
Looping your arm in hers, you both started walking and Laurel smiled, “That sounds like an amazing idea. Where were we before all this?”
“Umm,” you hummed, “I believe Ms. Lance, you were treating me to a five-star dinner and asking me to be your girlfriend.”
Opening the passenger door of her car, Laurel ushered you into the seat before pressing a kiss to your lips.
“I can definitely do that,” she mused, closing the door and going around to the driver's seat.
Grinning to yourself, you watched as she sat into the car and laid her hand on the arm rest. Taking her hand in yours, you gently squeezed her hand and she glanced at you, her face mirroring your joyful expression.
Leaning your head against the seat, you let a smile rest on your face as you calmed your heart after the previous events. After everything that happened you at least knew that even if the cards were stacked against you, you still had one that would always be in your deck.

reader is a lance!sister, aka baby lance, (it’s a thing, fight me) with the powers of telekinesis, and after e1 laurel’s death, cisco helped her escape to earth 666. she was living a better life with her girlfriend, maze, until her sister showed up on her doorstep spouting her “end of the world” spiel. apparently, you were one of eight paragons and without you, the multiverse would be destroyed...
i do not give you permission to repost or translate my fics on any platform - likes/reblogs are okay and are much appreciated

“Okay, so he was killed by his wife?” You asked, sitting on the edge of the Detective’s desk.
“Mmhmm, and his mistress.” Chloe added.
“God, it’s a classic Diabolique situation.”
You both turned to face the forensic scientist who seemed lost in her own thoughts.
“What?” Ella shrugged her shoulders in confusion causing you and Chloe to laugh.
You momentarily detached from the laughter, now lost in your own thoughts.
It was only natural that you had taken a job in law enforcement after Cisco had dropped you off on this Earth. I mean, your father was a police captain after all and your sister, god rest her soul, was a lawyer.
You supposed it allowed you to feel closer to them even when you were on a different Earth. Maybe that’s why you felt closer to them. You didn’t have to deal with all the pain and sorrow of their deaths that you had back home, but instead, could remember them for who they were and what they, more specifically, Laurel, always wanted.
To save the world.
Focusing back on the conversation, you and your friends’ heads swivelled to the sound of heels clacking against the marble floor. Maze, you assumed. Your girlfriend was quite the bounty hunter, you thought proudly to yourself.
“Ladies, nice to see you. Ah, Maze and...oh, hello, who is this?”
The three of you stood up when Lucifer, the Devil himself, joined you as Maze neared Chloe’s desk, a person with long hair shielding their face, locked in her grasp.
Searching her face, you realised fury filled her eyes, mixed with...a fierce protectiveness?
“Maze, baby, what’s wrong?” You asked, worried at her behaviour. Maze was almost always angry but never with this intensity.
“This human was searching for you.”
All of your gazes fell to look at the individual whose head was gripped in the arms of the infamous demon.
You squinted your eyes, trying to place the person and then your eyes widened with recognition. You only knew one person with hair that long.
“Cisco?” You questioned, bending down so you were face level with the person.
Your assumption was confirmed when the former lifted his head up and his hair fell to his shoulders, revealing his face.
“Hey, Baby Lance!” He said cheerfully despite being stuck in a vice-like grip. Yep, definitely Cisco.
“Oh My-Maze, let him go.”
Stopping yourself before name-dropping the deity, you pried your girlfriend’s arms from your friend’s body and pulled him into your arms.
“What the fuck are you doing here, Ramon?”
You laughed in shock as you hugged him tightly, having not seen him for almost 3 years.
“We were looking for you, Baby Lance.”
“We?” You and your group of friends replied simultaneously.
As if on cue, another familiar figure appeared behind Maze, calling out the meta-human’s name.
“Cisco, I told you not to run off. Especially when we’re on a diff-Oh, hi.”
She stopped abruptly when she noticed the former, you and your friends gathered at the desk.
You raised your eyebrows in question at the female, having only known her for a few months after you came back to your Earth to be with your family as you grieved on the year anniversary of Laurel’s death.
“Dinah?”
Removing yourself from Cisco’s arms, you walked up to the vigilante and stared at her and then looked back at Cisco. There was only one reason why the two of them were here together, and it wasn’t for a cute reunion.
“You both need to tell me what you’re doing here right now.”
Cisco had a pained look on his face which Dinah seemed to reciprocate. Your head flew back and forth between the two as your frustration grew.
“Guys!” You shouted, causing everyone to jump.
“We need your help, Baby Lance.” Cisco replied.
“Yeah, it’s, um, bad, y/n.” Dinah continued.
Your heart fell into your stomach as your mind ran through the worst possible scenarios. Your father and sister were already dead. Your mother was gone. That left...
“Oh, God. Is it Sara?”
You ignored the curse that fell from Lucifer’s lips after Chloe hit him when he was about to interrupt for you mentioning his father.
The meta-human duo remained silent causing you to repeat your question, eyes filling with tears.
“No, I’m okay, kid.”
At this, you looked over your shoulder. nearly collapsing with relief at what you saw. Standing in the centre of the police station was your sister, seemingly unharmed.
You ran up to her and practically launched into her arms, “Oh, I’m so glad you’re okay. I couldn’t deal with losing you too.”
“Hey, I’m okay, sweetie.” Your sister reassured you, speaking with the soothing tone she often used when you were a child.
Recomposing yourself, the two of you approached the ever-expanding group and Sara glanced at your friends before returning her attention to you, Dinah and Cisco.
“Cisco, I told you to not run off. Dinah, I told you to watch him. Y/N, we need your help.”
“I’m sorry, but who are you?” Chloe interrupted for the first time.
“Uh, I think we should take this somewhere private.” You responded.
***
At the insistence of Lucifer, you all, with the exception of Ella, went to Lux as it would be empty due to it being mid afternoon.
Upon arriving, the seven of you gathered by the bar with Maze pouring you all a drink.
“Per your request, we’re somewhere private but why are they here?” Dinah asked, nodding in the direction of Lucifer, Chloe and Maze.
“Let’s just say they are very understanding. Okay, so what is it?”
“We have a crisis.” Sara began.
“Yeah, on infinite Earths.” Cisco added.
“Wait, did you say infinite Earths?” Chloe interrupted.
Sighing deeply, you looked at your sister, “Okay, before you explain the reason for your presence here, I’m just gonna give them the rundown.”
You faced your Earth 666 friends and continued to talk,
“Long story short, we live in a multiverse with several Earths. I’m from Earth 1, this is my sister, and my friends. We’re, what we call, meta-humans. Meaning we all have powers. I can move things with my mind/hands.”
“Cisco can create portals to anywhere, including here. Dinah has a canary cry which is essentially a high-frequency scream that kills. Sara doesn’t have powers but she’s an assassin, technically died twice but was resurrected and now travels through time with another group of heroes called Legends.”
You inhaled a breath and watched as everyone’s faces dropped. Sara, Cisco and Dinah’s due to you revealing sensitive information. Maze, Chloe and Lucifer’s due to your wild explanation.
“Y/N!”
“What?” You shrugged at your sister chastising you.
“Why would they understand? They’re normal people.”
At this, the Earth 666 trio burst out laughing so you explained to your family their situation,
“These guys understand. Lucifer is the Devil. Literally. God is his father. Maze is Mazikeen aka a child of Lilith. And Chloe is, well, basically an angel.”
“So I think we’re good now. Sara, if you can now get to the point.” You said, diminishing all attempts at questioning from everyone in the room.
“Anyways, as Cisco said, there’s a Crisis on Infinite Earths. A anti-matter wave is destroying all Earths. It’s destroyed so many already, including Earth 2 and Earth 38, Supergirl’s Earth.”
You then listened as she explained all about the Monitor, Lyla and everyone’s hunt for the eight paragons, who were essentially the world’s greatest heroes. Dinah then notified you of the identities of all the paragons before stopping at the Paragon of Strength.
“Y/N. It’s you. You’re the Paragon of Strength.”
“What? No, Sara. You’ve got it wrong. I’m not a hero.”
You stumbled over your words, desperately failing at hiding your shock, eyes then widening at the slim box that the former pulled out of her jacket.
“Is that-”
“Yes.” Sara simply replied.
“No, I-I can’t. You know I can’t, Sara. I can’t be here right now.”
You downed what little alcohol you had left in your glass, welcoming the burn, and jumped off the bar stool you were currently sitting on.
You pushed past your sister, walking away before stopping at the call of your name.
“Ollie’s dead.” She said, her soft tone returning.
You looked back at her and knew her words to be true as tears filled the trio’s eyes.
“What?” Your voice broke with that one word.
“He’s gone. And we need your help to stop anyone else from dying.”
Making your way back to the group, you took the box from your sister’s hands and opened it to reveal the contents. Inside was a small, sleek black mask. The one that your sister donned when she took over Sara’s mantle as the Black Canary.
“Y/N, you have to come with us. You know Laurel wanted her legacy to continue.”
“It is! With Dinah, not with me! I’m not worthy of this. I’m not the Black Canary. I’m no one.”
BANG
BANG
BANG
Everyone’s heads turned to face the back entrance of the club where the sound originated from. Sara wielded one of her knives as did Maze. Whilst you and Cisco raised your hands in defense and Chloe aimed her gun.
The doors busted open to reveal three familiar faces. One of whom was recognised by Lucifer.
“John?” You, Sara and Lucifer shouted in confusion.
“Well, if it isn’t Constantine.” Lucifer said, purposely mispronouncing the demonologist’s name resulting in the former correcting him.
“John, what are you doing here? With Diggle and Mia, no less.” Sara asked, and you remembered that John was now a member of the Legends.
“I reassured you, Sara, that I would do whatever it takes to get Oliver’s soul back. Oh, Baby Lance, I haven’t seen you for a very long time. How you been, gorgeous?”
Maze practically growled in jealousy, pushing you behind her.
“Wait...”
Your eyes flickered between Sara, Lucifer and John and then frowned at the latter’s words. When you realised what they had done and were planning to do, you felt fury rise through your body.
“Sara, tell me you didn’t.” You asked hardly but quietly, not trusting your voice to remain calm if you spoke any louder.
Everyone suddenly felt the tension in the air and remained silent, scared that any interruption would cause you to snap.
“Sara, tell me you didn’t.” You enunciated each word, hands curling into fists at your side.
“Y/N-“
“No!”
Sara’s mouth immediately closed and whatever words she was about to say fell short.
“You’re telling me that you can use the Lazarus pit to save Thea. To save you. And now, to save Ollie. But, you cannot use it to save Laurel. Your own sister.” You said calmly, too calm.
You were trying your damnedest not to shout but the thin thread you had on your control broke when the former tried to defend herself.
“Are you fucking kidding me, Sara?!”
You extended your hand, stopping your sister from closing any further distance between the two of you. She struggled against you as you used your powers to restrict her movements.
“Y/N, stop it!”
Relenting on your intensity, you allowed her to stumble forward.
“Look, I’m sorry about that. But I’m not here for Oliver. I’m here for you.”
“Why? Because you need me?” You sneered.
“Yes, you’re one of eight people who can save the multiverse.”
“What? A paragon? Sara, I’m not the paragon of anything. Least of all, strength.”
When the former assassin tried to argue, you continued to speak, “Sara, you know I almost killed myself after you died?”
“Yeah, and Laurel saved you.” Sara answered, tears forming in her eyes at the painful memory.
