Idk how to even begin this without feeling like im undoing all my mental health progress, but here goes. So this week, I dreamt that I ran into my baby daddy at Walmart, and I had such sadness and longing towards him like I needed him and I wanted to be a family with him. It was a sad dream because there was just so much distance between us, and it just doesn't seem like either of us can fix it. ( the funniest part of this sad dream was that he was wearing a durag, and if you saw my baby daddy you'd know why that is funny asf)

when i woke up I left the house to go run some errands in real life and he was running by my block shirtless abs out sweaty very sexy. It was like perfect timing in a weird way and i knew i needed to talk to him just because of the dream and i mean we do share a baby. i couldnt stop touching him I wanted us to be more than we are he still looks so fit and sexy. & its days later & i just havent recovered from this encounter i cant stop thinking about him. I keep fantasizing about having more children with him every time i look at our daughter, idk how to move on and i thought i was making progress . idk how to feel. i dont wanna be alone, but it feels like talking to a brick wall when we're together. it feels like driving down a dead end . im sure these longing feelings for him will pass soon . im just missing something i never had and im in some deep feelings about it.

he told me to my face he hates me and as much as i want to hate him back i told him i dont hate him because our daughter is the best thing that ever happened to me , i wouldnt have her without you.

I need to hit up a party asap and go dancing to switch the mood up.
