Friday prompt!

Some Engport cuteness to make up for last friday lol

Afonso can't contact Arthur, it has been weeks since they last spoke. He was about to barge into his home when the man shows up at his door.

Arthur was disheveled, his hair greasy with flour and butter. Same goes for his clothes. And he was holding a small box while wearing a triumphant grin

"I did it! Took me some time, but I did it!"

"Did what?" Afonso is confused "what made you disappear out of nowhere?

Arthur gets in, placed the box over his table and opens it "these!"

Inside there's 8 very crooked pastéis de nata.

"Those are the better looking ones I swear" says Arthur

Afonso grabbed one of pastéis carefully, it was slightly burned on one side.

"Amor... I... I can't believe you took all this time to bake these for me."

Arthur blushed and looked. "Yes, well.... you know I'm no good in the kitchen, and those are probably rubish. But they're your favorites, and... you know... I wanted... you already cooked for me. I want to repay the favor."

Afonso smiled, and pushed Arthur's face with his free hand, kissing him.

"Obrigado, Arthur. This means so much to me. I love you."

Arthur's cheeks got even redder. "You're welcome... love."

Afonso kissed him again and took a bite from the pastel.