“Right. But what you don’t know, is that I did the same thing after Laurel was murdered by Darhk.”
“Y/N.” Sara’s voice broke as she murmured your name, Maze doing the same.
“Yeah, and this time, Felicity saved me. I mean, I begged her not to. But she did. And here I am. So don’t you come here and tell me that I’m a Paragon of Strength when I am weak.”
You looked up at Mia, John and Diggle who were watching you in shock and returned your gaze to your sister.
“Laurel was my vice, the one person I had through everything. After she was gone, I didn’t want to live.”
You paused for a moment before adding, “Laurel may have brought you back, but as far as I’m concerned, you were dead the day the Gambit went down.”
Your words cut threw Sara like a hot knife through butter which ultimately left her reeling from the hurt she had caused. You then walked away, ignoring everyone’s shouts, using your powers to prevent them from chasing after you.
***
Slamming the door closed, you dropped your keys on the table and stormed into your living room. Tears streaming down your face, you grabbed one of your throw pillows and screamed into it.
Why? Why did this have to happen?
You were perfectly happy living your new life here but now you knew that you would never get that back. Even if you helped end the Crisis, the fact would remain that you had revealed your true nature to your family here.
Around 3 months into your relationship with Maze, she had sat you down and told you who she really was. Of course, you had doubts that she was telling the truth but you ended up believing her because what else could you do? Your life on Earth 1 was unique, why did you expect Earth 666 to be any different?
You had never told your Earth 666 family about your powers though. The perfect opportunity would have been when Maze told you who she was but you chickened out. You were weak. You knew you wouldn’t be able to deal with the rejection. Because you would have been alone again. And being alone sucked.
You wiped the tears that had fallen down your face and let your mind roam. You knew in your heart that Sara was right except you didn’t want that burden. But you didn’t want to be a martyr either. You knew you’d suck it up and be the Paragon that the world needed you to be.
But that didn’t mean you agreed with Sara’s choices.
How could you?
She was willing to save an ex-boyfriend but not her sister. If Laurel were here, you knew she’d probably agree with Sara. She was always putting everyone else first. And by doing so, she got herself killed. All because she put on that stupid mask.
And now, Sara was telling you that you had to wear your dead sister’s mask, the one she was murdered in, no less, in order to save the world? That was insanity.
Your train of thought broke when you heard the door click open. You looked up at the doorframe and saw your girlfriend standing there, staring at you. Behind her, your sister emerged, her face wet with tears.
Maze raised her scarred brow in question, silently asking if you were okay. You nodded lightly so your girlfriend gave you a gentle smile before leaving you alone with your sister.
When she left, Sara walked into the room and gestured to the empty space beside you and when you nodded again, she sat down.
“I’m sorry for what I said.” You said, breaking the uncomfortable silence.
“You were right.” You looked up at your sister in shock and saw fresh tears forming in her eyes.
“I agree with the decision I made because it was the responsible one but it doesn’t mean I didn’t want to save Laurel. Hell, I chased Darhk through time just to kill him but I ultimately realised I couldn’t. Anyways, that’s beside the point. At the end of the day, Laurel was-is-our big sister and she always will be. I’m sorry that she’s gone.”
“I miss her.” You said softly, your voice breaking.
Tears started to spill again and Sara gathered you into her arms. Not having the energy to push her away, instead, you clung to her, sobbing. Sara rocked you gently, her own tears falling. You had never actually grieved together after Laurel died; she had been off with the Legends at the time.
When both of your tears stopped, turning into light sniffles, you pulled away to stare at your sister.
‘I’ll help you, Sara, but I’m not a hero. I’m the furthest thing from it.”
Sara heard her own words ringing in her head from her conversation with Laurel long ago. She had been in your position. She had felt what you felt now. Hell, she still feels like that somedays. But she knew that what she did was for the greater good. And she knew exactly what you needed to hear.
Sara cupped your cheek and rubbed her thumb against your skin and spoke, “I’m not asking you to be a hero. I’m just asking you to help me. To save others in the name of those we couldn’t.”
You leaned into the embrace and allowed her words to take effect. To save others. That was exactly what Laurel would have wanted. It’s what she died wanting to do.
You nodded, “For Laurel.”
“For Laurel.”

Giving In (Laurel Lance x Reader)
Tumblr media
Requested by anon: I don't know if you write hatefucking but is there any chance you could write Black Siren x reader smut where the reader hates BS and she sorta hates her back but flirts with her all the time to piss her off and then at some point when they're arguing BS ties her down and fucks her with a strap on? Maybe with dirty talk and spanking and it ending with them agreeing to fuck whenever they get too angry at each other. The thirst is real right now 👅💦
Words: 1636
This is such a horny shitpost I’m so sorry y’all have to read this lmao
Black Siren was a massive pain in your ass. Yeah, she may have changed to someone who fights for justice, but you’ve always had your suspicions. You weren’t convinced that she would just change to be a righteous person just because her Earth-1 dad died for her. One thing was for sure: you would keep a close eye on her.
Working at the police department has always been fun. Maybe not the part where you had to fight criminals, but the fact that you could work with one of your best friends Dinah always made things better. Besides, one of your coworkers always managed to bring you food, which was always good. Easily the most irritating part of your job has been the fact that Laurel seemed to feel the need to stop by and inform you of what might be going on with either Diaz or some other case she was working on at the DA’s office. You had no idea why she came to update you specifically on all these cases, so you made it clear that she was disturbing you at work.
“What is it this time, Laurel?”
“I just came to see how my favorite cop in Star City was doing.”
“Oh, you actually like police now? That’s a change, considering you’ve nearly killed both Dinah and me on several occasions.”
“Awww, did I hurt your feelings? You know that I would never actually hurt someone as beautiful as you, right?” Laurel gave you a fake pout as she looked at you.
Rolling your eyes, you turned in your chair. “Is there something you needed from me, or are you here to waste my time again?”
“I’d like to think that we’re making good use of our time together. You’re actually fairly smart of a cop, and I like listening to your voice. Even when you’re attempting to be insulting. Most cops are stupid, but you seem to be slightly above average in terms of intelligence.”
“Well, I have to get back to work. If that’s all, I’ll catch you later.”
“Oh, does that mean you’re looking forward to my visits here at the precinct?” Laurel raised her eyebrow as she smirked at you cockily.
“Please, don’t flatter yourself.” You snorted as Laurel turned and walked away from your desk. You couldn’t stop staring at her as she walked away. Despite your best judgment, you couldn’t deny that Laurel had a certain air about her that you couldn’t resist. You couldn’t take your mind off of her for the rest of the day.
As one could expect, Laurel just couldn’t keep herself away from you for an extended amount of time. Even though she may not be going around being a villain anymore, she always found herself in the middle of some sort of situation where she felt being morally grey was the only option. This time, she had stopped a mugging while taking some punches in the process. She would have kept blasting the guy with her siren scream if you didn’t happen to be walking back home after having a few drinks with friends.
“Laurel? What the hell??”
“Hey, (Y/N). How’s your night going? Hold on a second while I finish this guy off.”
“No! Stop! I think he’s had enough!” You dragged Laurel off in the direction of your apartment. You couldn’t have the world to think that Black Siren was loose again, which would most definitely send Dinah on the warpath.
As soon as you closed the door to your apartment, Laurel shook your hand off of her arm. “What the hell were you doing there in that alley anyway? Besides, this guy was mugging someone when I got there. I’m doing society a favor as far as I’m considered.”
“Even if that’s true, we can’t have the world thinking that Black Siren is on the loose again, can we? Besides, I wasn’t about to let you kill that guy right there on the street.”
“Since when did you care what I do on my free time? I thought that you hated me.”
“Well, it’s not like you think very highly me. I’m a cop, remember?”
“Is that why you never want to talk to me? Because you can’t stop seeing me as anything other than Black Siren?” Laurel got extremely close, such that you could count the individual eyelashes on her face. You didn’t notice just how beautiful she actually was until this moment.
“I never said that. I know you’ve been trying to change, I just never thought that you could actually do it. Now that I know you’re a good person, I’ve been trying to help you stay on a good path”
“Yeah, and maybe that’s the problem. You try to look out for others, even if they’re no good for you.” Laurel looked angry, but there was also something else in her face that you couldn’t identify. Before you could react, Laurel had backed you into the wall. She pressed both of your hands to your sides and kissed you roughly.
After letting out a noise that sounded like a strangled protest, you managed to wrangle your lips free from the kiss. You were genuinely shocked by the fact that she would breach the physical distance like this. Even as you tried to compose your face, you knew that you wanted to kiss Laurel again. So instead of trying to break your hands from Laurel’s grip, you leaned in to kiss her again.
Laurel didn’t need further permission to move her hands and unzip your pants. Before you knew it, she had pulled off your pants and underwear and was squeezing your ass in an almost gentle manner. She let go of your hands and shoved you towards your living room table. Forcing you face down and bent over your table, she stood behind you and gently touched your hips.
“Do you like this, (Y/N)? We don’t have to do this if you tell me to leave.” You could almost hear the smirk in Laurel’s voice as her hand moved to trace the curve of your ass. The problem was that you were so turned on that forming a coherent sentence was next to impossible.
“Well, get ready for the ride of your life, Officer (Y/L/N).” Laurel finished her sentence by landing a hard slap across your ass. You cried out, whether in pain or horniness brought on by the blows, you couldn’t tell. Encouraged by the sounds you were making, Laurel brought her hand down again and again across your ass. You didn’t realize just how strong this version of Laurel was, and this turned you on despite how helpless you were at the moment.
“Would you like me to continue doing this, or should I stop and take you another way?” Laurel bent down to see what you wanted. You could tell she enjoyed having this power over you.
“I didn’t think I was in charge here,” you managed to respond.
“Well, in that case, I would like to know where you keep your strap-on. Or a vibrator, if you’re more into that.”
You pointed towards your bedroom, trusting in the fact that Laurel would have no trouble finding the strap-on that was in your bedroom cabinet. She came out faster than you expected, with the strap-on already fastened around her waist. The feeling of having her pressed behind you as you were bent over the table sent a pool of heat down your body. Despite your best efforts, you pressed your ass against Laurel in an effort to gain some friction.
Laurel held back as she stroked her finger across your hips one more time. “Are you ready for what I’m about to do, (Y/N)?”
You tried to nod, but having your neck pressed against the table made the task harder than expected. So instead of asking again, Laurel thrust into you without gentleness or mercy. Even though you were already wet, you couldn’t help but have our hips rock back and forth with each thrust that Laurel put into you. Laurel thrust into you with intense speed and depth as you started moaning. Before long, Laurel started muttering under her breath, like she couldn’t help herself.
“I’ve always wanted you so bad...even when you pissed me off so much. I would just imagine myself taking you right in front of the entire precinct, but this is easily the next best thing. You’re the first person who’s made me feel this way.”
Laurel bent over and slammed into you harder. You were trembling all over her as she entered you as deeply as the strap-on would let her go, her skin rubbing and pressing against your sensitive backside. You could tell that Laurel was enjoying this, seeing you so helpless against her.
She started pulling out slowly, dragging the strap-on out, and suddenly thrusting back in. Hearing you moan again only made Laurel more enthusiastic as this continued on for a while. It didn’t take long for you to come all over her.
Finally stopping, Laurel gave your butt one last squeeze before she pulled away. “I guess I’ll be seeing you around more than I expected, Officer.”
