Al 17 weken lang de nodige voorbereidingen getroffen voor aanstaande zaterdag. Alles afwegen tot de laatste gram, leven uit bakjes en nee zeggen tegen alles wat ik niet kan “tracken”. De laatste boodschappen zijn binnen, voor aanstaande maandag, dinsdag & woensdag geen koolhydraten voor mij. Gelukkig gaat al het lekkers dat je ziet donderdag en vrijdag met een grootte glimlach naar binnen #loading.
