This is exactly how Arthur and Eames look now that they are in their 40s.

Their styles are similar to what they were during inception, you can see they're still them, but they have grown and matured and sanded their roughest edges. By now, they've been stably together for 14 years without any major drama, and they've retired from corporate espionage a few years back, if not from dreamshare altogether (currently, I like to think of them as sort of private investigators who sometimes use dreamshare to gather info, but not necessarily, just because I think they'd be bored in full retirement), and it shows in how softer and more relaxed they are.