“Does that mean we’ll be seeing more of each other like this?” You finally managed to get up and look her in the eye.
“Only if you make me mad enough,” Laurel smirked as she took off the strap on. “I should get going though, I believe we both have work tomorrow.” Giving you a kiss on the cheek, she turned and went out the front door like nothing had happened.
If this was how this version of Laurel expressed how much she hated you, maybe it would be a good idea to piss her off more often.

PART 1  /  PART 2  /  PART 3  /  PART 4  /  PART 5  /  PART 6  /  PART 7  /  PART 8
That night Barry took you home when the sun was showing up on the horizon. You had spent the night by the bonfire laughing, joking, talking about each other’s lives and, of course, cuddling and kissing. It had been just perfect, like it should have been from the very beginning. You were tempted to ask him to stay over but you didn’t want to push it to far too soon, so you two just kissed in his car before he let you go, which was also hard for him. By the time you both fell on your beds that morning, nobody could erase the smile from your face but, of course, you fell asleep immediately.
When you opened your eyes, you found out you had fallen asleep wearing the clothes you had used for the date so the first thing you did was taking a long shower. Actually, you should go to the university since you had class, but you had already missed three of your classes so you just decided to take your day off and go for a run like you haven’t done in a while.
Meanwhile, Barry arrived at STAR Labs still sleepy but with a huge smile on his face. A smile that everyone noticed and of course, they all teased him about it. He didn’t mind though. For the first time, things with you were fine and everything seemed like it was working out.
“So how was it?” Iris asked with a huge smile on her face.
After everything Barry had gone through, she knew her best friend deserved to find that someone and maybe it could be you; so she really was excited about things working out between you two.
“Good. Really good” Barry told her smiling her back.
“But what did you do? Details!” She exclaimed.
“We didn’t do much” Barry laughed scratching the back of his neck. “We…ate, talked, laughed, kiss…a lot” he admitted.
“You kissed her!?” Iris asked.
“She kind of kissed me” he replied as he remembered how he teased you until you kissed him.
“That’s great!” She said hugging Barry as tight as she could.
“Guys, as much as I love hearing about Allen’s love life, we have a meta-attack downtown” Julian said looking at his phone. “Black Siren is moving again” he added looking at the team.
“I got her” Barry said before he speeded out of there.
You had no idea what was going on. One moment you were running downtown and the next one everything was chaos around you. A breach had opened just in front of you and a woman had come out of it like it was the most normal thing in the world. You stopped on your tracks, shocked as you saw the woman opening her mouth and screaming, causing you to cover your ears. It was the highest scream you had ever heard.
Once it stopped you could hear the police sirens coming your way so you decided to turn around and start running but before you did it, you saw the face of the woman and your heart literally exploded.
“Laurel?” You mumbled.
You knew you had to run and get away as far from there as you possible could but you were frozen. Laurel Lance, who died almost a year ago back in Star City, was now in front of you, wearing black leather and being chased by the police. When you said her name, she narrowed her eyes at you before she smirked.
“Silly girl” she said.
She opened her mouth to scream again but suddenly you were caught by something and the next second you were behind a building, away from the scene, feeling confused and disoriented.
“Are you alright?” A voice asked you. You managed to look up to find The Flash in front of you. The scarlet speedster had just saved you. “Are you alright?” He asked again, somehow his voice full of concern.
“I…I think so” you mumbled, still trying to understand what you had just seen.
“You have to go to the hospital” he said.
“No, I’m…I’m ok” you frowned.
He sighed and picked you up again, a couple of seconds later you were at the doors of the hospital and The Flash was nowhere to be seen. Since you were feeling okay you decided to go home instead of going into the hospital. If you went in there, they would probably call Oliver and you didn’t want him to worry about anything and, of course, you didn’t want to tell him you had just seen Laurel Lance in the flesh.
When you finally go to your apartment, you took your laptop immediately and started looking information about Laurel. It was painful to see photos of her and the news about her when her identity as the Black Canary was revealed. But it was there. She was dead and there was no way you could have seen her today. But somehow you had. And you needed an explanation. And there was only one person that could give you the information you needed: The Flash.
You had to find him.
But you didn’t have time to start digging about the superhero since there was a knock on the door. You imagined it was Barry who would have heard about the incident and was there to check on you but you were shocked when you were left face to face with your brother when you opened the door.
“Oliver?” You asked but there was no answer. All he did was grabbing your shoulders to look at you up and down before hugging you tight.
“God, are you okay?” He asked not letting you go.
“Eh…yes” you frowned. “You heard about the attack?” He nodded and pulled away to walk into your apartment while you closed the door. “It was an hour ago, how did you manage to come so fast?” You asked.
“Being the Mayor has its perks. Owning a private jet is one of them” he smiled at you.
“Oh, that jet you don’t let me borrow?” You asked raising an eyebrow.
“You want it to go to the Bahamas. Of course you’re not borrowing it” he said with a smile that disappeared immediately. “What happened? Why were you there?” He asked turning into ‘your older brother’.
“I…” you sighed. “I’m alright. I just went for a run and all the mess happened just where I was. That’s all” you shrugged. You wanted to tell him about Laurel but you knew it was a soft spot for him so you didn’t want to say anything until you knew for sure what you saw.
“How did you manage to escape?” He asked leaning against the back of the couch.
“The Flash saved me” you shrugged as you walked to the kitchen to grab something to drink.
“The Flash?” Oliver asked following you.
“I was as shocked as you are” you chuckled. “That guy is indeed fast. He took to the hospital in less than three minutes” you told him amazed.
“You’ve been to the hospital?” He asked freaking out again.
“Calm down, I’m fine. I didn’t even go inside. I was feeling okay and I didn’t want them to contact you” you said as you handed him a soda which he took. “Obviously, they didn’t even need to do it” you added with a smirk.
“I’m your brother, do you really believe I was going to stay in Star while you had been attacked?” He asked. You shrugged with a small smile before something popped into your head.
“How did you know I was there?” You asked.
“I saw a video on the news and I recognised you” he explained immediately.
“Oh…good” you nodded taking a sip from the soda. Then, there was another knock on the door. That was for sure Barry and you wasn’t ready for Oliver to meet him. Not just yet. “It’s unlocked!” You exclaimed praying it was anyone but Barry.
Suddenly, your sister came running into the kitchen, wrapping her arms around you, taking you completely by surprise.
“What the fuck?” You asked trying not to drop the soda.
“I was buying pizza down the street. How are you? Are you hurt?” She asked looking at you up and down like Oliver had done previously.
“I’m fine! Don’t worry, really. You didn’t have to come all the way here for god’s sake! A call would have made it and you had just been into the hospital!” you told them exasperated.
“You could have lied” Oliver shrugged.
“And I’m alright” Thea assured you.
“Thanks for the trust” you replied rolling your eyes which made him laugh. “Don’t worry” you told Thea, “I’m alright. The Flash saved me” you shrugged.
“The Flash?” She asked raising her eyebrows.
“Yes” you laughed. “He’s kind of the superhero here, it’s his job to save people” you laughed at their looks.
“Yeah, you’re right” Thea laughed as you walked to the fridge to grab another soda for her. “Now that you’re okay…shall we have lunch? I bought pizzas” she said.
“I love you so much for that” you said. “I’ll grab the plates, you go and opened the boxes. Oliver, take the napkins from the left cupboard” you ordered.
The three of you sat around the table and started eating as you asked them about things in Star City and they asked you about college. It seemed like everything was working out for everyone now and you were happy about it.
“By the way, Oliver…” you said when something came to your mind. “You’re in contact with the Green Arrow right?” You asked.
Just like every time someone brought that up, you could see how he tensed a bit. You never understood why but you always let it go.
“Barely” he said looking at you cautiously. “Why?”
“I need to contact The Flash and…I’m sure Green Arrow knows how to do it so I was thinking-“ before you could finish your sentence, your brother stopped you.
“No” he said. “You’re not meeting any of them. I will not have it” he said immediately.
“Why not?” You frowned.
“It’s dangerous” was all he said. “And why do you want to contact The Flash anyway?” He asked you.
“I want thank him” you lied. Well, it wasn’t completely a lie, you did want to thank him but you needed to know who you had seen earlier that day. “He literally saved my life today” you added.
“He saves so many people’s lives and they don’t try to contact him” Oliver shrugged.
“No one has ever tried” you shrugged.
“Let it go ok? I’m not giving you a way to contact the Green Arrow, let alone a meta human. Period” he said serious.
You were about to say something back but when you saw Thea’s face you knew it wasn’t the best idea so you sighed and let it go. You would have to find another way. A couple of hours later they finally left. Oliver had some things to do before the day was over so they said their goodbyes and left, leaving you alone to rest.
“Aren’t we going to visit Barry?” Thea asked Oliver when they were finally on the street.
“No. I don’t want him to know I have a sister, let alone that she’s here” he sighed. “I want her away from all this” he added.
“I agree” she nodded as they made their way to a taxi.
Once you finished cleaning up the apartment, which was a complete mess, you locked the door and laid down on the couch with a blanket over you, ready to take a nap. But, for the third time, someone knocked on your door. Obviously, the world had decided not to leave you alone that day. With a sigh you got up and walked to the door, unlocked it and opened to find Barry on the other side.
“Barry!” You exclaimed happily. Definitely, you didn’t mind if it was him who knocked on your door. “What are you doing here?” You asked.
“I heard about the attack and I saw you on the news” he said coming in to wrap his arms around you. “Are you okay?” He asked not letting you go.
“Don’t worry, I’m fine” you smiled hugging him back.
“Are you sure?” He asked pulling away and taking your face in his hands.
“Positive. Don’t worry” you smiled at him. He frowned a bit before sighing and crashing his lips against yours, taking you by surprise. “What was that for?” You chuckled when he pulled away.
“I was just too worried I needed to see you, check if you were fine and kiss you” he smiled a little.
“Well…You’ve seen him, you’ve checked that I’m fine but I’m not sure that kiss was enough” you smiled.
He smirked and pushed the door closed before kissing you again, pushing you slowly until your back met the back of the couch. You were already an addict to his kissed, you didn’t know why or what he had done to you, but you knew you didn’t want to be left without them ever.
“Was that enough?” He whispered pulling away again.
“Not even close” you smirked.
He laughed and kissed you once again, picking you up this time just to lay you down on the couch, with him on the top of you. You wrapped your legs around his waist to pull him closer to you as you played with his hair and his hands ran down your body, making you shiver. After a moment, you were forced to pull away to take some air, but all he did was moving his lips to your neck, immediately finding one of your sweet spots and attacking it, making you moan quietly but loud enough for him to hear it.
Barry smirked and pulled away to look down at you. His face was red due to the hot, just like yours. Still, you smiled at each other and sighed before he laid down next to you, wrapping his arms around you from behind.
“I really got scared today” he whispered. That confession really made you smile.
“Did you?” You asked and felt him nodding behind you.
“I…” he sighed. “Look at me” he said. Carefully, you turned around so you were facing him. “I care about you. A lot. It’s obvious that I like you and it’s obvious that you like me” he said making you smile. “So…we’ve been messing around, playing around for three weeks now and I’m tired of that” he said.
“What are you saying Allen?” You smirked.
“I’m saying that I’ve learned that life is too short to let things go so I want more with you, I want us to be more” he smiled. “If you want, of course” he added.
