and they don't just start dating automatically margo isn't stupid she knows how athletes operate, but dylan builds her trust

they’re always js so clingy whenever margo has to go back to school

margo holds onto dylan tight as the boys begin to pile into the cars and make there way back to ann arbor,

"i love you," margo mumbles into his chest. she can feel dylan smile in her hair, "how are we gonna manage being away from each other for a whole month?" she questions already missing her boyfriend, who hasn't even left yet.

dylan pulls away just enough to look down at her and cup her cheeks,

"hmmm, im sure we'll somehow manage," he reassures pushing one of his hands into her hair gently,

"you'll call right?" dylan smiles nodding,

she just melts into his arms,

i think when margo was little she was clingy clingy baby to all her big brothers, now shes clingy clingy to bf dylan

so yah shes quiet and shes shy and tries to avoid loud places yet she loves going to her boyfriends hockey games and even decides that potentially becoming a team doctor wouldn't be that bad

and shes a little clingy because she was the baby of a family with all boys

"of course it's joe!" he exclaims. margo laughs shaking her head,

"dyl it's just joe," she reassures cupping his face, "he's not joe burrow with me, he's not MVP with me, just joe and that's what he should be to you,"

"but...but..." dylan tries but the youngest burrow shakes her head,

"no buts." she says finalized, "he's going to love you and if he doesn't, then he can go fuck himself,"

"Sweetheart, you know you can just say 'no' if you don't want to come with me to the party. I know you're tired." "No, I'm just-I want to come, okay? I promise I'm fine, babe."

gives me margo and dylan to the max. she just seems like such a sweetheart

margo tries to stifle her yawn but gets caught by dylan, whos eyes narrow at her,

"are you tired?" he asks,

"no," margo says biting her lip to hold back the rest of her yawn. dylans eyes narrow even further as she stares at him,

"margo, sweetheart you know you can just say 'no' if you don't want to come with me to a party. I know you're tired," margo sighs,

"no, I'm just-i want to be here ok? i'm fine i promise babe," dylan wraps his arm around her and kisses her temple,

"you sure?" he asks again, seeking reassurance,

"promise,"

“You make me so fucking happy, and I’m sorry if I’m not the best at expressing that.” this is so margo and dylan coded

dylan cant help the cheesy smile that comes across his face when margo waves excitedly from where shes seated next to alyssa.

and he can't help but scoop her up super tight when she comes down to the locker room post game,

"you played so well!" she says excitedly kissing him gently. dylan smile somehow grows as his cheek flush pink,

"you make me so fucking happy," he mumbles just for her to hear, "and i'm sorry if I'm not the best at expressing that," margo rolls her eyes and presses a gently kiss where his jaw meets his ear,

"i know dyl dont worry,"

is giving margo and dylan to me and i can’t explain it

margo was quiet. her emotions and feelings remaining locked up under a tight lock and key.

"what are you doing here?" margo asks when she opens the front door of her house. her beaming boyfriend standing in front of her looking cozy in his michigan sweat set,

"got off the wrong exit on my way to cle and well now i'm here," margo beamed then seemingly remembered she could hug her boyfriend, and threw herself into his arms,

"you make me the happiest person alive, did you know that?" dylan chuckles kissing her head then leaning his on top of hers,

"well i do now,"

Those nights when you both party hard and now you have to take them back to their house and they say, no insist, that you stay.

margo grabs dylans hand,

"don't go,"

"margs your drunk," he says softly, "lys will be back soon," margo squeezes his hand tight,

"please," she begs, "i dont wanna be alone," dylan sighs looking towards the door and back at margo,

"fine,"

Person A has social anxiety, and Person B promises to stay by their side.

kinda talked about margo being a bit shy orr

but i don’t know about social anxiety bad, but still- this gives margo and dylan

dylan can feel margos hand shaking in his,

"hey hey hey," he says softly as he pulls her to his chest gently looking down at her earnestly, "you're gonna be ok babe. I'm not going anywhere," margo nods,

"ok im sorry i just-"

"no dont. do not apologize. i will not leave your side ok?" margo nods again then takes a deep breath,

"ok," she mumbles, "ok," she repeats. dylan smiles squeezing her hand,

"awesome,"

Them repeatedly telling you they'll never leave you when you start to doubt everything

"whats going on?" dylan asks when he finds his girlfriend sitting curled up in the living room,

"are you going to leave me?" margo asks shakily, "everyone leaves me dyl, so just tell me if you're leaving please," her face is so heartbreaking dylan feels himself crack in half,

"margs what?" he asks voice cracking as he kneels in front of her, "i never ever plan on leaving you," he says softly cupping her cheeks in his hands, "never." he repeats firmly, "no matter where either of us end up on the fucking earth i will never ever leave you," margo nods sniffling,

"promise?" dylan smiles softly,

"promise."
