“That whole thing?! That was supposed to be for all of us!” Letting out a grunt of mild irritation, Komaki settled herself down on the edge of their shared bed before lying her back down on it. Great. What a waste… They were already somewhat on a budget when it came to what they bought from the supermarket, so it really was a pain when Kakeru pulled stuff like this. 

“…At least it was just the chips, but still, that sucks. I wanted some of those as a snack while I studied later, Kakeru,”

Brushing a bit of his hair from his face, Komaki would try to get a betterlook at her boyfriend’s expression. Maybe he’d gotten into a fight withSohma-kun, or even Chi-chan. Still, even that didn’t sound right. Peopledid seem to lose their temper with him fairly often, but things alwaystended to work out, right? Kakeru always seemed to take that stuff in stride, too.

So, then… what could all this be about?

“Getting pouty because you’re hungry?” She would joke lightly, gentlypoking his side with one of her thin fingers.