“Is Barry Allen asking if I want to date him officially? Isn’t that old fashioned?” You teased him.
“Oh alright. Now you tease me” he laughed poking your side where you were ticklish. “C’mon…what do you want?” He asked looking into your eyes.
Biting your lip you allowed yourself to lose yourself in him, in his eyes and his smile. You couldn’t lie, you wanted more too but at the same time it scared you. The fact that last date was amazing didn’t mean he wouldn’t leave you alone when you had the next one. Still, you wanted more. And he was right, life was too short. You had to take the time you had since you never knew when it would end.
“I want more” you said back.
Literally his eyes smiled when you replied. He pulled you even closer and kissed you again, feeling somehow relieved now that he had you officially in his life.

Easy - Song Fic - Camila Cabello- E1!Laurel Lance x Fem!Reader
A/n: Sometimes we just need some xmas fluff to keep us warm on these cold and lonely nights with family we can’t stand sometimes (hope they never see I said that, yikes)
You tell me that I'm complicated And that might be an understatement Anything else? (Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha) You tell me that I'm indecisive Fickle, but I try to hide it Anything else? (Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha) You tell me that I overthink 'Til I ruin a good thing Anything else? (Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha) You tell me that you'd rather fight Than spend a single peaceful night With somebody else (ha-ha-ha-ha)
You barely withheld your laugh as your snowball hit Laurel directly in the back, causing her to stand up straight, pausing for a moment before she turned around and gave you a playful glare accompanied by a pout. That made your composure degrade as giggles escaped you, gloved hands going to your knees in glee. You didn’t expect to feel a snowball hit your pastel blue beanie. You gasped in shock as Laurel’s laugh echoed through the snowy landscape the two of you were standing in.
You really, really know me The future and the old me All of the mazes and the madness in my mind You really, really love me You know me and you love me And it's the kind of thing I always hoped I'd find (yeah)
You let out a giggle as you were nudged away from the mixing bowl of gingerbread dough by Laurel who was actively trying to make sure there were going to be biscuits by the end of the afternoon as you were actively trying to steal bits of the dough to eat. You just laughed as Laurel banned you from the kitchen, pointing at the couch causing you to drop down into it, pouting with your arms crossed as Laurel put the biscuits in the oven.
“You wanna come decorate them without biting the heads of them first?” Laurel asked when the biscuits were done and cooled causing you to smile, biting your lip in the process.
Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy Touch me 'til I find myself, in a feeling Tell me with your hands that you're never leaving (no) Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy (seem so easy)
Laurel let out a giggle as she walked into the living room in her Christmas jumper, standing in the doorway as she took in the scene of you wrapped in the fairy lights instead of the tree. You just gave her a sheepish smile as Laurel padded over in her slipper socks to help you, the two of you teaming up to put up the tree, passing each other baubles and tinsel to put on the tree.
I never liked my crooked teeth You tell me they're your favorite thing (mm-hmm) Anything else? (Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha) The stretch marks all around my thighs Kiss 'em 'til I change my mind About everything else (ha-ha-ha-ha)
You let out a hum as Laurel laid back in your lap, her head on your chest as the two of you cuddled into the couch, Toy Story playing in the background as Polar Express had just finished. The heather grey fluffy blanket covered the two of you up to your chins. You leaned down slightly to kiss Laurel’s forehead, eliciting a soft sleepy smile from her in response.
You really, really know me The future and the old me All of the mazes and the madness in my mind You really, really love me You know me and you love me (uh, huh) And it's the kind of thing I always hoped I'd find
You chuckled as Laurel wrapped a scarf around your neck after wrapping one around her own. You exchanged glances with your girlfriend who glanced at you in response, nudging you out of the door so the two of you would get going. You were meeting Sara, Quentin, Dinah Drake, Rene and Zoe for volunteering and to look at the Christmas markets. The two of you walked gloved hand in gloved hand down the street to meet the others outside of the SCPD.
Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy (so easy, yeah) Always thought I was hard to love (to love) 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy (so easy, yeah) Touch me 'til I find myself, in a feeling (oh) Tell me with your hands that you're never leaving (oh, never) Always thought I was hard to love (to love) 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy (oh)
You let out a straggled breath as cold air hit your back, rolling closer to Laurel whilst trying to tug the blanket back around you. Both of those failed, Laurel had taken the blankets and the duvet in your sleep, leaving you with nothing but your pyjamas as you tugged your shirt down to cover your back, curling up in a ball to prevent the shivering trying to crawl through your bones. Laurel frowned as she stirred, feeling too warm before she rolled over, cracking her eyes open to look at you, circled up in a ball, shivering in your sleep. This caused her to frown as she threw the blankets and duvet over you, shuffling closer and into your arms.
All I know is you, heal me when I'm broken Heal me when I'm broken, oh All I know is you, saved me and you know it Saved me and you know it (saved me and you know it)
The two of you woke up at the same time on Christmas Morning. The sun was rising as the rays crept through the blinds, the two of you standing at the window with hot chocolates in hand, leaning into each other as you watched the sun rise on snowy Star City. It was only after that, that the two of you had breakfast and moved onto prepping dinner as Quentin turned up to help, Sara and Ava appearing later with Earth 2 Laurel and Dinah arriving hand in hand as well. You grinned as everyone gathered around tree to open presents as the food was cooking.
Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy (ah) I always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy ('til you made it, 'til you made it) Touch me 'til I find myself, in a feeling (a feeling) Tell me with your hands that you're never leaving (tell me with your hands that you're-) Always thought I was hard to love 'Til you made it seem so easy, seem so easy
It was nearing the evening and the sun was setting as you and Laurel lingered in the archway of the kitchen into the living room. Sara smirked and wiggled her eyebrows, gesturing to the green sprig above the two of you. Laurel’s eyes widened and you just laughed, wondering who had put that there and when before you leaned in, Laurel meeting you halfway as your lips and hers connected.

Who Knew - P!NK - Earth 1 Laurel Lance x Sister!Reader
You took my hand You showed me how You promised me you'd be around Uh huh
You were about a year old when you started learning to walk. Your big sisters were watching you whilst your parents were working. Sara was sat doing homework as Laurel sat a little bit away from you, arms reaching out as she spotted you standing up and tumbling along, one unstable foot following the other until you landed in her arms. Laurel’s grin as she hugged you was hardwired into your brain even when you grew up, you couldn’t forget it.
That's right I took your words And I believed In everything
Whilst Sara was out with friends you were sat at the table with your mother and Laurel. Laurel doing her own work whilst Dinah helped you with maths homework. It was always maths homework. Sometimes English. Sometimes one of the sciences. Laurel watched you in between questions, your little bits of input and inquiries making her smile. After a while, Laurel answered one of your questions, her answer. “You can be anything you put your mind to.” Ruffling your hair as you giggled.
You said to me Yeah huh That's right
You were seven when the Queen’s Gambit went down. Laurel was in tears over Oliver as you sat on the couch, mainly confused but hugging her nonetheless. Your father, Quentin was comforting her too. Then Moira Queen turned up. Sara was gone too. Laurel left for law school and your parents’ relationship crumbled. Your father throwing himself into work and your mother leaving for Central City, taking you, now nine years old, with her.
If someone said three years from now You'd be long gone I'd stand up and punch them out 'Cause they're all wrong
You were twelve when your mother headed back to Starling. Laurel won’t talk to Dinah but you had managed to occasionally send letters to Laurel... you weren’t allowed a phone yet. Laurel was your hero, keeping in contact with her even when your mother went back to Central City again.
I know better 'Cause you said forever And ever Who knew
Sneaking to Starling City at 13 years old was probably one of your biggest feats. You’d got all the way to Laurel’s work when she spotted you. “Y/n Lance, shouldn’t you be at school? What happened to your face?” Laurel questioned as she spotted you standing in the entrance, glancing around. You ran towards her,  hugging her immediately. “Y/n...” Laurel mumbled, running a finger over your bruised cheek. “Does mum know you’re here?” Laurel asked making you scowl. “I got excluded. She’s busy working.”
“What did you get excluded for?” Laurel questioned, leading you over to her workplace. “I got in a fight.”
Remember when we were such fools And so convinced and just too cool Oh no No no
Laurel held you close as Quentin came in, clearly panicking. “Laurel, has Y/n... Y/n, oh good god, you almost gave your mother a heart-attack! Getting into a fight, getting excluded then... how did you even get here?” Quentin rambled causing you to look nervously at Laurel who raised an eyebrow. “Train.” Quentin just nodded before taking a double take. “How did a 13 year old take a train from Central City to Starling without being caught?” Quentin asked Laurel who just looked at you again but you just looked at the floor.
“Hey,” Laurel poked you in the ribs, making you jump and turn to look up at her, blowing the hair out of your face. “You didn’t tell me who you got in a fight with?” Laurel asked causing Quentin to look at you, his facial expressions serious. “Some stupid boy who thought he could grab me then his friend grabbed my friend so I punched him then they both started trying to hit us and we fought back... then the teacher showed up.”
I wish I could touch you again I wish I could still call you friend I'd give anything
Your arms wrapped around Laurel, pressing your face into her shoulder. She hummed, lips pressed against the crown of your head for a moment before you had to let go. Dinah sighed as she got out of the car, spotting you not wanting to let go of Laurel. “You know you’ll see her again Y/n.” She stated with a chuckle but you just pouted. “When?”
“When you’re not grounded for getting into a fight and being excluded.”
When someone said count your blessings now For they're long gone I guess I just didn't know how I was all wrong
You wanted to scream as your mother told you the news. You were 16 years old when Dinah Laurel Lance, your big sister, died. Correction, she was murdered. You scrambled to grab your phone, looking over the messages. Laurel was offered a job, Star City’s District Attorney. It was what she always wanted. Too bad she could never have it. You didn’t see how the lights in the room flickered for a second.
They knew better Still you said forever And ever Who knew
Oliver was the one who found you. Beating a wall with your bare fists. Blood and dust on your battered hands. He tried to pull you away but you just whirled around, bloody fist colliding with his face with a crack before you froze, sliding down the wall in tears.
Yeah yeah I'll keep you locked in my head Until we meet again Until we
You laid in bed, clad in one of your sister’s hoodies with tears running down your face, memories with her replaying in your head. Your hand clamped over your mouth to withhold a sob. You didn’t sense your other sister in the doorway, watching you fall apart.
Until we meet again And I won't forget you my friend What happened
Your first word was unexpected. Sara was closer to your mother whilst Laurel was attached to Quentin. You were sat in your highchair, watching everything with your little eyes. Your sisters were talking in the kitchen, mother sat at the dining room table doing work as Quentin was making dinner.
“Daurel!” you shouted, babbling to yourself, making everyone else fall silent as Sara began to laugh. “She just said Daurel, hey Daurel, she wants you.” Sara teased causing Laurel to glare before that glare melted as you reached for her.
“Of course, her first word is Laurel...in a sense.” Dinah laughed as Quentin just smiled, watching as Laurel picked you up and held you in her arms.
If someone said three years from now You'd be long gone I'd stand up and punch them out 'Cause they're all wrong and
You knew Laurel was the Black Canary. You could recognise your sister anywhere, even in grainy CCTV images that had been leaked onto the internet. Of course she didn’t know you knew until you told her to be safe on her nightly activities protecting people in a black leather costume. You weren’t subtle. Laurel almost walked into her door-frame as she whirled around, unsure of what she just heard as you gave her a sheepish smile.
