Banana Blue Majik Pie 1.5 cups almonds 1 cup dates 4 bananas 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup shredded coconut 1 capsule Blue Majik 1 pinch vanilla powder ππππππππππ In a food processor combine the almonds and dates. Process until sticky. Pack this mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except the coconut. With your hand lightly mash the ingredients. Add 1/2 of the shredded coco and mix with banana mash. Be careful not to over mix. It should be chunky. Put the banana mixture into the pie crust and evenly spread out. Try this delish recipe and sprinkle E3AFA for added nutrition! π 1/2 cup quinoa π 1 cup spring water π 1/2 large red onion, finely chopped π 2 cups spinach, chopped π 1/2 green pepper, chopped π 2 tablespoons dried cranberries π 2 T raw walnuts, chopped π 3 T olive oil π 1 tsp turmeric π 1/2 tsp paprika π cayenne pepper, to taste π sea salt, to taste π 1 tsp E3AFA Preheat oven to 450 F. - Cut the tops and tails off squash, cut the squash in half. Core out seeds. Brush the insides w/one tsp of oil, dust with paprika. Roast for 35-45 minutes, until flesh is lightly browned and soft. - Combine quinoa and water in a covered pot, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until all of the water is absorbed. - In a skillet, heat the oil over a medium flame and sautee onion until wilted. Add salt, quinoa, turmeric and cayenne pepper and stir. Add spinach, bell pepper, walnuts and cranberries until just before you turn off the heat. Stir for two minutes. Take the skillet off the flame and keep stirring for another minute or two. - When the squash is cooked, fill the halves with the quinoa mixture and serve. π Sprinkle with E3AFA and serve! #veganrecipeshare #vegan #bluegreenalgae #e3liverecipes

"Dough" should stick together. Add small amounts of water if needed πͺ Roll into 1" balls and set on teflex sheets. Sprinkle E3AFA on top! Roberta's Fennel Salad With Creamy Green Dressing DRESSING π± ΒΌ C sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hour π± Β½ C filtered water π± 10 oz green peas π± 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice π± 2 garlic gloves π± 6 fresh mint leaves π± ΒΌ C fresh basil SALAD π± 1 Β½ C thinly sliced fennel π± 2 C cucumber, seeded, sliced thin π± 1 scallion-white and light green parts, sliced thin π± 2 C shredded carrots π± 8-10 C mixed salad greens π Place the water and seeds into high speed blender. π Blend for 30 -45 seconds or until a smooth and creamy consistency is reached. π Add the remaining dressing ingredients and slowly increase speed until a smooth and creamy. π Season with salt and pepper. Chill π± Combine fennel, cucumber, scallions, carrots, and greens. www.TheVintageRoundtop.com shares their yummy recipe for: πΊπΈπ₯ July 4th Pops π₯πΊπΈ 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup vanilla yogurt 2 t honey, divided 1oz E3Live (to make the pops red, white and blue-green!) πΊπΈ 1. Puree the blueberries with E3Live and one teaspoon of honey. Pour the blueberry puree into a measuring cup with a spout and add a little water to make the mixture easy to pour into the Popsicle mold. Divide the blueberry puree between the six popsicle molds evenly. Let this part freeze for about an hour and a half. πΊπΈ 2. Once the blueberry part of the pop is frozen, put the vanilla coconut yogurt into a mixing cup with a spout. If this mixture is too thick to pour, try stirring in some coconut milk, just a little at a time. When you have a good consistency, pour a thick layer of the Greek yogurt on top of the frozen blueberry part. This is when you should insert the popsicle sticks. We simply put foil over the molds and inserted the sticks through the foil. It will hold the sticks up while the yogurt freezes. Freeze for at least an hour. πΊπΈ 3. When the yogurt is frozen, puree the raspberries with a teaspoon of honey, just like you did with the blueberries. Add water if the consistency is too think, just a little at a time. Pour a layer about the same size as the yogurt into the molds. At this point you don't need to put the foil back on top because the sticks should be firmly frozen into place. Freeze for at least an hour. πΊπΈ 4. BrainOn Supreme (or regular E3Live or BrainON) Dissolve honey into water and then cool. Add the pureed strawberries, almond milk, and BrainOn Supreme and mix thoroughly. Freeze.
