28. how do they show that they care about someone? how do they express that they don't like someone?
Dusk is a man of few words, and I imagine Khajiit rely on a lot of nonverbal body language, so that means speaking even less, so he usually expresses this through gifts (usually left for the person instead of directly given) and hanging out. Gifts are usually in the form of fixed clothing, new weapons, or food based off their homeland/home-region if he has the means.
If he doesn't like someone but he can't just leave or they're not trying to kill him, he's usually more stiff-eared and his tail is straightened (trying not to show he doesn't like them). If he's not obligated to stay there near them, he follows the wisdom that if shit sucks hit the bricks!!! He is prone to just turning heel and walking away after a long, sustained judgemental stare. Given furstock and thus size, this is not contested.
32. do they have any habits that aren't particularly self-destructive, just maybe odd?
He likes the cold, which is unusual for Khajiit, but he also has dense long fur. He usually comes across as a little under-dressed for Skyrim weather, and sometimes he actually does under-dress a bit because he forgets some parts of it are REALLY, REALLY COLD and it has turned into more of a forgetful habit. They live in Whiterun, though, so it's not the coldest area. He's not going to Dawnstar or the like without dressing properly, at least.