That last kiss I'll cherish Until we meet again And time makes
Your fingers lingered on that place on your forehead. The last time you saw Laurel was two weeks before her death. She dropped you off at the train station, giving you a look that reminded you of when you were 13 and snuck away to Star City after getting excluded that one time. You hugged her tightly, as you always did whilst she did what she always did, hugged you back, kissed your forehead and told you she loved you and she was proud of you.
It harder I wish I could remember But I keep Your memory
You sat on the ground, blades of grass tickling your legs as you stared at the headstone. You glared at your phone as it showed your the date. November 15th. Today would have been her birthday. Pulling your knees to your chest, your chin rested on your kneecaps, ignoring the cold air hitting your face as you looked at the flowers you’d put down. Her favourites.
You visit me in my sleep My darling Who knew My darling
You didn’t know you could cry in your sleep until you dreamt of her. Sara heard you crying and came in, hearing you mumble and whimper before she gently stirred you from your sleep, sitting on the edge of your bed as you crumbled, tears falling, one after the other as she wrapped an arm around you, comfortingly.
My darling Who knew My darling I miss you
On November 11th 2013, when you were 13, you were in Central City when the Particle Accelerator went off. You didn’t think you were affected. You didn’t have any powers. Not until your father died at the hands of Ricardo Diaz. Your fists clenched at your sides before you started punching the concrete walls of the hospital waiting room, not realising that there was energy flowing around you until Dinah Drake pulled you away, holding you in her arms, trying to calm you as Sara was being held by Felicity. The energy dissipated, the lights flickering on and off much to everyone’s confusion and shock.
My darling Who knew Who knew
You stood at the entrance to the graveyard, staring at Sara talking to the Earth 2 doppelganger of Laurel. You couldn’t form a sentence around this version of Laurel without crying or running away. The light bulbs in the lamp posts fluttered as you unclenched your fists, turning on your heel to walk away. You paused as you heard a voice saying your name but it wasn’t the two in the graveyard. Hearing things. Of course you were.
Laurel Lance let out a sigh as she stood besides her father, watching her now 19 year old sister walk away, trying to maintain control over her recently unlocked powers in the process. She just wished she could help you.

Autumn - Laurel Lance x Reader
Warning: it’s an angsty one
You never did like sleeping alone.
That’s why Laurel always tried to make sure to at least warn you if she wasn’t able to get back for dinner when she was working at CNRI.
Some nights you’d struggle to fall asleep, but then, you’d wake up with soft warm breath on the back of your neck and an arm around your waist. Laurel’s body pressed up behind you as she slept.
Rainy mornings when it was both your day’s off were your favourite. The two of you would just lay in bed, listening to the rain fall as the glow of candles and fairy lights illuminated the room. Those were the days where both of you could block everything out, from work at CNRI to Oliver’s return although he did try to visit a few times. Your glare made him slowly take a hint that he wasn’t welcome and he kindly buggered off after a night with ice cream began to get tense.
Blankets of whatever aesthetic you felt like were piled high in winter and matching pyjamas were a requirement as the two of you snuggled up to ignore the cold outside world. Laurel’s favourite vinyl playing in the background as the two of you were caught up in each other. You could see the snow on nearby rooftops from the apartment windows; sipping hot chocolates with marshmallows and cream or spiced warm milk with a cinnamon stick and cloves.
Now you were waking up in a cold lonely bed. The blankets were a dull grey and you just sipped tepid tap water as you stared out into the foggy day. The room was dark, all the candles had burnt out and the fairy lights had no battery power left. Nobody to wear matching pyjamas with anymore. No more music.
Laurel was dead and you were back to sleeping alone; living with a hole in your life that only she could fill.
Laurel was dead and you were barely living without her.

Cuckoo - Adam Lambert - Song Fic - Dinah Drake x Fem!Lance!Reader
You were in Central City the night of the Particle Accelerator explosion, visiting your mother. Nobody knew you were affected. You didn’t even know for the longest time because your powers were temperamental. They did their own thing and you couldn’t control them or force them.
That meant, even when you found out you had powers, nobody believed you. Not your sister or her Earth 2 doppelganger, your other sister or the captain or the SCPD, who happened to be your current crush.
Right now you were glaring up a storm at the DJ who had just answered a request to dedicate a song to you. One that had a deeper meaning to you that you didn’t like.
Feel like I'm having a meltdown It feels like I'm losing control They tell me I'm a danger to myself Now the crazy train is ready to roll, oh!
“Is it me or is your sister kinda glittery?” Thea whispered to E1 Laurel who frowned as she glanced over at you, standing in the crowd with one of the lamps focussed on you thanks to the DJ’s song dedication.
“Hey, what the hell is Y/n doing?” E2 Laurel enquired, raising an eyebrow at Dinah and Sara who both looked confused.
“Maybe Y/n wasn’t lying when she said she has powers?” Thea enquired, making Dinah frown and E2 Laurel glare.
“Y/n doesn’t lie. Her doppelganger was literally incapable of it on my earth.”
Walk that walk Like you don't give a f*** You've got a right to turn it up and get down Electric shock, no I can't get enough 'Cause tonight we're taking over the town, hey
You were basically elbowing your way through the crowd, following the person you were after. You didn’t realise the pink glittery glow around your features or how your eyes had changed colour to a soft pink.
“Where the hell did you go?” You growled, eyes flicking around the dance floor until you saw the person in question standing at the top of the staircase, causing you to bolt.
I wanna lose my mind, like a maniac And cross the line, never looking back We're on the loose, getting crazy And we've gone cuckoo Gonna party till they take us away
“Where the hell did she go?” E2 Laurel questioned, glancing around for your pink sparkles.
“Stairs!” E1 Laurel exclaimed but Dinah was already half way up when she spotted your pink glittery glow and a hooded figure.
“Who’s the one in the hoodie Y/n’s tailing?” Dinah asked, making Sara just frown before gesturing to another door.
“Shortcut. Let’s go.”
I'm swinging off of my hinges I'm cocked and I'm ready to go Just go on and pack up your things And the crazy train is ready to roll, oh!
A huff escaped your lips as you began to tussle with the hooded figure. Currently you had your back slammed so far into the wall that pieces of shale that fallen to the ground. Your focus wasn’t on that however, it was on the fangs that were very close to your neck.
Walk that walk Like you don't give a f*** You've a got a right to turn it up and get down Electric shock, no I can't get enough 'Cause tonight we're taking over the town, hey
“Y/n! Oh-” Sara began, opening the door to a scene she didn’t expect. The shock from the vampire of being interrupted enabled you to push them off of you, focussing your powers into a pink glitter blast that disintegrated the vampire attacking you.
“What just happened?” Dinah enquired, raising an eyebrow at you but you just flushed red, directing your attention to the ashes on the floor.
“Glitter Bomb, there’s another one- I see you got that one at least.”
You glared at the nickname.
“Jonno, I’m not being called Glitter Bomb. Where’s the other vampire?”
I wanna lose my mind, like a maniac And cross the line, never looking back We're on the loose, getting crazy And we've gone cuckoo Gonna party till they take us away
“I’m sorry, did you just say, vampire?” E2 Laurel exclaimed, sarcasm laced in her tone but you just rolled your eyes, gaze flicking from Dinah to the staircase.
“Can you handle that other vampire or do you need my help?” You snarked at Jonno who just smirked and rolled his eyes.
“I’m a Van Helsing. I’ll be fine, just remember to check in with base before noon tomorrow.” Jonno retorted before heading out, making you roll your eyes even more before turning to Dinah.
“It’s a long story...” You stated, gaining raised eyebrows from each of the women in front of you.
“Well, Girls Night took a turn for the vampiric.”
Gotta get out of this straight jacket, whoa cuckoo Gotta get out of this straight jacket, whoa Yeah!
“You all rendered me insane in your eyes because I had temperamental powers that I couldn’t prove that I had in the first place. Jonno found me when I got attacked by a vampire one night in Gotham, 5 years ago. My powers activated and dusted the thing like I just did to that one. After that, I trained to become a vampire hunter and succeeded.” You growled, about to walk away when Dinah grabbed your wrist, causing you to turn around and give her a look.
“Can we talk?”
I wanna lose my mind, like a maniac And cross the line, never looking back We're on the loose, getting crazy And we've gone cuckoo Gonna party till they take us away Gonna party till they take us away
You just nodded, following Dinah back down the staircase before the two of you slipped under the staircase into the darkness.
“What?” You questioned, angry facade fading as the two of you did into the darkness. Everything was silent for a moment before Dinah launched forward, her hands on your hips to hold you still as she pressed her lips to yours, determination on her lips as you kissed back.
“What was that for?”
“That guy all over you?”
You’re jealous of a vampire that I disintegrated?” You teased, feeling Dinah’s breath on your lips.
“Shut up and kiss me, Glitter Bomb.”
“Oh, please, we are not keeping that-” You were cut off as Dinah’s lips slammed into yours again, the music playing in the background echoing through your ear canels.
Gonna party till they take us away

Begin Again - Measure - Song Fic - E1 Laurel Lance x Reader, Dinah Drake x Reader
A/n: This fic is kinda dark with some mentions of death and grieving and stuff
Wake up To sun 'Cause morning Does come
The mattress was lumpy against your shoulder blades. Your eyes were sore as you continued to gaze up at the ceiling like you had most of the night. The sunlight crept across your horizontal form, lying on the lumpy mattress. You couldn’t stand the smell of the covers. They smelt like her. It reminded you she was gone. Rolling over, your eyes slammed shut from the bright light hitting them.
If all you can rely on is The feel of your feet on the wet floor. If all you can depend on is all movement gives you some direction then
You let out a breath as the cold water pelted down your back, the cold tile under your toes as your eyes remained shut, warm salty streams mixing with the shower water. A sob attempted to rip its way from your vocal cords but your hand clamped over your mouth. Your eyes opened briefly before you crouched down, wrapping your other arm around your knees. The cold water pelted down your back, soaking your hair as you whimpered.
Begin again You're no calendar You're no concrete plan Begin again Don't waste your time waiting for someone to tell you that
You hadn’t gone to that spot since that day. The memories were too much. That was why you had put up your home for sale. It wasn’t home anymore without her. That’s why you had to get away. Away from the city full of memories.
Wake up To sun 'Cause morning still comes
You met her when you were six years old. You were on your own, sat on one of the playground benches when she approached. You were new to the school and didn’t know anyone. Nobody had made an attempt to talk to you either. She was the first person who noticed you, became your friend. Your best friend from six years old, now she was gone.
So move around your furniture Or put it all out on the curve And drive away to something new Yeah, watch the skylight sink behind you and
Most of your stuff was divided between charity shops, selling online, friends, family or neighbours and the rubbish. You’d kept a few boxes of things that you could stand. Some clothes and photo albums, even some photos with her that you couldn’t dare to part with and other things you needed. Those boxes were in the boot, you tugged open the car door, pausing and glancing over the building. The skies were a mix between purples and pinks, even oranges too.
You let out a breath as you dropped your backpack in the passenger seat, closing the door and pulling on your seatbelt. Key in the ignition, you drove away from everything you ever knew.
Begin again You're no calendar You're no concrete plan Begin again
You didn’t stop driving until exhaustion hit. You slept in a motel, barely ate or drank anything then left to keep driving. You didn’t know you’d woken up in a different time. Of course you wouldn’t have known the difference between 2016 and 2040 in your state.
Don't waste your time waiting for someone to tell you when Begin again 'Cause walking outdoors only works if you show them Begin again And quit looking backwards and know where you have been Begin again You're no calendar You're no concrete plan Begin again Don't waste your time 'Cause no one's gonna tell you when
You pulled up at a bar, The Fish Hook, Net, something like that, you didn’t really read the sign, it had a clock tower though.. You just sat at the bar and asked for a drink.
A few drinks later you were staring at the mahogany when someone sat a stool away from you.
“You okay over there? You seem slightly miserable? Are the drinks that bad?” The person asked, when you glanced at them, you saw it was a brunette woman who looked friendly.
You just hummed at that, downing the rest of your drink.
“Slightly miserable? Only slightly? Heh...” You chuckled sarcastically, drumming your fingers on the bar as the woman raised an eyebrow of concern.
“Are you okay? Do you need to go somewhere or-” She began but you cut her off with a tired smile.
“My best friends died. Both of them. Within a week of each other. Do you seriously think you’d be okay after that?” You remarked, fingers now running around the rim of the glass.
“What were their names? I’m Dinah by the way.”
You froze for a second at that before just shaking your head. Clearly Dinah was a common name.
“Mac... one of my best friends was a cat, I should probably mention that... then the other, she was always trying to save the world, but... it didn’t save her.”
Dinah’s blood ran cold at that, realisation washing over her.
“Dinah Laurel Lance. Fuck. I miss her. I miss them both. I’m Y/n, forgot to mention that as well...” You rambled, wanting another drink but deciding against it at Dinah’s facial expression of disbelief.
“Y/n...do you know what year it is?” Dinah questioned, standing up and stepping closer to you, worry in her eyes.
“Duh, twenty-fucking-sixteen, the worse year of my damn life.” You stated, folding your arms closer to you.
““Y/n... it’s 2040...”
“What?”
Wake up

Vampires - Earth 1 Laurel Lance x Vampire!Fem!Reader
A/n: Basically vampires in the arrowverse, some bits from vampire diaries/originals/legacies, twilight is just there to get dissed and its up to you to come up with names for the ocs but the vampire that turned reader is a doppelganger of Rebekah Mikaelson
You grimaced as the next song came on, Monsters - Ruelle as you slid through the crowds of dancing people, pausing as you spotted the returning castaway, Oliver Queen. You let out a hiss as you spotted her, pulling her from the body of a barely conscious female.
“What the hell?” Your friend growled, blood dripping down from her mouth as she messily wiped at it. You ignored her as you brought your wrist up to your mouth and bit it, pressing your open wrist to the mouth of the barely conscious female who drank your blood willingly.
“You ruin all my fun.” Your friend whined causing you to glare as you compelled the human to be careful for the next 24 hours, telling them to go home and put on a scarf or something.
“Animal attacks don’t exactly make sense in Star City so stop being lazy and cover your damn tracks.” You hissed, fiddling with your sleeves as you made eye contact with someone.
“I was gonna-”
“You almost killed her.” You retorted before your friend stormed off. You rolled your eyes before spotting the same person from before watching.
///
You were working at Verdant when you met her. You were co-workers with her sister and apparently they’d fallen out since it looked like a private moment but you really needed a drink. You ignored them both as you found your metal water bottle...or in this case blood bottle.
“Hey Y/n.” Sara mumbled as she and Laurel sat at the bar, watching you. You waved in reply before raising an eyebrow at the other woman.
“Oh, this is my big sister, Laurel.” Sara replied, raising an eyebrow as you stopped sipping your drink. She knew what you were, even if she didn’t say it directly.
“Nice to meet you.” You replied, putting your hand out. Laurel smiled as she shook your hand.
“Nice to meet you too, I like your ring.” Laurel replied causing you to glance at your daylight ring. “Thanks, it was a gift... I think.” You replied, pausing as you reflected on the memories of that fateful night.
“You think?” Sara questioned causing you to shrug.
“I remember shoving someone out of the way of a car or something, I got hit but I woke up and it was there...” You replied ignoring the knowing look on Sara’s face.
“Maybe from the person you saved?”
“Did you report the accident?”
“I don’t know honestly and it was a long time ago Laurel.” You answered, fiddling with the ring as you glanced at them
“How long ago are we talking exactly?” Laurel questioned causing you to sigh.
“Longer than you’d think... my shift’s over... I’m gonna go.” You replied, grabbing your stuff and leaving, the metal water bottle in your hand as you sipped from it.
“She’s...secretive...” Laurel stated to Sara who smirked. You tilted your head to the side slightly as you listened.
“I think the word you’re looking for is mysterious, sis.”
You smirked at that, walking over to your car quickly as you heard the whispers of your friend.
“Hey.”
“Hey yourself, you look good for a member of the undead.”
“You look good for a siphoner witch.”
“Rude, my mother made you that ring with her magic.”
“For which I’m eternally grateful although I don’t even remember her or how I was turned.” You replied causing your friend to huff.
“You were turned before I was born... we look the same age but you’re stuck as a 22 year old.” Your friend replied causing you to nod.
“So the only people who know about me becoming a vampire are your deceased mother and the vampire that turned me... great.”
Your friend gave you a sympathetic smile in response.
///
You were silent as you paced down the corridors, your witchy friend behind you as you compelled the hospital staff to let you pass. Oliver Queen was pacing up and down the hallway as you approached before listening into the conversation he was having with the nurse.
“Oliver Queen. Malcolm Merlyn...” You began, both of them glared at you as you and your friend entered the room where Thea Queen laid in a coma.
“Let us help and you won’t have to use the Lazarus Pit... you won’t have to give yourself Ra’s al Ghul.” You began, both males were in tears.
“What the hell can you do?”
You sighed before letting your eyes change colour, veins appearing around your eyes, fangs prodding from your gums as your friend passed you a needle.
“She can’t swallow the blood, gonna have to give it via IV.”
You nodded in response, taking a sample of your blood to be given to Thea. “What the hell are you?”
“I’m a vampire... she’s a witch... my blood will heal her.” You replied, watching as your blood was added to the IV for Thea.
“It should heal her from dying, if she dies with my blood in her system, she’ll become a vampire...but she’s stable and my blood will heal so she’ll remain human...”
“What is this, Vampire Diaries?” Malcolm retorted causing you to glare.
“No and it’s not Twilight either, jeez.” You replied before you began to listen to Thea’s pulse.
“Keep an eye on her for the next 24 hours, don’t let her die with my blood in her system or she’ll transition, okay?” You replied. humming as you felt your friend siphon a little bit of your power.
“Clearly you want something in return.”
“In time, maybe, I just, don’t like seeing good people die.” You replied before your friend muttered under her breath a cloaking spell, the two of you disappearing.
///
You hated Starling General. Every time you went there, someone was dying. Oliver had called you earlier in the evening, asking for a favour. That favour was give some of your vampire blood to the members of Team Arrow, even if they didn’t know in case they were injured against Damien Darkh.
Laurel Lance had been stabbed. Laurel Lance died in Starling General. 11:59.
12:05. That was the time you arrived, speeding up to Laurel’s room, making all the crying Team Arrow members jump besides Oliver.
“She died with it in her system. She’ll live... if she wants to.” You explained, sitting in a chair next to her bed with the metal water bottle in your hand.
“What do you mean she’ll live?” A crying blonde whimpered causing you to glance at her.
“Miss Lance here died with my blood in her system... any of you seen Vampire Diaries?” You questioned causing Thea to nod.
“What happens when someone dies with vampire blood in their system?” You asked, the rhetorical question floating in the air.
“You’re a vampire.”
“Just don’t try apply Vampire Diaries lore or Twilight lore to this... this is the ‘Arrowverse’ apparently.” You replied before noticing Laurel stirring.
“All of you but Mr Queen get out. You can get an explanation later.” You hissed causing them all to unwillingly leave as Oliver just nodded.
“You should explain... you’re her friend, she’s not really seen me since I was working at Verdant with her sister.” You replied causing Oliver to raise an eyebrow.
“Since when did you work at Verdant?”
“Tommy Merlyn hired me then I worked for Thea before I compelled them all to forget who I was so I didn’t have to talk to the police about your secret bunker in the basement.” You replied before Laurel spoke.
“I wondered where you disappeared to...”
“I’ve been 22 since since 1979... I know how to disappear, love.”
“What, what are you?” Laurel questioned, grunting as she turned over. Oliver glanced at you as you just nodded.
“She’s a vampire. You are too... if you want to be, Laurel.” Oliver replied causing Laurel to look confused.
“What are you talking about?”
“You died with my blood in your system... Damien Darkh murdered you but since my blood was in your system, you’re in transition to be a vampire... you have a choice, become a vampire or well...you die.” You replied causing Laurel to stare at you before laughing.
“That’s hilarious.”
You and Oliver exchanged blank looks before you sped to in front of Laurel’s bed, hissing at her as your fangs prodded from your gums, eyes changing colour as black veins poked up from your skin. Laurel face dropped automatically as Oliver just tried not to look alarmed, a constipated look on his face as you sped back to your seat, perfectly normal.
“What the hell...”
“Don’t ask how I was turned into a vampire, I don’t remember. Laurel if you don’t feed soon, you’ll die... again... your father is coming down the hallway...” You replied, bringing out the metal water bottle causing Laurel to give you a look before drinking from it.
“Welp, this is going to be interesting...” You stated causing Oliver to raise an eyebrow as you watched Laurel down your drink.
“That’s enough.” You mumbled, using your strength to take away the bottle before you injected a needle of clear serum into Laurel, knocking her out.
Oliver stared at you in confusion.
“Quentin is coming, he can’t see her as a baby fang, they’ll both freak out and vampire emotions are heightened... Laurel’s going to have to leave with me for a while so I can teach her control and stuff... Darkh needs to think she’s dead until Green Arrow deals with him...”
Oliver just nodded as Quentin walked in causing the two of you to jump up from your chairs to accommodate for him.
///
You hummed under your breath as you drove back into Star City causing the woman next to you to give you a look.
“You’ve been humming that same song ever since you turned me...”
“It’s a song that was playing at the nightclub, disco thing, I went to before I was walking home... I shoved someone out of the way of a car, I got hit, I woke up in transition and fed... completing my transition. Like I said two years ago, my ring was already there...”
“You never told me that...”
“I was busy trying to help you not feed on everyone you see or meet...” You retorted causing Laurel to smile.
“Thank you for that by the way...” Laurel replied causing you to nod before jerking forwards as your chair was kicked.
“I am here too by the way, you’re welcome for the ring as well! Compliments of my late mother.” Your siphoner witch friend retorted causing you to laugh.
“How could we forget about you?” You laughed as you pulled into park.
“Oliver called about something urgent enough that we came back...”
“I’m sorry we spent almost a year trying to adjust you to vampire life and well, travelling a little.”
“I’m just glad I didn’t die that night, can you imagine a world where I did die...”
“I think its called canon but it sucks so... Your friend in the back mumbled causing you to roll your eyes before you got out of the car, heading to the Arrow Bunker with Laurel and your siphoner friend behind you.
“Hello Oliver, what seems to be the...” You began before spotting her causing Laurel behind you to gasp.
“Laurel Lance doppelganger... fun...” Your siphoning friend mumbled as she began to chant, her hand linking with yours to siphon from you as the doppelganger was trapped in a barrier spell.
“You good?” You whispered to your friend who nodded before you walked over to the Laurel Lance doppelganger, attempting to compel her before you realised.
“You’re a vampire too.”
Black Siren glared at you, her eyes changing colour as the black veins poked out around them, baring her fangs before you did the same in return.
“How did you become a vampire?” Laurel questioned causing Black Siren to give her an unamused look.
“After the particle accelerator exploded and I got my sonic scream, a vampire-meta-human hybrid going by the name of Zoom wanted an army of hybrids...but I wasn’t sired by Zoom, I was sired by your doppelganger S/n.”
“Charming, did my doppelganger know who sired her?” You questioned causing Laurel to shrug dismissively.
“You’re working with Prometheus... why?”
“I owe him my freedom.”
“A vampire owing a human their freedom...” You mulled over almost teasingly causing Black Siren to snarl at you, electing to ignore it as you walked over to your backpack.
“What are you going to do?” Laurel questioned as she stared at her doppelganger.
“Make her turn her humanity back on... Oliver, call Quentin but warn him he’s going to be shocked and confused.” You replied causing Oliver to hesitate before nodding, leaving to make the call.
You let out a breath as you injected Black Siren with the same clear liquid you’d used on Laurel when she first transitioned.
“You never said what that stuff was...”
“Something I found rather effective in knocking vampires out... its not vervain or garlic... god I hate myths...” You explained causing your siphoning friend to snicker.
///
“What do we do?” Laurel questioned causing you to glance up from the hospital chair you were sat in.
“We wait. Siren’s on her way back from DC as we speak and Dinah’s in observation since she got her throat slashed by the Star City Slayer... she was dying and I gave her my blood... I don’t know if she’ll be human-meta-human or a vampire-meta hybrid like Siren until we get to see her.” You replied causing Laurel to hum, her head resting on your shoulder.
“I still can’t believe people bought the identical twins thing.”
“You’re both the same besides the sonic scream. You two can literally just swap places with each other whenever and just compel anyone who questions otherwise...”
///
“Well, well, well, what do we have here then? Looks like my little progeny has sired a couple of her own... loving the girl power darling...”
“Do I know you?” You questioned, automatically standing up whilst Laurel, Siren and Dinah all gave you a confused look.
“Of course, you won’t remember since I compelled you to forget me... let me fix that for you Y/n...” The woman replied, grabbing you as you stuttered, looking shocked.
“Remember...”
You gasped as the real memories of the night of your death and transition flashed in your mind, you shoved yourself away from the woman to land next to Laurel, clearly annoyed.
“I saved a pregnant witch from behind hit by a car, that car almost killed me since it hit me instead so you turned me but took away my memories to protect yourself?”
“You saved my mother, she was pregnant with me...” Your siphoning friend realised causing you to glance at her.
“Why compel Y/n to forget you to protect yourself?” Dinah questioned causing you to look at the floor, thinking.
“Who were you running from?” Siren interjected as Laurel got up, wrapping her arms around you.
“Ra’s al Ghul... but now he’s dead along with the League and Damien Darkh, the one who murdered the Earth 1 Laurel Lance... don’t look so surprised Y/n, I keep tabs on all my sirelings over the years.” The woman replied.
“Why are you here?” You hissed causing the woman to raise an eyebrow.
“Darling, I’m an original, I’m over 1000 years old. I came back because Star City has all the drama and I love it. Plus I hadn’t seen you since 1979 when you were a baby fang... you’re all grown up now...” The woman replied.
“Yet you’ve not given us your name.”
“My name doesn’t matter. What matters is this little coven of females you’ve created, it’s interesting...”
“It was you... I saw you at that, Oliver Queen is alive prisoner party thing when I stopped a friend from draining some girl...” You realised causing everyone else to look at you.
“Just how long have you been in Star City?” Dinah questioned causing you to sigh.
“There was a string of suspicious animal attacks that look dodgy in a city like Star City so I came and dealt with it all, you’re welcome by the way since you were both human back then. You know I thought The Hood was a vampire but its just wannabe Batman.” You rambled causing Siren to snicker from where she was sat, sipping a glass of blood.
“Yes, well, this has been interesting but I have to go see a werewolf about something, peace treaties and all that. Goodbye darling, goodbye my sireling’s sireling’s...” The woman announced by leaving causing you to huff as you downed the rest of your drink.
“You alright?” Laurel questioned causing you to sigh, shaking your head slightly as Dinah and Siren vacated the room, suspiciously holding hands.
You hummed as Laurel ran a finger gently down your cheek, goosebumps rushing down your spine before Laurel’s fingers gently tilted your head up to look at her. You let out a breath as you leaned into her touch, eliciting a loving smile from Laurel in response.
“Y/n... can I do something?” Laurel asked, breaking the comfortable silence as you opened your eyes confusedly.
“Like what?”
“Like kiss you-” you cut Laurel off as you pressed your lips against hers, gasping slightly as Laurel’s hands went to your hips to pull you closer, your hands in her hair, running through it in response.
“Finally.” Siren complained quietly as Dinah snapped a couple of photos with a smirk, nodding in agreement before Siren pulled her away, both of them giggling with lovestruck looks in their eyes.

The Twin Sister - Earth 1 Laurel Lance x Allen!Twin!Reader
Request:  Could I please have an imagine where the reader is Barry Allen’s younger twin sister (is also a speedster) who moves to Star City and starts to do some vigilante work like her brother does. She ends up working with team Arrow because Oliver figured out that she is Barry’s sister. Her and Laurel Lance (black canary) immediately become close and end up falling in love with each other. Neither will admit it though so the rest of team Arrow makes it their mission to get the two of them -part 1-
-part 2- together. Everyone is tired of them skirting around their feelings for each other. So team Arrow (including Sara) invites team Flash to hang out with each other. They explain what they are trying to do while Laurel and the reader are off in their own little world. So they somehow get them to confess how they feel about each other. Once they notice the two are kissing passionately everyone starts to tease them (especially their siblings). Just really fluffy please?
A/n: I adore Laurel Lance with my entire being, both earth 1 and earth 2 own my soul and I adored writing this, thank you so much anon, this was a great thing to write after having mock exams:)
You could remember it like it was yesterday, meeting your older twin brother in the crime lab of CCPD before the storm began to get out of control. Barry grabbed the skylight chains to pull it closed as you began to help. Neither of you saw what was about to happen next. Lightning tore through the pair of you as a shower of dark matter flooded your cells, the pair of you flying in different directions before blacking out.
“Spinal cord trauma, he’s lost all feeling to his lower quadrants.”
“That’s Harrison Wells. Dr Wells I need you to squeeze my hand. That’s a good sign.”
“24 year old male and female struck by lightning.”
“Need a full trauma panel.”
“Get them to bay one. What is happening to the city?”
“Can I help you?” A voice interrupted you from your thoughts as you stood in the doorway of SCPD.
“H-hi, I’m Y/n, Y/n Allen. I’m supposed to start working today in Forensics, Crime Scene Investigation.” You stuttered, nodding awkwardly as the cop sipped his coffee before putting it down.
“Quentin Lance. Allen? Where have I heard that name before?”
“Oh uh, you probably know my brother, Barry...”
“Didn’t he get hit by a bus or something?”
“We both got hit by lightning...” You trailed off, recognising a familiar vigilante watching you.
///
You were zipping around Star City at night when an arrow flew at you. You didn’t dare stop moving as you dodged it, checking your surroundings for other arrows before the Arrow landed in front of you.
“What do you want?” You questioned, voice vibrating before the Arrow approached, pulling down his hood and removing his mask.
“You know me, I know you... you’re Barry’s little sister.” Oliver Queen replied, causing you to cross your arms.
“We’re twins. Like I said before, Oliver, what do you want?”  You replied, shifting from one foot to the other.
“I want you to join Team Arrow. We could use your skills and well, you need training like I trained your brother.” Oliver replied causing to shrug.
“You can sleep on it if you want.” Oliver replied, almost annoyed.
“Nah, you look constipated enough as it is, I’ll join your team but I’m still going to work at SCPD as a CSI.”
“Welcome to the team, Swift.”
///
You were at SCPD analysing a compound you found at a crime scene related to a meta-human at the docks when you heard a voice that distracted you from your thoughts.
“The DA wants to know when that meta-human can be caught and trialed.” The voice said, causing you to pause as you looked over the results of the compound.
“When the new CSI analyses the compound and works out how to track said meta-human.” Quentin Lance replied causing the hair on the back of your neck to stand up.
“New CSI?” the voice questioned, eyes drifting over to you as they both looked at you.
You sighed before noticing the reply from Cisco.
“The meta-human releases small amounts of radiation each time they use their powers meaning, we can track them...after I get the technology to track them brought over from S.T.A.R. Labs. I’m Y/n by the way, Y/n Allen.”
“Laurel. Laurel Lance. Can I talk to you?” The blonde replied, walking towards a separate room.
“Uhh sure?” You replied, glancing at your phone as you saw a message from Barry, the equipment you needed had been speeded over to your apartment.
You raised an eyebrow as Laurel shut the door behind you, causing you to lean on the desk behind you, arms crossed.
“So...Miss Lance, what seems to be the issue? You questioned causing Laurel to smirk.
“So your brother Barry Allen is an acquaintance of Oliver Queen, Felicity Smoak and John Diggle...” Laurel begins.
“Oh jeez I’m not Cisco, I know you’re the Black Canary and well I know I’m Swift so hi.” Giving Laurel a nervous grin as you saw her amused look.
“You’re quite smart aren’t you?”
“I’m a CSI plus the domino masks don’t hide much besides cheek bones, and you dropped the wig so...” You replied causing Laurel to chuckle.
“I decided to be myself and stop trying to be someone else.” Laurel replied, a sad look in her eyes causing you to pause.
“Why do you think I moved from Central City?” You retorted causing Laurel’s sad look to extend to you.
“I think we’ll get along just fine...”
///
It had been a few months since you’d moved to Star City, working with Team Arrow by night as you worked at SCPD by day with days off being spent with Laurel resulting in a strange feeling in your stomach whenever you saw her.
You remembered how Barry would rant on and on about his love for Iris and how it made him feel... you froze at the thought as you worked on a blood analysis in the Bunker, knocking a vial to the floor without even trying to pick it up.
“You okay N/n?” Laurel questioned, looking over from where she was sparring with a training dummy.
“W-what?” You stuttered, eyes drifting to the smashed vial with a frown as Laurel approached, obviously concerned as Felicity and Roy tried to act like they weren’t watching with interest, John just smirking as Oliver looked constipated, trying to ignore what was happening.
“I asked if you were okay...” Laurel replied, pausing as she took in your flushed face.
“You look red, are you sick?” Laurel asked, her hand going to your forehead as you stared at her, flushing a deeper red.
“Uh, so, I’m going to...go... uhh... yeah... bye...” you struggled to form a full sentence before stumbling away from Laurel’s touch, zipping out of the room in a flash as the results of the blood analysis came up on the screen.
Laurel stared in confusion at the door where you’d left out of, wondering if you were okay or if she had done something wrong, oblivious to the shared looks of John, Felicity and Roy.
///
You sighed as you arrived at your apartment, sliding down against the bedroom door before giving up entirely, throwing yourself into the middle of the bed in a floof.
“What am I going to do?”
///
Laurel sighed as she watched you grow more closed off, nervous and jumpy as if you were hiding something too dangerous to be revealed. The butterflies in her stomach hadn’t stopped but fear set in as she saw Felicity watching her with an amused look.
“You should tell her.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about?” Laurel replied, frowning as she saw Felicity smile even more.
“Yes you do Laurel... you should tell Y/n how you feel, that girl may have super speed but she is so slow at realising feelings.” Felicity replied causing Laurel to pause as she noticed you had disappeared in a flash of f/c lightning.
“I still don’t know what you’re talking about.” Laurel replied stubbornly before picking up her bag to leave.
“We’re going to have to call in the big guns.” Felicity announced over comms.
“You know Sara is in town right?”
“I meant Team Flash but Sara is a powerhouse all on her own so both will do.” Felicity replied, a smirk on her face causing Oliver to raise an eyebrow as he entered.
///
“So what was the reason for the call for us all to come to Star City?” Caitlin questioned as she walked into the Bunker behind Barry, Cisco and Iris.
“Oh we’re trying to get Y/n and Laurel to admit their feelings for each other.” Felicity replied causing Sara to smirk.
“Laurel’s stubborn as an ox, she’ll take a while to even think about it.”
“Y/n... she’s a completely different story, she’s got to be terrified to the point she’ll just run away...”
“Yep she has been doing that a lot.” Roy affirmed causing Barry to sigh.
“I’m more amused by the fact they haven’t even realised we’re here.” Iris interrupted causing everyone to look over and you and Laurel talking.
///
“Ever get that feeling that you’re being watched?” Laurel whispered causing you to pause.
“Oh sugar snap peas.” You exclaimed as you spotted your brother causing Laurel to chuckle before she spotted Sara watching with a smirk.
“Can we run?” You whispered causing Laurel to pause.
“You’re not going to run away from me this time?”
“No, this time I’m running from my twin brother.” You replied, clearly nervous before Laurel gently took your hand.
“Screw it.” You mumbled, picking Laurel up and zipping out of the Bunker, holding Laurel tightly out of fear she’d get whiplash as you arrived at your apartment, carefully helping her to your couch.
“That didn’t hurt you did it? I’m smaller than Barry so its harder to carry people sometimes...” You rambled, cut off as Laurel’s hands went to your cheeks, pulling you close to her in an attempt to calm you down.
You froze as you stared into Laurel’s eyes, an amused smile on her lips as you let out a nervous breath.
“I need to tell you something...” You began, feeling nervous as you felt Laurel tug you onto the couch next to her.
Your leg began to vibrate up and down causing Laurel to smile as you tried to catch your train of thought.
“I... get butterflies whenever I’m around you and I know my brother used to get butterflies all the time around Iris since we were little and he loves her and I...” You rambled but were cut off as Laurel’s lips brushed against yours causing you to press forward, gently kissing back.
“I love you...” You mumbled, cheeks flushing red as Laurel gave you a loving look in return.
“I love you too... the butterflies you feel... I feel them too, only around you...”
///
Nobody knew you and Laurel were a thing now. You somehow managed to keep it on the down low, acting nervous when you were just adoring the fact Laurel existed.
That of course was your downfall as you felt the training mat behind you and saw Laurel hovering above with that smile. That damn smile that made your insides melt.
Laurel smirked as she leaned down to kiss you, the pair of you way too distracted to hear the lift open.
“Whoa!”
“Okay then.”
“Finally!”
“Damn sis get some.”
“Oh my god.” You mumbled, turning bright red as you hid your face in Laurel’s neck as she got up, pulling you up in the process.
“I don’t recall teasing you about your significant others do you Sara?” Laurel began but Sara’s smirk just killed it.
“She travels on a time ship seducing people...” You whispered causing Laurel to look at her sister with wide eyes.
“Well I am just happy you stopped running away from your feelings.” Your brother interrupted causing you to playfully glare.
“Took me less time than it took you Bear.” You replied, smiling at the nickname that caused Barry to blush red.
“Bear?” Laurel questioned causing you to smile.
“Like a teddy bear, quite the hugger growing up.”
“Didn’t you use to have a crush on that girl... what was her name again?”
“Laurel Lance.” You replied, sticking your tongue out at Barry who just smirked.
“You looove her.”
“You love Iris.”
“Like that wasn’t obvious.” Sara retorted, smirking at Laurel’s face.
“Damn sis you’re in deep.”
“Wouldn’t have it any other way.”
“I wanna get food, can we get food?” You questioned, giving Laurel a puppy dog eyes look and a pout causing her to chuckle.
“Sure, Big Belly Burger?”
“Big Belly Burger.” You replied with a grin, zipping off with Laurel in toe causing Sara and Barry to exchange looks.
“She’s usually terrified of speeding people everywhere in case she gives them whiplash. I guess Laurel helped her get over it.”
“Your sister may be the fastest women alive but she’ll pay if she breaks my sister’s heart.”
“Your sister may be the Black Canary and the assistant district attorney but I will never forgive her if she hurts my baby sister.”
“You’re twins.”
“I’m older by 12 minutes.”
///
Laurel smirked as you both arrived at Big Belly Burger, hearing you shriek as your shoes began to smoke.
“You didn’t see that coming darling?”

Ghost - Darling Parade - Third Part to Ghost Of You - 5 Seconds Of Summer, Out Loud - Gabbie Hanna - Final Part
Request:  A ‘Out Loud - Gabbie Hanna - Laurel Lance x Reader’ part 3 would be awesome
Out Loud - Gabbie Hanna - Laurel Lance x Reader - Sequel to Ghost Of You - 5 Seconds of Summer part 3
Warning - Major character death, mentions of blood, murder
Another long night with you here Held together by a thread And nothing really matters since you've been gone Still hear the last three words you said
You grimaced at the burn of the alcohol down your throat, placing the shot glass back on the counter before you pushed off with your hands, stumbling away from the bar, somehow arriving home in one piece. You crashed on the couch, ignoring your phone ringing like crazy as the tears fell, alongside darkness.
Its hard to move on When I'm still feeling stuck Hard to be strong When I'm not strong enough I could let you go, but I cant give you up And its just too much Yeah its just too much
You still saw her around and it wasn’t in the form of Black Siren. You saw her ghost watching you, her sunshine golden smile. You rolled over on the couch, hiding your face from the light and her. You were ashamed. You weren’t strong enough. You didn’t know of how people saw the ghosts of loved ones before they died.
'Cause I'm still living with the ghost of you I don't wanna let you go No one could ever get me the way you do And I'm still living with the ghost of you
You sprinted down the streets of darkness. You knew what she was. Who she was. The Leader of the Ninth Circle. This meant Emiko Queen wanted you dead. A) Because you would tell Oliver the whole truth, he just thought she worked for the Circle. Nope. B) To get at Black Siren.
You've been creeping down the halls Its like you're in the walls When I'm laying in my bed I cant learn to be alone, I cant get you gone If you're always in my head
Your screams went unheard as Emiko Queen in her Red Arrow costume sent an arrow through your leg. Another in your back. You stumbled to the ground, splashing in a puddle in the road. Your face hit the tarmac as everything blurred, seeing her face above you before a sonic scream sent Emiko flying.
Its hard to move on When I'm still feeling stuck Hard to be strong When I'm not strong enough I could let you go, but I cant give you up And its just too much Yeah its just too much
A breath escaped your lips as your hand gently went up to touch her cheek. It was Black Siren but you didn’t care as she tried talking to you. You let out gasps of pain as you heard footsteps run over. Green boots. “It’s okay.” You whimpered causing Black Siren to shake her head, trying to put pressure on your wounds. “Gonna...see her...again...” You stated, a metallic taste in your mouth as Dinah came into view, radioing for an ambulance.
'Cause I'm still living with the ghost of you I don't wanna let you go No one could ever get me the way you do And I'm still living with the ghost of you
Everything went dark as you passed on. Cause of death: Blood loss from two arrows to the back and leg. Siren was raging as she watched your eyes close, Oliver was standing there, watching in horror as Emiko stood up with a smile. Dinah was trying to keep you awake but it was too late. You were gone with a relieved smile.
For a while, everything was black but then you woke up, arms wrapped around you and a familiar scent wafting. You withheld a scream as you put her hand on the person’s face, looking into their eyes before you saw your surroundings. Quentin stood with Tommy, his parents alongside Oliver’s parents. The tears began to fall like waterfalls as you realised where you were, your Laurel hugging you. Your hands flew around her shoulders, hugging her tightly as you cried. Only separating after a while to wipe away each others tears, lips meeting hungrily but also full of love. Reunited…

Ghost Of You - 5 Seconds Of Summer - Laurel Lance x Reader
Here I am waking up, still can't sleep on your side There's your coffee cup, the lipstick stain fades with time If I can dream long enough, you'd tell me I'd be just fine I'll be just fine
A sigh escaped your lips as you rolled over, staring at the space that your girlfriend used to take up. Memories flickered before your eyes before you pushed yourself out of bed and into the kitchen. Your hand reaching for a mug, staring at the one that was her favourite. Another sigh escaped your lips as you looked at the photo on the breakfast bar behind you. Your late girlfriend, her resurrected sister and their deceased father. So I drown it out like I always do Dancing through our house with the ghost of you And I chase it down, with this shot of truth Dancing through our house with the ghost of you
Her hand on your waist whilst the other was on your shoulder as the two of you danced around the kitchen to the soft music playing through the stereo. The smiles on your faces reflecting the light and happiness in your eyes. Foreheads and noses touching as you rocked back and forth. Cleaning up today, found that old Zeppelin shirt You wore when you ran away, and no one could feel your hurt We're too young, too dumb, to know things like love But I know better now, better now
You kept the clothing you remembered Laurel wearing the most or that smelt like her. Anything to hold onto as you went through her flat of belongings she shared with Thea and you. Thea was helping by going through anything she didn’t need that was Laurel’s, putting it into piles before she spotted you hugging a shirt to your chest, tears threatening to fall. Thea left with Roy and Nyssa a long time ago... So I drown it out like I always do Dancing through our house with the ghost of you And I chase it down, with this shot of truth Dancing through our house with the ghost of you
You grinned as Laurel threw popcorn at your head, diving to catch it in your mouth with a laugh, hearing her giggles echo in the room as you waited for the movie to start. “I love you Laurel Lance.” You stated after  a while, not expecting Laurel to say it back before her lips met yours in a fury before oxygen began a necessity.  Too young, too dumb To know things like love Too young, too dumb
“I love you Y/n S/n.” She stated in response, brushing a strand of hair behind your ear gently causing you to blush. So I drown it out like I always do Dancing through our house with the ghost of you And I chase it down, with this shot of truth That my feet don't dance like they did with you
Your hands fell from where they had been on her shoulders, you fell to the floor as you were using her to support you but then you realised. She was gone, you were dancing with a ghost of your late lover....
///
A tear dripped down Laurel’s face as she watched over you from the afterlife. The hand on her shoulder gaining her attention as her father, Quentin sadly smiled, he was almost crying himself as Laurel wrapped her arms around him, crying into his neck.
///
A tear slipped down your face as you sat on the kitchen floor, arms wrapped around your knees as you buried your face in the t-shirt that you knew was one of her favourites. You miss her.
She misses you too.
